WOW! I am so happy! I recently moved to Lavonia and found out about this wonderful establishment.. just by driving by. My Gucci Has never looked so awesome and smelled so wonderful and silky soft...What a beautiful cut. I would give 10 stars if I could. Keep up the great work ! I can’t wait to bring Gucci back again. ????

Been going there now for 3 yrs and always a great job. The place is very clean and the ladies are very friendly. My Brownie looks so nice when he comes out and smells good. Wish this pandemic would get over with, so he can get groomed.

They’re amazing. We always bring our puppy here and don’t feel comfortable going anywhere else. They make it seem like he’s the only one they have to work on that day - that is the amount of love and care shown to dog!

The best groomer around hands down I take Ava and she is my everything and this is the only groomer I trust and I have tried probably all of them within 25 Miles.

***WARNING WARNING*** If you love your pet as much as I do please do yourself a huge favor and do not get your loved pet here! My dog almost died! We do not know what they’re doing when they’re cutting my dog but I’m never coming back here again! Super glad that my dog Doctor got my dog to feel back to normal! I feel like they are drugging these dogs!!

I have been taking my Shetland Sheepdog here for 2 years, and my family took our old dog here for years. They always listen to what I want done to my dog’s fur and make an effort to get him an appointment even if I call last minute!

My husband and I have enjoyed two dogs over 22 yrs and only trust Dogs Bow Wow to groom them. They are the very best.

Just moved here from KY and we were nervous about bringing our Bernedoodle Bella to a new groomer. A friend referred us the Dog's Bow Wow. I was impressed. The customer service was excellent, they were very knowledgeable about Bella's breed and the price was very reasonable. Most importantly, when I picked up Bella, she was happy and she looked great! We'll be back

I've been bringing my dog here for 12 years, since LeAnn Swirple Higginbotham left it's not the same. I had car issues and missed some appointments. Today I had a 8 am appointment was told after driving 40 miles one way to get there, she' hasn't been here in so long and she's old we can't risk it. I've been taking her to another groomer when I couldn't get an appointment for 3 weeks. Bye Dogs Bow Wow. If you're looking for a good grooming experience this is not your place????????????☹️

Excellent grooming services. His groomer (Alyssa) does a superb job. Katie, the proprietor, is always so sweet and accommodating. It must run in the family because her aunt used to oversee the business when I first started taking my Maltese there several years ago; he was 4 months old. They aim to please and the pricing is very reasonable, considering the high quality of service.

Brought my 11 yr old morkie in for grooming for the first time at “The dog’s bow wow”! I was very pleased with my experience there! Very courteous and friendly and a great cut by Laura for my little morkie Gigi! I will be definitely be returning!

They give a decent cut. However they lack customer service. They became so busy that they act like they are doing you a favor. Also...if you have an appointment at 12...they kept our dog locked up in a cage for hours and complained the dog barked...no kidding. Our dog had never been in a cage for hours! They keep you waiting even if you have an appoitment.. We will find another groomer and recommend others do the same until they correct their attitude.

Dogs are clean and clipped. Not styled to their breeds.

Was a customer for 7+ years and always found the service and Leann to be wonderful. The new proprietor is going in a very different direction.

Was recommended to try this groomer from a friend and My Yorkie has a difficult time with grooming but they did such a wonderful job on her! Her cut looks beautiful! Employees were so loving and caring! Will definitely be back!

Great groomer! Really good with our dogs.

We have been coming here for 2 years now. Never had a lot of issues until recently. We have had to buy two brand new leashes. The first time the groomer broke our retractable leash and this last time some how my dog got a hold of his leash and chewed through it. And to top it off they cut his leg and didn't even tell us about it. We are now searching for a new groomer.

We've taken both of our dogs, Buck and Oreo here for the past couple of years but today I noticed a cotton schwab was shoved into my dogs ear from last Wednesday when they got groomed. I felt so bad but there was no way of really knowing. Now this isn't a big deal because its just a cotton ball and I'm sure they have their reasons for using them when the dogs get bathed but this is the SECOND time this has happened. We don't have any other major complaints and they've always been super nice to us, but I feel if they routinely put cotton balls in the dogs ears on a daily basis than they should know to take them out. Period.
