We have loved our time at Einstein! We came after being recommended by a friend. Our delightful Frenchie had some behaviors we needed to work out and we were not quite sure how to do it.... Rachel & Katie did such a nice job training both him and us!! They listened very carefully to what we wanted/needed; his training was designed around those things. He is so much happier now that he knows some boundaries! He enjoys his walks now! The vetting process at the beginning was super helpful so we knew exactly what we were getting in to. Their communication and availability was super efficient and appreciated!

Einstein's training has changed our lives in the best way possible. We rescued a 2 year old Shepard mix with some behavioral issues such as food aggression. We were adequately trained to help deal with this behavior and many others along the way. Bandit now heels on and off leash, comes when called, and so much more. This is truly an opportunity to set boundaries and connect with your dog. Lindsay was available and flexible to help answer all of our questions. There are so many positive things I could write in this review but I will leave it at 10/10 recommend! Thank you!

Worked well with a recuse dog that was very anxious. He's transformed. They have good after training support as well.

We rented their 2 acres area for an hour! My dogs haven't gotten to do that in so long! It was! Wish it was weedwipped around the edges of the fence. Both dogs wanted to walk right up in the weeds. Probably have plenty of other dogs pee on them now. But it was still great! Clean! And a great open space! Will be going back!

So perfect. Have "aggressive" dogs and this place has a place to rent so dogs can have fenced area to run without leash.

I can't say enough good things about this group of people and how they train dogs and their owners. They truly love their work and are knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I will be recommending them often. Debbie Dennis and Reggie

I'll start by saying there is no better choice than Einstein Dog Training and their expert staff to help achieve the results you're hoping for in a well trained, well behaved dog or puppy. We started working with Megan (who is an absolute gem!) when our Old English Sheepdog, Freddie, was 10 months old. In the 2 months that followed, Megan helped us take our headstrong, demanding, rambunctious, but VERY lovable pup, and give him (and us) the tools and discipline needed to put him on a path to becoming a well mannered and well behaved adult. We could not be more thankful! I highly recommend Einstein Dog Training and particularly, their wonderful trainer, Megan Hudson.

I highly recommend Einstein Dog Training. We adopted a rescue German Shepherd in August 2020. Mia was approximately one year old when we got her. She lacked confidence and pulled a lot when walking. She loves other dogs, but was sometimes too excited. I researched training programs. My daughter-in-law's twin was using Einstein so I contacted them. It has been worth every penny. Mia's main trainer, Serenity, has been the perfect match for Mia. She uses lots of positive reinforcement and has given Mia so much confidence. Whenever I have any questions she responds with suggestions and tips. We are continuing training with Serenity and Einstein beyond our initial day train. Mia loves to go and have refreshers. They also offer a variety of group classes, which gives Mia the opportunity to practice with us and multiple distractions. About a month ago at one of the group classes another dog owner, who was with me on the first pack walk I took with Mia back in October 2020, commented on how far she's come. On that pack walk in October Mia pulled the whole time. I had blisters on my hand. At the recent group class she was heeling with no pulling, she also sat and stayed while I went and greeted each of the other dogs in the group. She is happy and confident. Thank you Serenity and Einstein! P.S. She has also developed a crush on Serenity's male German Shepherd. LOL

I am SHOCKED by all the positive reviews. Shocked. I signed up for Einstein via a recommendation from a friend. My show dog puppy bought at the start of covid was showing extreme people fear. I asked if this was something they could address and was told definitively YES, they could fix this! They offered for $2200, 5 day camps from 8am-4pm, 7 private lessons and 6 months of indoor classes that I could "attend every single day if I wanted to." Sounds great, right? Here is what I got. We started with 5 day camps which went great! After those ended, I kept reaching out asking when and how and where the 7 private lessons took place. After many attempts to connect, I finally got what I think was the owner - not the trainer I was working with. I was told when I picked up my dog and had a discussion for about 15 minutes as to how the day went - THIS was a "private lesson" and that I only had TWO private lessons left. I did have those 2 lessons and they were great. But what about the other 5? That was not a lesson....those were at most 3 conversations and quick demos. I also asked about group classes and quickly discovered there was ONE class per week that was after work hours (I have a day job) and there was no training facility. So here in winter with my short hair dog, I would have to attend group classes outside. Their website clearly stated they had an indoor facility. When I questioned the transparency and deceptiveness of this, I was told she was "sorry my dog wasn't making the progress I had hoped for." NOT THE ISSUE. What did I get for $2200? Not much. Sadly, the trainer was fine.....seemed to know her stuff. I just do not understand the shady contract and deceptiveness. If you are looking for a good trainer and have cash just laying around you need to get rid of, then by all means, this is the place for you. I don't know if my experience is normal? But I received very little training and a dog that is still extremely afraid of people. Super bummed.

