I had been here before with a friend and her dogs Recently I took my sweet 15 year old cat for a quality of life check after a bout of serious symptoms. I was already familiar with the top- notch care of this facility. But this was the first time I had met Dr. Chadha. I was so appreciative of his deep compassion, not only for Gracie, but for my obvious pain and concern. After the tests were completed, and the not-great news delivered... at my request, we tried a short-term treatment plan. There was some hope of improvement, yet Dr. Chadha reminded me that her comfort and quality of life was our ultimate determining factor. I'm so so grateful for his gentle professionalism and compassion. I was able to make the right decision, at the right time, knowing I did all that I could. From my experience here, and the experience of my friends, I know that this office will not price gouge you. Bottom line: These doctors and their staff are phenomenal, and your pets will receive the best, loving care possible. Thank you, Dr. Chadha, and staff. ????

I could not recommend this place enough. My dog is 15 years old and diabetic and I have been going here for 6 years. All of the doctors and techs are kind and down-to-earth. You can tell that they truly care about animals and their profession. Dr. Patterson and RJ (not singling anyone out as everyone here is amazing) saved my dog's life today during a low blood sugar episode. Unfortunately, we had to take her to the Emergency Vet Hospital in Madison Heights last night (only place that had an opening) and they tried charging us close to $2,000 to treat her. Dr. Patterson, after hearing this and worried about our little Chloe, did everything he could to help her and make her comfortable. On top of that, he only charged $145 for a 10-hour stay, blood work, insulin, and food. The most understanding, professional, and compassionate environment to take your pet and know they are in good hands. Like most dogs, my dog HATES going to the vet and cries and shakes. Chloe walked out of there today healthy, happy, and taken care of. We thank Patterson Vet for all they've done for us and Chloe. You will not regret going here.

What an amazing experience. One of my dogs is not a very good patient to put it mildly. But the patience I was shown last night was truly amazing. Dr Lynch was so kind and thoughtful as my impolite pooch was acting up. This is the best vet around!!!!

Every time I have gone here, the staff have been so friendly and helpful. And they have always done everything they could to help get my animals back to healthy. I highly recommend this place for vet care. They are thorough and compassionate, and I'm so glad I bring my animals here.

This place is absolutely the BEST! I wouldn't take my sweet Miss Penny anywhere else. Everyone that works here is kind, compassionate and you can really see that they love their not only their job but our fur babies as well.

I was recommended to go there by a few people I know at a local dog park and I couldn't be happier with the services received. They were thorough, caring and, best of all, inexpensive! If you care for your pet as though they are family I would highly recommend Patterson veterinarian for their care.

Dr. Patterson is the best veterinarian I've ever had for all my animals. He always takes time with my animals, and I especially when they have been sick. The dog I have now is a bit nervous, but never with Doctor Patterson.

Friendly staff, quite pricey tho imo

Up front desk staff I feel are not friendly. They are short and dismissive and not very willing to help. Very hard to get into when your dog is actually sick and not a routine check up. The vets and vet techs are very nice and personable. Take time to answer your questions when in with them.

I noticed my dog was panting (unusual) and his tongue and gums were pure white (very unusual). I give them a call and they say, “can’t see him. We close at 8. We have no spots for him.” It’s was 6:30 pm. *Very unreliable when you fear for your dogs life.

The best care for my dog!

Dr. Patterson had done our 2 Giant Schnauzer's ears before and did an excellent job on our puppy just recently. Excellent as usual. I don't know the Male tech's name who took care of Zena. But he as well took great care of our baby in posting and reposting her ears. They are great and standing strong. Thanks you guys and to the friendly staff as well. YOU GUYS ROCK!

Awesome veterinary clinic! I have been using the Vets at Patterson for 15+ years. My family has been with the office for decades. We have seen many different vets over the years and they are all great. Highly recommend.

So upset & let down!!! I have waited outside for 30 mins or more for my digs appt but when I make an appt months in advance & called to be considerate because I got held up by a train for 7-10 mins & they said you have to reschedule or walk in snd pay 75 dollars!!!! NEVER NEVER have I been to a vets that’s ever done that! I recommended my family to go there & they already stopped going cuz they were so very rude to her. I hung in there & this is what I got for that. So be it I found another place and will tell everyone about how they treat there customers!!!

I have to say that the people here are attentive. I knew when I walked in that they would take good care of my Rex as well as me and my daughter. Though this was the day we had to say good bye to our boy, they knew our heartache and gave us the time we needed to say good-bye. SO much better than Advance Emergency, after 808.00 on the 4th of July, they didn't even offer to put him down after they saw the softball size tumor behind his stomach.. They wanted to keep him for two days for another 1,000 or more.. UGH! My Rex crossed the rainbow bridge with a caring staff and me (his grandma) and his mom (my 16 yr old daughter) right by his side.. Thank you so much for the heart felt card, and just being present. <3

They take very good care of my dogs!

I have had bad a long history with Patterson's but I feel that since Covid, they have really changed in their service for the better. I still find them expensive though.

I've been going to Patterson for about 5 years starting with 2 cats and now I have 2 dogs that I take there. I no longer have the cats, they have found a good home. I haven't had a problem with them so far although their services can be a bit pricey which I don't mind paying for good service. I've read a few negative reviews here, I'm wondering do they read them too.

Very disappointed with your office! We have been going to you for years and spent a lot of money. But now you want to charge close to $300.00 For curb side visit that really isn't a visit. I expect to be seen in the office now. I worked the enter time less then 4 inches away from patient during the pandemic and expect the same for my loved one not in the back of my car. Will be looking a new vet. You lost a family who thought you were the best but your not anymore. I would suggest others to find someone else apparently it's not about the care of your loved ones.

Had Paterson take a culture from my dogs leg. They sent me home instructions to put the dog hood on my dog so he would not chew. The hood was too small. When I asked they did not have one that fit. Dog chewed his stitches while I was driving around to get one that fit. Am going to a different vet now. Called and asked for the results of the test because his leg still needs treatment and I wanted to give it to my new vet. Someone said they were an okay vet. That was not my experience. Good luck if you go there

They take great care of my dogs. Always a good experience. Recently my lab was spayed & the procedure was smooth & simple.

I have found my new veterinarian! From Dr. Patterson and Dr. Lynch to the entire staff, they are awesome. My dog, Tootsie had to have her leg amputated due to bone cancer. Not only did they do a great job in saving my dog's life but they are truly concerned afterwards. Dr. Patterson has the best attitude I've ever witnessed in a vet.
