Complete physical. Very clean. Doc explained issues. Gave meds and explained how they worked. Told to call if any other issues came up. Very good, my vet from now on.

Never been there before. They were able to care for my pet during the holidays. Dr. Dan rocks!

Go to Thorpe Animal Hospital over this place. They messed up the vaccine shots for my kitten, and I had to have the rabies series started again. In addition, had to schedule an urgent care appointment at a separate vet as the antibiotic they gave my cat doesn't actually treat upper respiratory infections. Some $300 later, lesson learned. Going to Dr. Thorpe for all my pets' needs going forward.

I cannot recommend this vet enough!!!! They are both professional and affordable. They have taken exceptional care of my animals any time I have brought them in and have some of the most reasonable prices I have ever encountered. The verts truly care about my animals and go out of their way to be kind to them, which I love. They are responsive any time I ever contact them with questions and always call to follow up on my pets following any procedures they have ever had done. Anyone I have ever sent here on a recommendation has always gotten back to me and told me how much they loved it here as well.

Who ever the bald guy is working with a tattoo on his arm is very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Attitude at a vet should be positive welcoming and warm so they need to find a replacement ASAP.

Dr. Deciechi is amazing and takes time with his clients to answer questions and makes sure the animals get the best care. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

New ownership hasn't changed the quality of care

My sweet standard poodle (Picasso) and I have enjoyed all of our visits at Animal Medical Center.They are not only professional but hospitable as well. The staff is kind and helpful. Picasso loves all the attention and treats he gets when he has his puppy visits.

I have been going to these guys for YEARS! When all else failed and I couldn't figure out how to get my dog to stop scratching, they did! Now he is so much more comfortable!

This was the most thorough vet I have been to! Very kind and helpful with lots of information and expertise. I have been to at least 4 different vets with my cocker spaniel pup, and this was by far my favorite!

I have been a long time customer of Animal Medical Center, probably over 20 years. When I heard that the clinic was sold, I was apprehensive to say the least. My first few visits after the announcement were as usual. Same wonderful staff, same smiling faces, same care and concern paid to our needs. At my most recent visit, I was finally able to meet Dr. D, and whew!! What a releief! Dr. Taylor took great care to make sure her clients (family) will be in good hands. Our cat injured himself and was limping, Dr. D took he time examining him. He explained very clearly what he felt, what his opinion was, and how he suggested to treat. He did not try to up sell, did not recommend unneeded treatment. And our boy was on the mend after some meds, relaxation and time. I am VERY pleased with the new Dr. and all the upgrades that are coming our way. I have always HIGHLY recommended AMC for all pet care, my opinion still stands!! ❤❤

Awesome vet. Time before last that I was there, they took my cat to the back to treat them (probably bc covid, never asked why) but last time I was there, they took a look at him right in the room with me. I'd probably call ahead to ask what their policy is before you go (if it matters to you). They keep everything clean, but the rooms are pretty small. If you're at risk then I'd definitely ask if you can work out a zero-contact solution. You could tell that the vet I got was just a guy that really likes cats. Awesome dude. Office fee was about $45, and I got an antibiotic shot for $60, L-lysine treats for $20, and eye drops for $20. Expensive, but worth it for a good customer experience and confidence that they're gonna help my kitties get better.

Took our 10 year old dog to Dr Taylor for routine immunizations. The Dr was extremely rude, distant and arrogant. Very short and curt. She acted annoyed, like she didn't like our dog or us. Would not let us go in with him because of Covid which was understandable but then again, we don't know what they did to him. Asked the Dr specifically if it was safe an older dog to receive all these shots as he had an issue with immunizations when he was only 1 year old given by this same vet and he nearly died then. One week later, after given the immunizations this last time, the dog was shaking, not eating, had a hard time standing. Took him to a different vet. Vet did alot of blood work and said that she thought it was a thing called Aquired Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia which is sometimes triggered by immunizations. She treated him aggressively but the dog still died one week later. The odd thing is that both times Dr Taylor had given the dog his shots, and the only times, at ages 1 and 10, the dog had a huge issue. The first time he almost died and the second time he did die. He was given shots every year in between by a different vet for 8 years and never presented with any problems at all. Can not even begin to tell you how heart broken and deveststed we are. You should at least have this information before you consider visiting this place.

Not professional at all, the owner(Dr. Taylor) of this clinic couldn’t talk to me face to face because of Covid. I understand that...all I wanted is for her to explain my dogs blood work on phone. Doctor said it was normal, but it was not. Just very concerned about my dog losing so much weight in the last three months from his last appointment with the same clinic. She referred my dog to a heart specialist, which is fine. The appointment is sooo far out, I’m concerned about his well being...he is not eating and coughing so bad. I was told not to come back there anymore. So, I’m taking him to the hospital now...my dog needs a doctor that cares about him!

I've always had very good experiences. I've recommended my brother to them and he had good experiences as well. Very friendly straight to the point. And the prices aren't too bad.

Very compassionate, we drove all the way from Port Huron for all our dogs when we couldn't get good care up there. Thank you guys for your caring and helpful service

Place was very clean! Office staff was excellent.... Dr. Weeg was awesome with our dog! Never had a Vet show as much attention to our pet, unlike the past places we have been!! We'll be back!!
