I have two doodles and Jill knows exactly how to cut their fur. I recommend bringing your dogs here because you won’t find a better groomer, your dog will be in and out in a short amount of time, and you also won’t spend a ridiculous amount of money.

Started coming here when my dogs other groomer closed down. The groomer is very pleasant, professional, and thorough! My dog is a fussy/fiesty (Maltese/shitzu) so I really don’t brush him between his grooming appointments....needless to say, he’s quite scruffy looking by the time she gets him but she never complains or charges extra. I highly recommend Trinity to anyone looking for quality grooming at very reasonable rates and topped off with compassionate personal care!

We took our Golden Reteiver for his grooming and will definitely be back again. Jill was very thorough during our initial visit making sure she understood what we wanted. She totally delivered the cut and grooming we wanted. I appreciated her taking him within a week of me calling. Jill's prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend Trinity Pet Parlor to any and everyone.

It usually takes a couple weeks to get our two 70 lb dogs into our previous groomer together. We called at 3:00 on a weekday and got them both in together same day! Very accommodating! Thank you Jill ???? she was very gentle with my senior husky mix and they turned out beautiful! Will definitely be back!

This place did a hack job on my dog. Cut her beautiful fur mane down to nothing. Didn't shave her belly well or do her nails. Jill said she would give me my money back for bad job but later changed her mind and said she would not return my money but would give her a free bath next time. Really??Then I came across the following review from Yellow Pages from a year ago. 03/13/2017 I took my 14 lb yorkie mix in for a grooming and he came home with a bruised left leg and later he was found to have a severe bone injury to his neck,so severe we had to put him down to stop his suffering. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about there animals.jjs was ok but trinity deserves to be shut down. Oh hell no, I am not taking my dog back for a free bath or anything!

I just moved mack to Highland and was looking for a groomer and read Linda Cronks post from about 4 weeks ago and I don't really take to heart bad reviews because most people only do reviews when they are unhappy but but I did notice was the childish response from the owner of the business and just from that I can say I would never take my pet to her. Your a business owner you need to make every person happy even if you don't agree. Your whole response just rubbed me the wrong way.

We now have a new groomer. Snoopy has never looked better. Was easy to get an appointment. Groomer is pleasant and our picky guy felt right at home.He enjoyed the experience and we are also totally pleased.

I went there a month ago with my Mom's dog, pug/ poodle she was a hot mess and she did a Great job with ger. I also called for my Grand dog last minute and she got him in . And the rates were Great. Definitely recommend this place to take your fur babies. Btw, when we went this last time she was cutting a cat's fur as well.

11/3/17 Run!! Do not go here! Thought I would try some place close since my usual groomer was booked up ! My dog had over 4 razor burns on his skin and a puncture wound inbetween his paws which required a vet visit , antibiotics and a nightly soak . When I went to pick him up she pointed to one of the burns and said "did he have hip surgery " ??? At least be honest !!! the worst place ever !

Jill was great to my little Mia, my Pooch can be a challenge when it come to trimming her nails and Jill was great with her!!!

Jill does a excellent great job with Mia for both grooming and boarding. Mia is a Havanese and goes monthly for her cut.

I took my Schnauzer Luna-Mae to get groomed here for her first time, the staff was wonderful, caring, spent time speaking to Luna-Mae while she was barking at them. When I went back to pick Luna-Mae up she looked totally awesome! The owner totally delivered how I had asked her to be groomed, taking extra time to also clean her ears, and trim the fur around her toes.

The new owner is amazing with our pets. There was a little rough patch in the beginning, but she has since gotten rid of the employer who was causing the issues. She is very thorough. If you want someone who cares about your pets as much as you do, I recommend going to Trinity's. Her heart is in this job, your pet will never be stuck wet in a cage, under a fan, for hours on end. Nor mistreated. Every pet has a different personality, and she goes out of her way to accommodate those needs. I trust her to take care of my pets, who are my family. And that is hard to find.

Jill did such a great job grooming my old guy. Then she kept him for a week when I had a out of town emergency. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Been taking my 3 little dogs here for years! Love them! But it is under new owners and new name now and I'm not sure about them yet. Old owners will be missed dearly.

I recently went to pick up my mom's dog for her. The owner was extremely rude, and I heard her literally screaming from the parking lot. This is not the place to take your precious babies. I miss the old owner's warmth and love for the animals. This lady doesn't seem to like her job, animals, or her customers.

I took my dog there and the new owner was wonderful. My dog can be a handful at times. She was loving a patient and really made it a good experience for me and my dog. P.S. K. Knurick is not truthful in her post. She is a friend of a ex-employee that was fired for gross insubordination. She made the post in retaliation. I know both of these women and they are very vindictive people but, you all can be the judge. In my experience the new owner loves her job and really cares about the pets and their owners.

They are SO nice here!! I always feel comfortable dropping my dog off there, I know she is well taken care of. We always wait until our dogs hair is out of control and they always do an amazing job making her look fabulous. They are also very fair priced! I would recommend them to anyone, they are great!