We cannot recommend Einstein's more! Our Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie pup started to develop some anxiety and aggression towards people and was so difficult to control in situations that he felt overwhelming. After trying multiple other dog trainers with no improvement, we found Einstein's at the recommendation from a friend. We signed up for day-training with group classes and Clark is a totally different pup! Our trainer Serenity was supportive and very knowledgeable about how to handle our crazy pup. He's still full of personality but we can now say that he is under control (which I didn't think could ever happen)! The group classes have also provided us an awesome opportunity to spend more "working" time with Clark which has improved our relationship with him. There are still things to work on, but we've come so far from where we started. It's been so cool to see how smart our pup is and his true potential, and we owe all of that to Serenity and Einstein's!

I can't say enough good things about Einstein dog training and our trainer Megan!! ???? My dog Poppy was confiscated from a hoarding case, and had a hard time with being fearful. My time with Einstein (about 6 months in now), has helped tremendously!! She's turning out to be a confident girl. Previously we had completed puppy classes and beginners obedience with another trainer, which was great, but I loved that Einstein offered so much different scenarios. The same place over and over wasn't helping her. I love that group classes are drop in basis, different places all the time, and you can go to as many as you want!! Most weeks theres 4-5 group classes to choose from between Oakland, Genesee, and Livingston. I've really liked that classes are outdoors, it gives her even more exposure for training with distractions in public places. Our trainer is great with communication and is so caring! I love their training methods. A great balance of positive reinforcement and correction. This has helped the communication between my dog and I so much. I look forward to continuing our training with Einstein.

I decided to do virtual puppy training for our new puppy. I was happy with the content of videos sent to us weekly. Lots of great information and our pup responded well to all training advice given. I learned about puppy camp so signed up for a few days. The first day went well and they said he did great for his first day. Ok great! I signed up again and when i came to pick him up i was told he was a “handful”. Well he is a puppy...that’s why I’m here. I was a tad offended when the trainer rushed over to tell me “he was getting chubby”. Ok fine. He’s got tons of hair so it was hard to tell. My vet didn’t seem worried, both of them. Then I went back and was told he needed a grooming. Ok. Now I’m getting a little defensive. I had a grooming appointment scheduled but they were booked for a month. He wasn’t matted and was brushed often. Then I was questioned about payment. Which I was up to date with. I was very uncomfortable when I left and haven’t returned. They are amazing with dogs, but people skills are lacking.

maybe provide those dogs with a properly fitting muzzle. those dogs can’t pant, which will likely cause more stress and more aggression issues. maybe invest in a muzzle that allows them to properly breathe.

Megan Hudson, a dog trainer at Einstein, has helped me become a dramatically more confident and better dog owner to two large doggos. We brought Oliver, an adult 60 lb 5-year-old staffy mix, to Einstein's after an incident of fear-based aggression. Megan talked us through the event, and helped us provide structure to our daily life with our dogs. It takes time, patience, and consistency, but she is so great at helping guide us through the journey with positivity and prompt responses to questions. Through Megan's encouragement and helpful tips, our relationship with our dogs is better than ever. I'm so grateful for Einstein's and Megan and how they've given Oliver and me the tools we need to be successful.

Serenity is a god send! I have a highly aggressive and sassy Pitbull that was impossible to control let alone walk on a leash. Bear now walks next to me without pulling snd obeys all his commands. He is much less dog aggressive—even able to play with some other dogs now. I have been given the gift of a great new relationship with my dog. I can’t think Serenity enough. She is truly a gifted and talented trainer!

They cannot properly fit dogs for muzzles and choose muzzles for aggressive dogs that are not safe. Some muzzles are not safe for dogs that are bite risks and they put dogs in a muzzle that allows for bites and did not allow for pant room.

Our French Bull dog, Sophie would show aggressive behavior toward other dogs. After she was attacked by a large dog she would go crazy around any other dogs. Our daughter from out of state had a new puppy, Myla and the first time she brought her dog into our home it was a disaster. We called Einstein Dog Training and spoke to Serenity. Serenity was calm and reassuring that she could help us. She was wonderful at helping us understand Sophie’s behavior and guided us through the day training and then group sessions. Serenity did a one on one training session with Sophie and my daughters new puppy. I am happy and grateful to say that Sophie is a completely transformed dog, the change is absolutely amazing. I would have never believed this was possible. Myla and Sophie not only coexist under the same roof they play together and are now friends! I now have people approach me when I walk Sophie and say they wish they had a dog so well behaved! Thank you Serenity!

