Great place to take your fur babies . They go above & beyond for there clients . They’re caring , supportive & truly understand what you’re going through. I would recommend them 100% .

As a former employee it saddens me to give such a low rating but people should know you’re over paying. Request your records and you’ll know what I mean. They just take your money and you’ll fight like heck trying to get records should you ever need them. Nevermind the fact that the doctor is 5+ years behind on medical records and there’s no way they are accurate by the time she gets around to inputting them. Unfortunate to have to contact a lawyer to get records when you pay your vet expecting them to maintain accurate records for your pets they claim to care so much about.

Amazing, caring team! Everyone is so kind and helpful. They truly care about the animals, are always upfront about costs and will patiently talk through options. Two years ago, Dr. Surch and her team discovered our beloved coonhound had a severe cancer diagnosis. The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient and compassionate while walking us through options, and throughout the entire process of when we had to put him down. Now we are back with our new puppy, and we wouldn’t trust any other clinic to help provide care for him!

I can’t say enough kind things about this veterinarian clinic. We recently had to put down our beloved family pet Roxy. The bedside manner and professionalism was outstanding. And one week later we just received a sympathy card personally signed by the dr and her entire office staff along with a beautiful quote about “just a pet”. Roxy will forever be in our hearts and I can’t thank you enough for your help and support.

My review is mainly for the excellent Doctors, the staff is pretty good as well although Tyler who deals with people on the phone is pretty rude. Not very helpful and I really don't appreciate getting hung up on :(

I took my dog in because she has begun having seizures. Blood was drawn so we can start her on anti-seizure medication . This was one week ago today. I have called 1x and messaged, both times being told that the Dr. will get back to me. I have yet to hear from the Dr. and at this point the only thing I now want is my dogs lab report so I can take her to a more responsive vet.

Sometimes you need a Veterinarian to work with you. I had a pet that had a swollen joint and would not walk on the leg at all. I knew he needed to be seen by a Veterinarian. I was working a temporary job and couldn’t afford a lot. Dr. Angel said I will see him in the truck for a hundred dollars. She came out and took a look at the injured leg. Then she listened to his heart. She then prescribed an antibiotic and anti inflammatory. Within 24 hours he was walking on the leg and the swelling was gone. We determined that it was the anti- inflammatory that was helping and took him off the antibiotic. In the next month I took him in for a regular X-ray and some other blood work, which was a lot more than a hundred dollars. I will always be grateful that Dr. Angel came up with a solution to treat Koala when he needed to be seen.

They were very professional, but the vet misdiagnosed the heck out of my grandmother’s cat. We ended up having to put her down a few weeks after our visit, because we spent the time trying to find cardiac specialists (per this clinics recommendation), but she was actually suffering from kidney failure. It’s frustrating because at that point, there probably wasn’t anything we could do regardless. I just feel like she might have suffered more than she needed to in the mean time.

I literally cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr.Surch and the staff at LVC! Dr.S has gone above and beyond in more ways than I can count in the past few days to care for my sweet furr-baby like she was her own. I've cried tears through the journey bc of the unknows- while LVC works tirelessly to figure out answers, and equally as many tears bc of the kindness and unbelievable commitment Dr.S has shown me and my girl!

Their caring, knowledgeable, friendly. Been taking our pets there for years.

I have been a client of Dr. Surch since 1990. She has always taken excellent care of all my animals. The staff at LVC are patient and caring. They all go the extra mile to help and answer questions. It is so worth the 40 minute drive from my house!

Super nice folks. Very knowledgable. They keep the cost reasonable and in mind when discussing work. Were super helpful when my oldest dog was tun over by a bus and saw him emergently and were really great with him.

Dr. Surch and the rest of the staff at Livingston Vet are so compassionate, caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable. We had an emergency with one of our dogs and she is so humble she sat on the floor with us to talk about options and stayed late so we could pick her up from surgery the same day. She is so kind, after that experience, we will never go anywhere else for the care of our animals. Our family is treated like their family. Dr. Surch rocks. Thank you Livingston Vet❤️

I met Dr. Surch at another clinic, she walked in the room sat on the floor to meet my Ziggy. Then looked up and said hi i am Dr Surch. I was sold she is the Best most caring and compassionate i have ever met. Dr Surch moved to Howell and i needed her on a thanksgiving weekend. Drove an hour to see her. And because we drove so far she and Michelle stayed after hours to operate om my boy. He has since passed and now she takes care of our two Labs. We would not trust any other Vet with our furbabies no matter how far we have to go. We love Michelle. Always avail .All the new highly skilled trained staff. I could go on and on how wonderful they are. Clean sterile. Everywhere in there

Dr. Surch has 30 years experience. She is so loving to her patients and their families. She will do anything she can to save your fur babies and also will be compleatly honest with you. Her staff is also amazing. The love they give to their patients comes stright from their hearts. I am so grateful for them.
