We love our new vet!

Dr. Puerling performs some of the most thorough physical examinations my senior dog has ever received. She is kind, patient, and very gentle with my dog... who is never all that keen on strangers. He is mostly relaxed and comfortable at this clinic and that means a lot to me. I am also impressed with the ability to get good information over the phone and how the staff seem to work as a team and keep on top of your pet's issues. I am never pressured or guilt tripped into tests and procedures for my dog and I feel supported in my choice to let him age as gracefully (and without a ton of life extending procedures)and pain free as possible.

Thank you for being caring and compassionate with us and Zeus during a very difficult time. It was greatly appreciated.

I knew Des personally from the past, so when I saw that she worked there I knew I was in the right place because her passion for animals was genuine! Dr. Kathy was very thorough in explaining things to me as she listened to my concerns as well! I would refer them to anyone!

We had a terrible experience with a local veterinarian clinic and it left us completely heartbroken and without answers. We were incredibly gun shy to take Bella in to any veterinarian clinic. Our fears have been eased and I can promise you this place is the real deal. They don’t “over sell you” or make you believe that it’s necessary to spend incredible amounts of money for your pets well being. Instead, the staff was real, incredibly welcoming, patient, and comforting. Dr. Kathleen eased so many fears and was so patient and clear with our less than easy fur baby. I feel like this is a place where the animal and customer really do matter....not the amount of “up selling” that can be done. It made us feel so safe, and that we are in very honest hands. Thank you for being so patient with Bella and for making this process so easy. We will forever refer you and you will be our Vet for life.

My regular vet was overbooked one day and my dog had possibly broken her leg. This is something that needs to be stabilized in a timely manner after the accident. I called them to see if they had any openings. They had one, was able to get me in right away. Dr. Kathleen, the Vet Tech and all staff were beyond friendly, kind and caring. The attention to detail and care for my dogs was top notch! I informed her my dog had some breathing issues so they took note of that and accommodating and made changes to make sure my dog was 100% safe. My dogs safety was top priority. They worked hard and made accommodations to make a splint for her and get us on our way with all proper items needed. The way they explain stuff is easy to understand as well on a level where any pet parent can understand. I’am a crazy dogs lady and they exceeded any expectations I could have and are very trustworthy. I will always be appreciative of them and how amazing they treated myself and my dog.

Dr. Kathleen & staff were amazing! They refered me to the proper specialists, & saved my girl from a painful cancer death. Love them!

Dr. didn't say one word to us when we took our dog there this morning, not one utterance. The lady at the front desk seemed very friendly. Our dog was there just last week and hubs said he had the same treatment then as well.

She is a great vet. She even did a house call to put down my rottweiler. I would highly recommend her,she is great.

I love how they take care of my dog I just don't like all the sale pictures you need this you need that got it. I don't get it

The staff is absolutely amazing and wonderful, very compassionate.

I've recently started taking both of my dogs here, and I cannot describe how much I love this place!! This is the 3rd vet I've taken my dogs to, and I finally found one I like! They are all so wonderful to me and my fur babies. They always run tests even when they know what the issue is, so they can be sure to cure my dogs, and they really TALK to me and explain everything. The first time I took my new dog there, they didn't just grab him and run tests... they waited for 30 minutes and let him walk around until he was comfortable enough for them to do their jobs. THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!

Best care for your pet. They helped me with an unusual transport challenge with my cat. Also they don't seem inclined to over medicate.
