I recently had moved to the area and they groomed my dog once which was fine. I then tried to bring my sister 2 dogs along with my dog but cancelled as my sister felt it was too expensive. Tried rebooking my dog and they were unable to take her as one person had went out for surgery. Kept calling to get her in and was told they never could get her in and Marie would call me. After several months and I do mean months I called today 9/1/21 and it’s the same story. Bad business. I can’t get her in cause no one is following up I’m sure within the last 5 months she could’ve got in. I’ll just take her back to Roseville where my business is wanted Btw she’s a 5 pound Yorkie

First of all I've never been there and I have never even heard of it so I don't know how this business got associated with my name so I'm not recommending this grooming salon but if I happen to ever take my Yorkie in there to be groomed then I will give a rating but I first have to know what city it's located in because it's not in Ypsilanti. Thank you!

So happy this was recommended to me. Extremely happy with service and everyone was so nice. It was so very clean and was not at all concerned about leaving my Rascal there to get shaved. First time she was shaved and they did a GREAT job! Would recommend to any cat owner.

I love this place and so does my dog. Marcella Is very good and your animals are in great hands. This will be the last place you will need to bring your pets for grooming.

Picked my puppy up and he was completely shaved. I was told that he moved and this is why he was shaved so close. I asked for his body to be an inch or so and the face to be trimmed. She asked could she cut the ears like a Yorkie and explained to me it would be a little trimmed off. He looked like a completely different dog when I picked him up.

Wonderful and quick service. Marie is amazing! She noticed my pup's ear was a little red before I did. She recommended I take him to the vet. So happy I listened as he had an ear infection! Definitely recommend their service!

I was recommended to Marcella by a friend after having bad experiences with 3 groomers prior. I can honestly say the service was great and very professional. The staff was polite and very informative. My Shih Tzu came out looking absolutely gorgeous . Would definitely recommend...

My Kodak loves Golden Touch! He's happy when he gets there and happy when he leaves. Smells good and always very soft. There is never a wait to get on the books. The staff is very polite and cares about the animals. I would recommend to everyone in the area.

Called and the woman who answered tole me they do would not accept my 20 lb dogs, citing they are no longer accepting "large dogs". I have 3 dogs, one is 9 pounds, the other are 20 - 21 pounds - but I won't be taking them to separate groomers.

I have been taking my dog Sasha to Marcella for years! I never have any problems scheduling appointments for service. My dog is always perfectly groomed & smelling great. Excellent service & great staff.

Excellent, highly recommend! My mom is a vet and we have been taking our dogs here (4 of them) for over 2 decades! They love her and always come home impreccably groomed, and we have had big, small, long and short hair dogs. She is always professional, fast and personable. The dogs come home smelling great with a cute seasonably themed bandana! And she is so affordable!

My favorite place to have my dogs groomed . My dogs are always happy to go to the salon, they look and feel amazing afterwards. The place is very clean, with a cozy atmosphere. They have A.C. and I never have to worry about my dogs overheating. They use all natural products on the dogs, including flea treatment, both are very important to me. I'm always greeted with Friendly customer service each and every time. .

We've been going here for 19 yrs. Our dogs love Marcella and the whole experience. It's the cutest salon too.

Marie has been grooming our dogs for over 15 years. She always does a fantastic job, you can tell she really loves and cares about animals.

Best groomer ever!! My Havanese loves them. There is never an issue with getting the schedule and they value your time. Its very clean and does not smell like animals. I would recommend to anyone!!!

I was late, and the owner was gracious about it. She groomed my very matted boy at what I thought a very reasonable price. The interior is charming and no wet dog smell. And speaking of smell, my boy smelled great and was so so soft, and the cut was just what I wanted. I did not bring cash, they don't take cards, when my boy and I returned with said cash he was pulling to get back into the grooming area. That spoke volumes. After one visit I'm a loyal customer.

This is the best groomer in the city hands down. Golden Touch smell so good in the inside and very clean . The owners and staff were sweet as pie. I have a havanese and this is the best I've ever seen him it made me fall in love all over againn with him. Thank you so much Golden Touch????????????

The only gift we can say is that you are loved and appreciated please take your family animal to the best place to get love and I have lots of people I have came across but she is the best

Took 2 very small chihuahuas and anyone that has came across my dogs call them unreal they dont bark or even snap on ppl. She called and said "in her many years as a groomer!" my dogs were snapping on her and that she needed help! Long story short, my smallest dog is around 3 lbs comes back with both eyes hemorrhaged I call the vet and they say to rush him in immediately. How hard did you restrain a 3-pound dog?!

Love this place! We tried two other groomers in the area before coming here and they were terrible. The groomers here listen to exactly what you want and succeed beyond expectation. The price is very reasonable.

Very warm and welcoming my Chico dog does not like everyone but he loves the golden touch she really does have the golden touch take your pets here!

I have taken my dogs to see Marcella for years. She does an incredible job grooming my dog and her establishment is always clean . She really cares for your animal as if it were her own. I would highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a great groomer!

We have been going to Golden Touch Grooming Salon for almost 17 years! Marie groomed our gentle Sheltie/Corgi mix her entire life. And now she grooms our two Coton de Tulears who have appalling behavior. She is always gracious to us, the pet owners, and does a fantastic job on the little beasts' hair. I don't know what we'd do without Marie.

I have two small Sbu-Tzu's that have been coming to be groomed by Marie for about 7 years. She is the best groomer and my dogs get so excited when they see her. I trust and love the quality and tenderness that she shows to my pets. I have moved about two hours away, but still plan on bringing them down to be gore by Marie, I trust her that much and it is so hard to find someone that professional and caring.

Great place! Kind people who truly care about your pet... been to other groomers... Golden Touch cannot be beat!!! Will always bring Lucy to Marcella!!!
