I've taken all our pets here and they always handle our pets with love and care. I had an emergency with one of my pets recently and thanks to them, I was able to take the proper steps in making sure my pup had a good recovery. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot express enough how outstanding this place is. I adopted a bearded dragon who was severely neglected and had a lot of health issues. They not only truly cared about making my lil guy healthy again but they went above and beyond to help me understand his issues, set him up on a medication plan and even email me important information. They ran a ton of tests to get to the root of Hawking's (my dragons) problems and very thoroughly reviewed each test with me. They are seriously the nicest, most caring staff I have ever met. I wish my personal doctor was this incredible! You can tell all these people genuinely love what they do and it shows. The rates are very reasonable. The first time I went my dude had to have an absolute ton of tests because he was a disaster. He was so dehydrated he basically needed an I.V! I believe it cost around $125 for over AN HOUR of the doctor saving his life. Animal Friends was very honest and told me Hawking was 100% fine in many areas (such as Calcium), but needed more monthly shots in other areas (worm issues). The next appt was around $60, I believe, and his last shot was only $25. I have already noticed a MASSIVE improvement in my "littlest sons" alertness, activeness and overall well being. I will never bring my baby to anywhere else. This is absolutely the best of the best. From the moment you arrive you will know your loved one is in great hands!

I dropped off my grandbunny for an opinion on his eye injury. They saw him on short notice, and prescribed appropriate meds. Very pleased!

I'm truly one of those people that don't leave a review unless I have an exceptional experience. I've taken a pet snake here due to wounds and they are beyond fair on the price. I would have expected everything to cost an arm and a leg for the many visits we have had to do for the wound care. They impressed me so much that when my dog injured his paw my regular vet couldn't get him in to be looked at. My next thought was to call this place. They made sure to squeeze Charlie into their already very busy day. And again, there was no price gouging involved. They were great all the way around. I found a new favorite Vet Hospital.

They went out of their way to get a sick dragon I had at work in to be seen. They not only had him feeling better in no time, but they saved me from alot of anxiety. Not knowing what to do for an animal clearly in discomfort is the worst. These guys are awesome. Especially Dr. Dan!

Very rude staff. Never take my dog again. Your response includes my pets name which is personal data. Make sure to remove it. Also, as a doctor you were good. It is your staff that is extremely rude. My dog had three emergency room visits for her bleeding eye and when I requested to be scheduled for follow-up the staff was very hurtful in their words and rude. My dogs records took 6 month before they are finally transferred. Sorry but a lot of times, it’s the staff that spoils reputation to a clinic. I still wish you guys Good luck in practice.

My husband and I moved to Canton and started taking our 2 cats here. After the first few visits, it took Dr. Jones forever to return our phone calls. I cut her some slack given that it was a pandemic and they were very busy. After our third visit, she had informed me that one of my cats was dying and that I would be lucky if he survived another year. She stated she would call me the following week to discuss the best treatment plan to keep my cat comfortable. I was so devastated. I did not hear from her the following week so I called up and left a message. Two weeks had gone by and still no call back from Dr. Jones. So, I called and left yet another message. It has been over 8 weeks since our visit and I still have not received a call back. I understand they are very busy but if you cannot service your customers, maybe you should stop accepting new patients. How can you tell someone their cat's prognosis is < a year and not return their calls? To me, that is very poor customer service. I made alternate plans to get a second opinion elsewhere. Just very disappointed here. I just want my cat to have the best care. I am very upset.

Absolutely love Dr. Jones and her team. So sweet and cares about the pets. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have not met Dr. In person, yet, because of covid. She called me several times via phone, while taking care of my baby, Lilly. Doc was very empathetic and explained everything in layman's terms. The staff was also friendly an ddc accomodating. Can't wait to see them all in person.

I took my leopard gecko here to get checked out for an infection. The staff was very nice and prices were very affordable. I will definitely continue to use this vet for my reptiles.

We took our lab there for an ear infection and so far we're happy with the service and staff.

Dr. Jones and her staff are very caring and compassionate when it comes to your pet. A veterinary hospital you can TRUST with the care of your pet. Very affordable which is hard to find.

This place is great! I brought my beardie here after he went to the emergency vet in November for some mouth rot. Daniel the tech was very knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Jones was super sweet and definitely knew her stuff when it comes to reptiles. Extremely affordable cost wise and didn’t ask any me to do anything that was unnecessary for diagnostics. Definitely will be bringing all my pets back here!!

AFVH is a popular place. And It's very busy. But the staff and the doctors are professional. I took my budgie free times there for a fractured leg. He was taken care of very well.

Dr. Jones is amazing. We have five cats, two dogs, and soon to be two bunnies. She always has time to answer questions and I never feel like she is rushing me out (or off the phone as it were during COVID). We moved and we still drive 40 minutes because she's that good. We trust her implicitly and she does amazing work. She neutered our bunny with no problem and she just neutered our puppy who had an undescended testicle and nlan umbilical hernia. Both surgeries were done really well. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Jones and the staff were so welcoming and had honest loving spirits! I took my 12 year old K9 son to them 2 years, I am so grateful I switched Vets! They took great care of Rosco. The compassion and honesty was amazing. One month ago I had to put my now 14 year old dog baby down, even during Covid-19, they were careful, yet very understanding. Animal friends took our Isabel for an eye issue when our long time vet told us no, turns out it was an eye emergency and I can’t say enough about animal friends hospital they fit Isabel in for an appointment 2 days from my call and they handled her with great care and were very concerned about her eye.. after all the tests and a bunch of other stuff that she had needed due to not being able to see a vet because of the virus..the staff the doctor a great thank you for taking care of our little girl.

Wonderful vet. I've been taking my pets here for 7 years now. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Their prices are affordable, doctor is knowledgeable, and the staff is kind. I really can't say enough good things about this place!

Dr. Jones and her staff are fantastic. They take amazing care of our dog and cat. They promptly make room for emergency visits like when our golden got an eye infection and are very accommodating for regular check-ups as well. Our dog loves the office and acts like we're going to the dog park whenever he has a visit. If you live in the are you should absolutely establish care here.
