Dr Gabe and team are just purely angel healers. Took my baby in with some skin irritation and they were so patient, thorough, informative, and really above and beyond a classic experience. They really care about the animals and are very gentle and kind. Thank you for being here!

I've been taking my cats here for years and they have always been and will always be very well taken care of!

They were able to see my stray-to-stay the day after I found him. Top notch care in a sparkling clean facility with lovely, friendly staff. Bonus: They are understanding about the cost of vet care and don’t guilt you if you can’t get every single test done. Very different in that regard to chain vets (VCA, in my experience). Edit- there have been a lot of personnel changes since I first started coming in. Vets are still great! Sadly, there is an unhelpful receptionist now. She doesn’t put my messages through. I’m searching new vets because of the problems since she’s started.

Tried to to set up an appointment for a choking dog. 0 help, 0 care, couldn't even give me the name of an emergency center.

Excellent place. They cared for my sugar gliders very well.

Had previously used Platz, so when we had an urgent problem, called for an appointment. They said they would "fit us in". Drove to their place (in a not-so-nice location) and find that they haven't heard the pandemic is over - still asking customer to sit in their cars out back in an alley, and send a text. At some point, a Platz employee will come out (maybe) and find out the particulars, and maybe then take your animal in. Today, we texted, then sat for 40 minutes. Finally, I asked a Platz person who was delivering an animal to the next car over. She said she would check. Five minutes later, we get a text saying they are very busy, and maybe we should come another day. I will NEVER go back to these people. They just don't care.

Great vets and staff, very caring and understanding. Reasonably priced. They have gone above and beyond for me and my dog.

The staff and Doctors are amazing!!! Everyone genuinely cares about your fur-babies. This is the only place I trust to care for my two Shih Tzus.....

I brought my animals to platz for over 15 years and have recently left. I give 5 stars to Dr. Gabe. He is the best vet I have ever had and the care he showed my animals, was incredible. The experience with the staff is horrible and they are the reason I left. I have many stories and the most recent one when I couldn't get meds for my dogs kennel cough, that was my last straw. I should have left when my sick cat sat there for 7 hours and I had to call and ask about her and was told they hadn't even seen her yet. I cried for my cat but stayed because they knew her but did switch to only have her seen by Dr. Gabe. I have completely switched vets and I can tell you I am not left on hold for 15 minutes, to then be treated like you're an inconvenience for calling. Nope. I do not recommend Platz anymore to my friends and family.

Really the best vet I’ve ever been to. Everyone at Platz always goes above and beyond in their care, very reasonably priced, and the staff is all friendly and knowledgeable - they’re so great with my dog that he actually likes going to the vet!

Best caring veterinarian! Staff is awesome. Remember, these are different times we live in, and people need to remember to have patience with EVERY business as we all try to find the best way. The rudeness of some people is heart breaking to see. For those who shout and demand, check yourselves, you are not more entitled than every person looking for the same service. I planned for a long wait, because I understand. My boy was taken very good care of. Kindness goes a long way.

We see Dr. Gabe and think he is awesome???? vet techs are wonderful⭐️ I have absolutely no issue with the quality of care. On our last visit here, which was a well visit (heartworm test), we were there for 2 hours. For me this is too long. Pup pup and I have stuff to do.

After coming here for several years, had a truly insulting experience that will ensure I never come back. In an emergency with our dog bleeding, they made us wait in the car for 90 minutes. When we finally called back to ask if he could be seen, they claimed they couldn’t find the car even though we were parked directly in front of their office. They also denied help to our dog at that point and said they were now “too busy” to see him. While trying to implore them to do anything to help our bleeding dog, they decided to hang up in the middle of the call.

I LOVE Platz. I have taken my dog to several other vets in the area before I came here and I couldn't imagine taking her to anyone else! They are affordable, kind, thorough, and truly love and care about your pet. I couldn't recommend them more.

I got a referral from a reputable exotic pet store to call here. On hold for almost 15 minutes, not a big deal but the receptionist that answered was short and RUDE! I was super excited to call this place until dealing with her. I asked if she was the only receptionist she indicated there were a " ton of them " . Wouldn't give me a day someone else would be there to talk to - only her, although there are a" ton of them". I finally asked who her manager was and she hung up. I had called Parkway prior , the receptionist was super nice and I obtained all the info I needed . I also called the pet store back to let them know what happened and they suggested Parkway as well and that their prices were more reasonable . My view is, if you have these issues right from the get- go, there will be more to come. WOW...is all I have left.

They were great. Other then I couldn't go in with my baby. But new normal covid.

This is an wonderful animal hospital. The veterinarians and staff and so loving and kind towards both the animals and the owners.

Great care and customer service. They communicate very well with pet owners. My labrador loves going, he gets so excited and can't wait to get in.

These peeps are the best. I've been to a few other vets on the Eastside over the past 17 years and your journey can stop with this vet shop.

Just not animal-centered help...God luv'em ..
