Staff were informative and polite. Very lovable to our dog. Full of helpful tips for our new puppy.

The techs are super friendly and sweet. The Vet explains extensively. I keep taking my girl Simi back and even though she had an accident on the x-ray machine they still treat her nicely.

Called to setup an appointment for my dog. They said they would call me back when they had a spot for the dog never called me back

I had a horrible experience with these people,i called in desperate need of having my 14 year old furry best friend put down,i explained his hind legs were non functional ,was dragging his rear end,going potty in his bed which covered him in feces ,the woman on the phone had the demeanor of a government employee who despises even speaking to you,she said i would have to make an appointment & said she would call me with a time within 24 hours,the phone call never came & my dog suffered horribly ,at my wits end i contemplated putting my dog down myself which is abhorrent to me,thank god for the vet at the Animal Hospital on Miller Road who made a point to put my suffering buddy at the front of the line to help us,i would NEVER reccomend this Vet as the staff are horrible & uncaring ,i give them a minus 5 rating .

Killed my cat * (edited) after i took him in for an ear infection called them Monday it was Saturday this happened didn't even bother to call me back paid over 100$ for them to murder my cat

Terrible experience idk why ppl get into a profession and doesn't like it ???? nurses were a bit rude.. however before charging me for things I don't need they did actually find out wt was going on with my baby would not recommend make this a last resort stop to anyone concerned

I wish the euthanasia of my dog had gone better. When we got there, we had to handle the details in the lobby in front of everyone while I was bawling my eyes out. People were looking away in embarrassment. When you come in for euthanasia, you are devastated. We should have been immediately ushered to a private area to go over everything rather than having an audience participate in our agony. The euthanasia itself took 3 doses to get it right which was agonizing. I've heard most vets give the dog a shot to calm them first but this wasn't offered. I'm hoping the owners read this and realize this is an opportunity to improve. Just a little compassion would have gone a long way.
