Ottawa Animal Hospital has been very caring and committed to providing the best care for our pets. After any visit, they always give us a quick follow-up call to make sure everything is going well and to see if we have any questions. We highly recommend the staff and doctors there.

When we visited with our cats over the years they were warm and friendly. 'Flutter by' has not been there much. To hard to catch.

Dr Swift is absolutely amazing! She utilizes western veterinary medicine as well as herbal/Chinese medicine to give pets the best of both worlds. Her and the entire staff at Ottawa Animal Hospital East are great with both my dogs and my cat. 10/10 recommend!

We love & highly recommend Ottawa Animal Hospital & staff. Our sweet Ruby LOVES Dr. Swift & all of the ladies that work there. She is adopted & came with several health issues, so she is a "regular" @ O.A.H. They are on top of which treatment options would be best for her & always go the extra mile to make sure Ruby is living the healthiest life possible. This is of such importance to us when choosing a vet! Thank you for all you do Ottawa Animal Hospital!

Definitely a must if you have a pet. I have taken my Ragdoll cat there since he was 1 month old. The service has been nothing less than outstanding. Great care for all animals if I could rate them higher than five stars I would give them 10 stars.

Dr. Diane Johnson is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and caring.

I have brought both my cats here for several years. They are very patient and had my shy cat walk out on her own and had her feeling very comfortable! I don't feel that they push things on you and prices are more reasonable than my previous vet.

Ottawa Animal Hospital provides caring and professional services for my much beloved dog. They call and check in after a service and even though they are busy, they work hard to help me when I need them.

I've been bringing our Guinea Pigs and dogs here for over 10 years. Very caring staff, very capable. Love the clinic - they thoughtfully provided separate areas and entrances for dogs and cats. Beautiful bronze wildlife plaques and quotes on building exterior are a lovely touch. Enclosed, secure area outside in the back - solid fencing, so no distractions/scary sights - enabled me to stay with my anxious adopted shelter dogs during their annual exam/vaccinations, rather than being taken into the clinic without me, which would cause them great anxiety (clinic sounds would remind of the large, southern high-kill shelter where I got them). I really appreciate and am grateful for OAH.

Dr. Bergstrom and Dr. Swift are awesome vets and always handle our pets as individuals. I trust them with their lives and appreciate the level of care and professionalism at OAH. I would not go anywhere else in Holland.

They have nice workers and take good care of your pets but the only thing is they don’t listen! We had a appointment but we rescheduled it and then when we get here they charge us! $85 horrible :(

Even though the staff is working under Covid protocol they all still do an excellent job of taking care of my dogs. Diane is a top-notch vet and a super nice person! Recommend both locations highly!

The Vets and Tech are most professional and loving. Even with a lot of clients wanting their attention they show patience and genuine care for our fur babies and for us. The Vets are amazing at diagnosing and extremely gentle. They explain what's wrong or right in terms I can understand. This Animal Hospital is truly an animal hospital. They are fully equipped to diagnose and prepare to treat. They are a good value because they know what is the problem and how to fix it. And isn't your four legged or feathered or whatever family? I highly recommend Ottawa Animal Hospital.

Our fur baby has health problems and we would not go anywhere else. Professional, knowledgeable and all the staff is wonderful.

Dr. Bergstrom and the entire staff were helpful and kind with my aggressive dog Stella. Their Fear Free approach was affective and comforting for the both of us. I couldn't thank them enough. We'll be back!

Had a wonderful visit with Dr. Patterson. She did not know my dog Moses and thus she took extra time with him, getting down on the floor and giving him neck and back rubs in a very caring way. She also called to check up on him after a few days to see if the medicine she prescribed was making him feel better I have had many positive experiences at Ottawa Animal Hospital but this appt. made me feel extra good about the care my dog was getting.

We've tried other veterinarians and had some pretty bad experiences before being recommended to Ottawa Animal Hospital. We've never gone anywhere else since. Courteous, professional and thorough. They've made mistakes and they've stood by their services and made them right. They take the time to make sure you and your pets are taken great care of. They have gone above and beyond for me and my family with multiple dogs and I couldn't be more happy with everything.
