Took in my dog and they treated him like a king. He had shots and was given. And a flea pill that killed the fleas that was biting him . no more scratching. Thanks for your help "rocky".

The office staff there is amazing. Very friendly kind and caring. This is the 3rd vet I’ve taken my 4 month old puppy to and my last. Marcos was so good with Zoe. Man he sure knows how to calm an exciting puppy. Even He was able to to calm me without even trying lol. I’d definitely recommend this place. For me it’s a 25 minute drive but a drive I’m willing to take to make sure Zoe gets the love and care she needs.

I have been taking my dogs to Animal Clinic East forever. Actually when I started there in the 70s it was called Hoin Animal Clinic. When Dr. Arellano took over I was apprehensive thinking that the quality of care might change. I was wrong. Dr. Arellano is top notch. He is not only knowledgeable but also kind and compassionate. There is no one better.

I don't normally give five stars. I don't think i have ever given five stars. A place has to be expectional to get that rating from me. I called many Vets before deciding on this one. I couldn't get into My regular Vets and they would have changed way too much just to walk into the door! I could get into 4 different vets at differing times. I called at 9:30am. The Doctor came on the phone and asked me questions. He asked if I could be there by 10am. A feral cat that I have taken care of for 3 years came to my house the night before crying. It had gotten into a fight or maybe attacked by a Hawk. He had a puncture wound under his left ear and his eye had been scratched. The blood had glued his eye shut. Dr. Marcos Arellano sedated "Tiger", cleaned his eye's and put an antibiotic in both eyes. Tiger received distemper and rabbies boosters and a strong Antibiotic for possible infections. He was also neutered. The Doctor finished with Tiger by 10:50am. We were out the door by 11am. If I had gone to Our regular Vet I would have sat waiting for at least 30 minutes. It always takes at least an hour and fourty five minutes to 2 hours at My regular Vets. I will be changing to the Animal clinic East for the future needs of My pets. Dr. M Arellano was very skillfull and compassionate. And his assistant I think her name was Betty or Betsey ( sorry that i can't be sure) was more then helpfull. Working in the front office and in the back assisting the Doctor wherever she is needed. Covering all aspects of the office she is a true Gem! The pricing was very reasonable for an Emergency vist. Thank for all your help!

I got in relatively earlier..the vet was nice and was patient with my pet and I... I believe the pricing to be too high.
