Never a bad experience here. Caring and knowledgeable doctors and staff. The beautifully painted animal murals on the walls in the waiting area tell quite a bit about how special these people are in loving animals. Loved our old vet clinic until our vet moved away, but very very happy to have found Morrison for quite a few years since then.

Amazing service, caring staff and really amazing and knowledgeable Doctors. The staff is really caring and knowledgeable. and really clean premises.

The employees are always so kind and attentive. The Vets always explain everything and make sure I understand what is going on. I have been bringing my animals to Morrison for well over 40 years.

Doctor Arkens, as well as, Drs. Hamm and Smyth always provided great care to my dog for 13 years. The techs and office staff were wonderful too. I recommend them to everyone.

I've been going to Morrison since it was Dr. Morrison there and gone. I love all the vets that are there now. All of them are the best. My furbaby's see Dr. Arkens, mainly, but any of the dr.'s have my 100% trust and confidence when it comes to them treating my babies.

Morrison has been excellent with my dog. Dr. Arkens is the best. I credit her with saving my dog's life as he was very sick a few years ago. We will use Morrison for years to come. I highly recommend.

Morrison is great! We drive the 20 minutes here from home because it’s worth it. Genuine and caring staff and veterinarians. Affordable and quality care for my dog. She’s come here her whole life and we don’t plan on changing that.

Morrison Vetenary Hospital is the place you want to take your fur babies. All the veterinarians are highly knowledgeable. I have 100% trust in them. I might add the staff is also great, knowledgeable and will take their time to listen to you. Please don’t get upset if you are on hold with the phone. You would want the same special attention. I might add no matter how busy the hospital is if my babies need urgent attention they are fit into the schedule the same day. Morrison ROCKS!!!

Morrison Animal Hospital is the only place I‘’ll take my pets. I’ve been a client for many years, and appreciate their professionalism, expertise, and compassion. The doctors and their entire staff are wonderful, and I know I can trust them to give the best care possible.

Have been there for 2 years and glad I found them. They take care of everything my dog needs and one emergency when I need someone they were there.

Been taking my cats here since I was little, before it was Morrison. They used to be good, but ever since Covid hit, they've lost customer service. I called them today stating my cat is sick, and I need to take her in. They stated they didn't have anything until end of August, and wouldn't be able to see her, suggesting I take her to a 24 hour clinic instead. I will take her elsewhere, along with the rest of my business.

Although the vets are great the office staff has become a hot mess. They're impatient and uncaring about anything other then themselves. They called to confirm my appointment but at the same time they were trying to move my appointment up to an earlier time. I was at work so unable to answer the phone. The next morning (8:30a) they called again and cancelled my appointment for later that evening because I didn't confirm the appointment. I'm glad they work in such a carefree place that they can answer personal calls whenever they want but most others do not have that option. When I returned the call, Crystal aka the office manager was rude and unpleasant because I didn't confirm my appointment on her schedule. Thanks Crystal I have found another vet and never have to deal with your attitude again.

They used to be great, but their office staff ruined it. They are disrespectful of your time and schedule. After being a long time customer my appointment was cancelled because I didn't call back in an arbitrarily allotted amount of time. The voicemail I received said to call back to cancel or reschedule then I get another voicemail saying my appointment was cancelled because I didn't call back. Both times they called I was working. When I called to complain I was told it's their policy to cancel appointments for new pets that aren't confirmed. That was never mentioned and I've been taking my pets there regularly for 13 years and had 2 appointments for my dog in the previous weeks. Apparently because I got a cat I suddenly became a new customer. Ridiculous, petty, and not worth the hassle.

Hands down the best vet I've found around. I have two dogs and my lab Sadie had an emergency and needed a second opinion after being to a different vet twice with no diagnosis. My dog was simply given steroids and I had no answers and she was getting worse. Dr. Ham spent at least 30 minutes with my dog and I explaining his thoughts, possible diagnoses and possible outcomes beyond thoroughly and answered every question. From my first call, they were amazing, from getting me in the same day, to making sure they got my prior vet records to the doctor. I've had dogs for 20 years and have never had a vet who took that much time with me. Thank you so much.

I used to love this place. The vets are amazing, and that hasn't changed. However, recent issues have made me have to find a different vet. Two of my dogs need allergy shots regularly, and it has been impossible to make an appointment to try to get them. One of my dogs allergies flared so bad that her face was swollen and was having trouble breathing and they refused to see her and said they might have a spot next week. Our family dog was also turned away when we had to make the hard decision to put her to sleep because she was suffering. After years of going to this vet, their lack of compassion is astonishing.

Had taken my dogs to Morrison since we moved to Westland. Love Dr. Hamm. Called about 10 a.m. to have our 16 year old dog put to sleep, because she was suffering, which came on overnight. They didn't have any appointments. We had to find another vet. If they truly cared about animals they wouldn't have wanted her to suffer any more. So much for being a valued customer.

Professional, quick, great with dogs, and reasonable prices.

Morrison Animal Hospital is one of the best vets I've ever taken my pets to. Even during COVID, all members of the staff are patient and friendly on the phone. The doctors all are very personable and never make me feel like I don't know what is going on with my cat's care; they explain everything beforehand and try to give options to us about what the next steps are in our boys' care.