I can't say enough good things about Einstein and Megan H. our trainer. My 9 year old English Springer Spaniel suffers geatly from anxiety and has some stranger aggression and dog aggression issues from being attacked by other dogs twice in his lifetime. Once at 6 months, and another time at age 6 (which included 50 stitches to sew him back to together). We were unable to take him for walks, or anywhere outside of our yard, and even then we always had to be on high alert. It was difficult to even order a pizza for delivery or have friends over in our home. We have finished 7 weeks at Einstein's and with Megan and we can't believe the difference in him so far. He is able to be in group class with multiple dogs without lashing out, able to walk side by side with Megan's dog in stores and out in public. At home he no longer runs the fence line at other people, dogs, or delivery people. He listens when called, and walks around the neighborhood with ease now. If you think there is no hope for your dog, please think again. If you follow the program and do your part, you can have a new best friend in your pup. You CAN teach an old dog new tricks. Our new puppy will be starting puppy classes as well. Ask for Megan, she is amazing and has a heart for training your dog. Thank you Einstein's!! Thank you Megan!!

My Cane Corso was a very nervous dog when we started their training program. She is now very confident and would not have the obedience foundation she has today if it wasn’t for Einstein. The staff is very professional and always willing to help you out during class or with any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend checking them out.

We are so happy with the results of our dog after training with Megan! He was a rescue pup who had anxiety and fear of the world around him. He also has been attacked by multiple dogs in his life adding to his fear. After being with Megan through the Day Train program, he is a new dog! He is so happy and confident. Megan has been wonderful to work with. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and we have been so impressed with how willing she is to quickly respond to our questions. We know our dog, Mo, will miss seeing her every week! We highly recommend Einstein.

We love Einstein Dog Training and trainer Megan! Our 2 year old German Shorthair Pointer has come SO FAR in just 4 sessions, we are forever grateful to Megan and the Einstein team! Our 3 month old GSP puppy is in the online puppy school and attends weekly puppy day camp and she’s doing great!

My husband and I enrolled our dog, Kratos, for the private lessons. We loved our trainer, Megan! She was very kind, personable, helpful, professional, etc. I could go on and on. She was always a quick text or call away when we had questions and asked about how Kratos was doing at home often. The techniques that Einstein’s uses are effective. Our dog is 5 years old, set in his ways with certain habits and routines and we can already tell such a difference in just 4 lessons. We also get 6 months of group classes with the training package we went with which is awesome! It’s really up to us now to stay consistent with Kratos but we are so grateful to Einstein’s and especially to Megan for helping all of us so much!

I’ve been thinking of many ways to express my gratitude and recommendation of Einstein Training. Two of my dogs just completed the board and train program a little over a week ago. They both had a lot of issues but the main problem was sporadic aggression towards each other. My husband and I have seen vast improvements and I sometimes think I picked up a different set of dogs. Now don’t get me wrong, I didn’t pick them up and they were angels, we still have a lot of work, but the Einstein team laid a great foundation to build off and corrected a lot of their bad behaviors. If you are experiencing any issues with your dog(s) from minor to extreme behavior modification, I highly recommend Einstein. Please don’t be scared by the cost, you truly are getting what you pay for. The investment is so worth it. Serenity and the entire Einstein team has been exceptional and am so grateful for their help!

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Einstein Dog Training, more importantly, our trainer Megan! We brought our 4.5 yo female shepherd mix, Lola, to Einstein looking for help with her dog aggression and occasional human aggression. We had worked with a couple trainers in the past with little improvement. Megan completely blew us away with her patience, professionalism and dedication to our Lola girl. We just completed our 7th week of training and are thrilled with our results thus far. If you are considering Einstein, do it, and request Megan!!!

Bob is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. Initial meet and greet, nothing but compassion and positive energy to work with our pup. She is our baby and can't wait to see the progress she makes.

I am so pleased with this company and the trainer that I have been working with. My cooper had some in home behavior problems and walking on a leash was a disaster until now. Cooper has done a whole 360 since being in training. My trainer was/is super helpful in getting accessories for my dog, she was very respectful and positive that we could do this. I will be recommending this company as often as I can.

They use shock collars like that's a good thing I'm disgusted. And no I have NEVER and will NEVER use you my cousin had a consultation with one of your trainers and called me in tears when you trainer tried to put an ELECTROCUTION COLLAR ON HER DOG the trainer then told my cousin that it didn't hurt very much put the collar on her hand to show her the level of zapping it would give to her dog mind you my cousin is pregnant and she just got her dog from a rescue and he had a past of being abused. If you're looking for a positive way to train your dog I do not recommend using them. some people think it's fine to use force with training their dogs but more times than not that ends up giving the dogs more problems I don't see how a company can say they love animals and then fear monger those animals into behaving you're not getting a bond with your dog your teaching your dog to fear you and submit I just don't think that's how you should treat family and I think that you should be more clear on your website that that is the method in which you use to subdue people's pets.

Einstein Dog Training has been absolutely amazing to work with! Our little rescue terrier was a hot mess- territorial aggression at home, fear aggression in public, pulling on leash, recall problems. But since bringing Einstein into his life, thing have started to turn around. We can now walk him off leash through our neighborhood, take him out to eat with us (on the patio of course), and he is getting better and better at getting along with strangers. We get many compliments about how well wehaved he is, and it's all due to Einstein!
