The grooming was very nice, but my disappointment lies in that she did not ask for shot records from me, few days later , both of my dogs had kennel cough.

Ive known kim for a few years she is super and does a super job on her dogs

Brought my dog there for the 1st time....ask them to just TRIM her hair.......instead ...she was shaved....not a good job ...very disappointed

Very amazed at the job they did on my cat! They were very friendly and personable there. The plus is they were even $20 cheaper than the other groomer I had called for a price. I would definitely reccomend this groomer. I have a long haired cat and she stunk from the knots in her fur. She came home happy, pretty, and smelling amazing!

The owner Kim told me not to come back to her establishment after I told her I was unsatisfied with my dogs coloring. I paid her to dye my dogs tail and ears pink. Nice color, terrible job. She has coloring all over my poor dogs legs, butt, head and face. It looks a complete mess. On top of the poor dye job, I specifically told Kim not to cut the hair off my dogs ears and tail instead she did anyways. I won’t recommend anyone to take their fur babies to these unprofessional people. BeCause I will never go again, terrible experience.

Kim and her staff are fantastic. I’ve watched her build her business from day one. The prices are very reasonable and I know with absolute certainty that my obnoxiously loud, blind, deaf senior poodle is well cared for. These folks are kind and very knowledgeable about their craft. It is extremely hard work! Hats off to the patients to handle some very unruly beasts with care!

Kim is great with my dog's. I can see she loves all animals. I have never complained about how my dog's hair looked. She and her staff does a great job. I have been to many different groomers and I never felt my dog's were safe. Once I found kim OMG the best. Been with her for 5 years or so.
