I WOULD GIVE HER 5 STARS, HOWEVER TWICE SHE DISREGARDED MY WISHES NOT TO CUT MY FUR BABY'S PONYTAIL. YET MY BABY SEEMS TO LIKE IT HERE. SHE ALWAYS LOOKS NICE (IN SPITE OF MY INSTRUCTIONS) AND SMELLS GREAT. NO CUTS OR NICKS.

Andrea is probably one of the smartest "Dog People" that I know, she is extremely knowledgeable in all matters of your dog's health and well being. She takes pride in her work and is honest and reliable. Andrea is the BEST!!!

This groomer was absolutely horrible she took my beautiful white Bichon and because she was too lazy to come my dogs curly hair she shaved him down to nothing he looks absolutely horrible the worst grooming job I’ve ever seen since I’ve owned my dog for 2 1/2 years andI am not even a person that does reviews so you can imagine the horrible job that she gave my dog just for me to even give a review don’t take your animal here she’s not compassionate she’s not caring and she’s a bad groomer

They did a great job on my mother's dog. He was way over due,due to having problems with Petsmart.

Took my cat here two times. First time I had asked for her to cut any mats out of her long fur, she lectured me that I should never shave my cats mats so she kept her there for approximately 8 hours brushing out the mats. I was hesitant on taking my cat back the second time as I could tell my cat was stressed from the first visit, but once again it took close to 8 hours to pick up my cat and she tells me that my cat did horrible and was an aggressive cat. Never has any other groomer or vet said this about my cat and I’ve seen how she is when she’s scared, she becomes a shaky little ball of fluff. It’s all in the way you handle the situation with a stressed out, scared animal and the owner does it absolutely poorly. If you truly care about your pet I recommend going somewhere else.

Not happy with this place at all!!! I paid $45 for my dog to be cut and she hardly got cut and I feel like they didn’t even wash her!!!! She was there most of the day for what!!! And when she was dropped off by my mom they were rude. Will never be returning here again!

A secret gem in Dearborn heights. They provide excellent care and service for your pet grooming needs and very reasonable prices.

This is an Amazing Super friendly & helpful groomer. I think the owner was the person that greeted us as we entered.

NEVER COMING AGAIN. OVER PRICED, UNPROFESSIONAL. DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO GROOM AT ALL. CUT MY SHORKIE ALL WAY TILL HIS SCALP. MY DOG CANNOT BE IN SUN FOR WEEKS, BECAUSE HE CAN SUNBURN AND DIE. HIS “HAIRCUT” IS UNEVEN! HE CAME OUT NERVOUS AND THIRSTY. DONT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIFIC PLACE TO ANYONE!

We have taken our dog to You Dirty Dogs once per month for the past 5 years and Andrea is extremely good at cutting his hair and grooming him. She charges a fair and consistent price, does a tremendous job; is very friendly and easy to work with on everything including appointment changes. My wife and I highly recommend You Dirty Dogs Pet Grooming!

Took my pet in to be groomed. Left him there and received a call a couple hours later that it could NOT be done. No real problem (my pet is a super senior) I understand older pets get stressed easier. I was not happy to still be charged full price though...

This place is a joke. The owner is rude and does not care about her clients what so ever.

Andrea is a fantastic groomer - caring, considerate and my dogs love her. I am not sure where the negative reviews came from as I have been coming to this groomer for over 5 years and have never witnessed an unpleasant interaction between any customer or animal with Andrea. She is always polite, courteous and accommodating. Our one Pom had major issues about being handled by anyone one; snapping, growling, fussing. Other groomers refused to groom him or wanted him tranquilized. Andrea worked with him on his terms. First couple of visits, he did not get a full grooming and she charged accordingly. After that, he trusted her and it has never been a problem. I would highly recommend Your Dirty Dog and Andrea for your pets grooming needs. All rules are posted and costs are quoted up front. If she runs into an issue during the grooming, she calls and lets you know there will be an extra charge BEFORE you arrive for pick-up or you can decline and she will not proceed any farther.

First time I had my 5 yr old cat groomed. Excellent experience and really glad I found You Dirty Dogs.

Very, very unpleasant experience for myself and my dog. She groomed *half* of my terrier, and told me she needed to be medicated in order to finish. Charged me full price. Wanted another $65 to finish her. Our dog was in shock when we picked her up. I’ve never seen her so out of sorts. I wouldn’t let this lady anywhere near my dog. Took her to another groomer and she was fine. Groomer told us all the terrier needed was a reassuring voice while grooming.

We took our dog here twice and will not visit again. We started going to Your Dirty Dogs since it was right down the street from us. Little did we know that we were paying $40+ to get our dog "trained" to going to a groomer and not actually groomed. So both times our dog came back without being groomed and needing to make another appointment in four weeks. Also if you don't mind waiting in a line for 30 minutes to pick up your dog then this place is for you. She has a strict drop your dog off between 8:00am-8:30am and pick your dog up at 3:00pm with everyone else. Even if you tried going early there would still be a line. I would highly recommend not going here, there's an even better establishment less than a mile south from here.
