Kitty's Doctor Grosse Pointe, Michigan

Tried twice to make an appointment to get my 3 cats teeth cleaned. The receptionist was acting very suspicious of why I wanted to being my cats there. I used to live in Grosse point years ago and had taken my cat, Timmy to their clinic. I wanted to take my cats to a dog free clinic as one cat is terrified of barking. I felt that I was being interrogated. I was even asked why I wanted my cats teeth cleaned! They are 10, 6 and 5 yrs old and have never had their teeth cleaned. I thought I was being a responsible pet owner in getting their teeth cleaned. I did not need an appointment within the week or even month. I just wanted to get something set up within the next few months. In the end they decided they did not want my business!!

Very pleased with this vet and that they only treat cats. Very professional, caring and the facility is very nice and clean. If you're looking for a vet for your cat or kitten I highly recommend Kitty's doctor.

My cat had dental surgery and the staff was amazing. Explained everything up front and called a few times after to see how he was.

No new patients. Can’t even schedule something weeks out. Don’t open a “ kitty doctor “ clinic if you’re not willing to serve your community of pet owners. Thanks for no help at all.

The people at this clinic are very helpful and polite. I love that they work only with cats.

I can't speak highly enough about Kitty's Doctor, Dr. Adrid, and the staff. We took our beloved 17 year old Fiona in and found that she had stage 4 kidney failure. Three months later, Dr. Adrid walked us through the very tough decision to put Fiona to sleep. Everyone was so patient with us, and they were so gentle and kind to our Fiona. I am so thankful we found Kitty's Doctor to help Fiona in her final stage of life.

This was the very worst experience I have ever had at a vet. The receptionist is rude, does not listen and was short and inpatient. Dr. K.Adrid, D.V.M. should be kept away from people. She was condescending, judgemental and rude. I can only hope she has a better rapport with the cats. I was asked three times what food I was feeding my cat and not once did they listen to my answer instead they interrupted me with more instructions. I told them that I got the cat in 2012 and they put that he was 12 years old - they do not listen! Moreover I very clearly told them before I arrived that my cat was difficult. In spite of my warning I was scolded by the Vet as to how agressive my cat was - "I was concerned for mine and my staffs safety" . This comment made it very clear that they were so interested in scolding, judging etc...that they had not heard anything I said. And to top it all off I was charged $600+ to find out my cat had crystals. I have since learned that the same service provided to my cat would have been just $200 at the Humane Society. I do not recommend this place and I've had animals my entire life - I will not return. I will say one positive, (bc I am a positive person) is that the tech. Jennifer was lovely, thank goodness for her.

I love Kitty's Doctor, we take both of our cats here and really love this vet office. I appreciate how they cater specifically to cats

I have had 7 cats over the years and the Kitty Doctor were always great from taking care of my kittens all through to the end of their lives. The ladies who work there have been there for ages and I couldn't have asked for a better place to take my fur babies! I've moved out of the state and wish I could find somewhere half as good as the Kitty Doctor!!

They are ripping people off with the prices for the shots. My regular vet does all of those for $95 total.

Everyone there takes time to make your cat less afraid. They have office cats who come to say "Hi" and make you feel more comfortable. The human staff are great too????

Fantastic cat only vet. My cat was having an issue that previous vet was unable to resolve in a satisfactory manner. Within the first visit Kitty's doctor had the issue identified and resolved. I bring all my cats here for annual check-ups and vaccinations. The staff is friendly and professional and send remind notes for appointments. If you live close and have a cat this should be your vet!

This is a companionate knowledgeable practice. I have learned about cat behavior and how to take care of my cats. They have helped me (and my cats) so much.

I cannot recommend Kitty’s Doctor enough. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. I am so glad I was referred here, it’s the only place I’ll ever go now.

I love this veterinarian. The service was impeccable and I like that it was a place just for cats.

I brought my cat Tyrone in with a injured and severely infected paw. I have 7 cats and have been to many different veterinarians. This place is by far the best place to bring your Cats. You can see the Doctor and staff truly care about your animal. I will definitely be bringing the rest of the cats here from now on.

Dr. Kim and her entire staff are amazing. The atmosphere is very casual, the service is top notch and most importantly, we know our Buca is being treated by the best in biz.

They refused to see my cat without her medical record. I scheduled an appointment on a Monday for Wednesday right away in the morning, and worked a 12 hours shift in between and could not get the record before early morning appointment. This is a horrible policy and of ethical concern for suffering animals. My cat has eye problems, and isn't suffering, but they don't know she wasn't suffering. I can see WANTING medical records, but refusing to see a patient without them is terrible. If a doctor did that to a human . . .

Absolutely wonderful! These ladies are the sweetest, most compassionate vets I have ever had the pleasure of working with. So happy to have found them for our kitties.
