Takes great care of dog

Worse place I have ever taking my dog for grooming. My dog is high strung but they said no problem. I picked him up and he smelled as bad as when I dropped him off. Very unsatisfied did they even bathe him? Will not be going back.

Great people,decent prices and they do a good job on my dog.

April is the best Grommer. I have been taking my yorkie to her for 4 years.

They did an amazing job! I have two high strung dogs, and they were perfect. Definitely recommend them!

Well I called ahead to find out if they had earlier or later hours for dogs that struggle around other dogs and they didn't. The guy on the phone wasn't pleasant to talk to and didn't seem to have very much customer service skills. He mentioned that they have a " first in" deal where your dog goes In first, which costed a bit more.. I asked pricing for bath nails ears teeth, the works and I expected my dogs would get all of what he told me on the phone for the cost he gave me 95$ for a rat terrier and german shepherd. Which is fine if it's everything I listed. When I arrived for my early appointment the lady who helped me was kind of abrasive, and the guy on the phone took note for everything I wanted to do. Which was forgotten on checking in the dogs, the lady asked me what I wanted done, I told her. They took the little dog first which was fast, but didn't file the nails after cutting them.. Then said to me that I should've told her that I wanted them rounded off before she cut them.. Which isn't that expected ? Do I want my dogs nails to be razor sharp? Probably not, but thanks for not asking. And just assuming I'm a specialist on dogs and know what they need. Thats why brought them to a groomer. Now for the big dog, after her bath the lady grooming her glared at me and said that she's dog aggressive. But hey when I called on the phone and said I'll pay extra to have her In the salon alone and you have other dogs there. It should be expected, if you were paying attention to what your customer is saying. But what do I know ? I'm just the owner.. Once the pups were all done it was time to pay, so I asked if what I wanted was done, nails, fur, teeth and ears. And she looked at me like I was speaking another language. "You didn't ask for ears and teeth" when In fact I did, on the phone with the guy, and before I checked them in. So literally 95$ for just a bath and nails which we're not filed and rounded. I probably would've been ok with this, had the customer service been better. Or I had some sort of apology for not doing what I asked, she just blamed me for not telling her. When I told two of the employees what I wanted. I don't typically leave reviews, and I understand people have bad days. But damn you guys missed the mark on this one. The plus side is my dogs are clean. I will be sill looking for a groomer, as I will not being going back here.

It was the first time bringing my Mini Poodle there and the woman who groomed her was Sarah and she understood exactly what I wanted and my dog looked great! And it took her 2 1/2 hours, which isn't bad at all considering that the previous place I took my dog to took at least 3-5 hours.

Excellent. WAY BETTER than Jan's. When I make an appointment, it's just that. My dogs are not caged for hours on end. Recommended!

Just picked up Pepper and she was very well groomed. Thank you. We will be back.????

Carter Grooming is Great Groomer - If you want a person who only thinks of your pet. I have two West Highland Terriers Seniors Sarah does a beautiful job on both of them. She is one of the BEST groomer I have seen in the field. Give her a tried - You will not be disappointed!

Take my Maltese Poo here all the time and they always do a great job..

My dog says he doesn't like his haircut, and you didn't listen to him when he said his butt was itchy. I think his hair looks fine btw, but whatever. 3 stars :)

I adopted a small dog (poodle/shihtzu/Australian cattledog mix) 2 months ago from the Humane society and he is very difficult to handle. I took him to Pampered Pet Salon and they did a wonderful job with him.

I have been taking my Wheaton Terrier-Spaniel mix here for a couple of years. The biggest problem is that they are so busy it can be hard to get an appointment. I like a real simple grooming, just cut his hair to about 1/2"-5/8" length all over, keeping the bushy eyebrows typical for terriers. They do a great job every time and my dog loves being groomed here.
