Very good. Nice Doctor helped my Yorkie with his skin issue. Praying we don't have to return until spring when we need flea medicine. I would recommend them.

The vet techs and the vet were great! My grandparents cat got his paw bitten by a racoon, and they were able to get him in for an emergency visit to get the infection taken care of. He is doing so much better already. Thank you M20 Animal Hospital!! ❤

Sorry cant recommend this place...the care...seems fine..vet is nice. Price prohibitive..they charge $125 "emergency " fee is you want to get in within a week. Also they gave me a low estimate on what the visit would cost and the real cost was double. I found a much better price and will not return to M20.

Great service. The vet is really paying attention and caught the signs of kidney disease very early in my dog when he was in for a completely different procedure. We are really grateful. Front desk staff and vet techs are all really great. We are happy to have found m20!!! My only advice is that you book your appointments as soon as you think about it, because it takes quite a bit of time to get in, but they still have been able to deal with the thankfully few emergency visits we have required.

Everything about this place and the people send off untrustworthy vibes! Took my dog in and they were very vague on testing, prices and what they were going to check in the first place. Ended up paying for visit which is expected, then got told my dog needed services for preventative medication and continued visits, but with no legit explanation why. Turns out they missed my dog having diabetes. How that is being possible is beyond me. The next vet caught it right away. And then the reminder cards of services didn't help later. Not to say they aren't a good place for some people or their services haven't changed I'm just recommending that people do their due diligence and take your pet where you feel is best.

Words can't describe how incredible the staff at M-20 is. On 11/18 after 14 1/2 years I had to put my Macy down. The compassion, care and time they took to explain the process was amazing. I was such a wreck, that I don't remember the 2 girls names, but I hope you read this, and know how grateful I am to you.

Very friendly staff who seem very sincere and honest with prognosis of my 4 legged child. They squeezed him in when they didn't have to due to maximum scheduling. It's hard to find a place like that. Some vets dont fully see our "kids" as kids. They do!

M-20 Animal Hospital was the only place within 40 minutes of my house that would accept a new patient. The drive was well worth it. They have always been kind to me and my dog. Unfortunately, Bentley passed away due to bladder cancer, but the staff was exceptional at explaining the entire process to me and giving him lots of love and pets with me at the end of his life. Thank you so much to the receptionists, assistants, and doctors for all your kindness, love, and patience ???? RIP Bentley ????

Excellent everything!!!!!!! I called 4 other vets, including my own, and couldn't get in for an emergency. My dog got injured and needed emergency attention. I called M-20 Animal Hospital and they took my dog right away. Everyone was very kind and professional. Dr. Megan Tomich was very nice and explained everything in great detail as to the injuries to my dog. They went above and beyond in even clipping her nails at no extra charge. I highly recommend this clinic. I will be bringing my dog here as a client from now on. Thank you for your excellent service.

What a wonderful experience! The doctor and her staff are caring, patient and very efficient. Our dog Max hurt his paw during a walk. He was not yet a patient of the animal hospital, his initial appointment was scheduled a couple of weeks out from the day he was injured. I called and Beth did a great job of working us into the schedule that same day. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Max is an older dog and often hesitant about going with people he doesn't know. No problems here, the person who came to our vehicle to get him was so welcoming that Max went right along with her. The doctor did a great job explaining the care needed, offering alternatives for meds and just made the entire process easy and stress free. You will not find a better place to get care for your pet. So happy we chose them!

Friendly Staff. Came out to the car to talk to us and carry our dog in to prep for surgery. After he was neurted we talked on the phone and our pup was doing just fine and resting. Yes we recommend.

Had to put my Zoe down...they were caring and affordable.

The staff was exceptional. I had 2 dogs ages 16 and 17 yes and one night their health took a turn. After calling several vets no one could get me in. M20 Animal Hospital squeezed us in and my boys were put to rest. Can't thank you guys enough for you compassion and care.
