I started taking my dogs to All American Pet Resort to be boarded when my husband and I leave for vacation trips. One of my pets has a medical condition that requires extra care and dispensing of medication. The staff has always been attentive to not only the needs of my pets but mine as well. Any questions or concerns I have are always addressed in a timely fashion. Knowing someone is always with my pet is one of the many advantages of this place. 24/7 access to Webcams allow you to see your pet during playtime or when they are in their beds. As a pet parent it takes the edge off just being able to see them. I always get a pet report when I pick them up which is cute. It's almost like a progress report on your little one. Another benefit is being able to board your dogs together rather than in separate cages. The online website is conveniently set up to request boarding dates which are sent via. Email for confirmation. Not having to drag your pets dog food is another plus as they provide everything for your pet during their stay. I will not go anywhere else and I highly recommend you consider Canton for a cage free, more personal care experience for your pet.

Never bringing my pup here again not only is this place a scan but they are rude. It says “cage free” but they call their rooms a “resort” that look like a prison cell. Also they say first day complimentary but after i came to pick up my pup i was visibly not happy with the way they had my pup locked up for two hours not only for nap but also later on after he napped it was 4 the lady that answered me was confused first she says he’s in time out then she said “oh sorry he’s in his room until you pick him up” i rushed to get him immediately and they decided to still charge me because they knew i wasn’t coming back! Never again! He works have been sitting in his “resort” from 4-8! My baby was acting so strange when i picked him up he was unusually quiet please be aware of the rules this was my experience i hope urs is better but dogtopia is my place from now on

I took my dog hunter there for a week, great place I didn't have to worry about him. They took really good care of him, excellent place.

Top place to board your dog when you are going on vacation.but never use their grooming service at this location. We just move to Canton area not too long ago.Had a great experience to board our four leg baby when we were on vacation. So we want to try their grooming service. so We took our dog for grooming service. After we drop him off about an hour latter. They called us because the groomer couldn't finish the service. ask us to pick him up and pay for half the price. They said our dog have bitten the groomer which we don't believe it. He doesn't have any history to bitting anyone. All other groomer we took him to all had great experiences with him.they all loved him

The staff are amazing! (Especially the night guy) Animals are treated extremely well! Top of the line facility!

Absolutely fantastic place! The staff is beyond friendly and caring and our dogs needs are met and special attention given when necessary. Our pups are always happy to be there. They come home in amazing condition, clean and happy. Best part is I can call to check on them or watch them via the web cams. All American Pet Resort is top notch!

Great place with no worries on what your fur baby is doing. Tons of cameras to watch throughout the day or night if you are boarding.

That there is 24 hour supervision for my pups, that my pups can be kept together in Large adjoining kennels and that there are multiple play times for them daily...

So happy with this boarding service. Marissa was especially kind in introducing our pup Buddy to the "resort". His first time returning, he couldn't wait to go back and join the other dogs. Overall this is a great place so far and no complaints. Staff is super friendly and attentive to your dog's needs.

I'm a new resident of Canton. All American Pet Resorts was near my apartment. The staff was friendly and flexible with my schedule. I was able to look over the facility, including the boarding rooms. The facility is clean, bright and spacious. I was pleased when I picked up my fur baby. I will use All American Pet Resort again.

My dog has boarded many places before and has been very interactive with other dogs and staff. However, when he boarded at this specific facility, I watched him on camera all alone and mostly in his kennel. When I picked him up and got him home he was sneezing, breathing hard, and coughing. I took him to the vet today and they said that he has a slight case of kennel cough and has prescribed him 2 medications to take around the clock. I am very upset and irritated because my dog has never caught this boarding anywhere else which tells me that their facility is not being cleaned and disinfected properly. My dog is not feeling well and I knew that something was off when he wasn’t playing. Then they had the nerve to tell me when I picked him up that he can’t board there anymore. I would never bring my dog to this facility again for any service. This has inconvenienced me for my next vacation because if he’s not well I can’t go on my trip because I can’t take him to his normal boarding facility. At his normal place they allow his own bedding, food, and toys; but at this place they provide everything and you can’t bring anything for your dog except treats. Do not take your dog to this facility unless you want to be upset like I am because your dog went in perfectly healthy and came out sick. Please shut your facility down and do a thorough deep cleaning.

My top place to send my 4 legged baby! I felt very comfortable knowing that I could watch him on camera ..and also at how clean the place appeared. They do not accept outside bedding etc. This let me know their level of sanitation is very high. My forever go to!!

We have used All American several times. Our dog is very happy there but the past two times he has come home with Kennel Cough. The first time it resolved in a couple of days with meds. This time he can’t keep anything down because of the cough and is throwing up phlegm all over our house. So now he’s confined to the kitchen. Pet Resort fee plus vet visits and meds. This was an expensive visit.

Took our dog here several times. Will not be going back. Understaffed and what staff they have are poorly trained to handle basic dog needs. My dog came home with infected eyes after a stay and they just don’t have enough staff to properly watch the dogs during playtime. Look elsewhere..

Always come home to a very happy dog! Highly recommended.

This was our 1st experience with our new puppy Walter attending daycare. It was such an easy check in and check out process! I will definitely be buying a package because this was him after we got home. He got out some puppy energy!

We started bringing Dunkin, our little Morkie last week. Although he's only visited for a couple of 1/2 days, so far it's been GREAT! The people there are super nice and attentive (especially Marissa and Erika who were SO SWEET to him on his first day!) and are very conscious of his 'body handling issues'. :) He loves the free play times, and also having some time to himself in his suite. We take him for part-time daycare, but our main goal is to ensure we have a SAFE and HAPPY place for him so we can board him for vacations, etc. So far, so good! I would give 4.5 stars if I could because I would really like to see some sort of online scheduling form and email or text confirmations. It's a little clunky to have to call each time and I sometimes forget exactly what I booked. Would also like to see the packages apply to 1/2 day rates. The place we were taking Dunkin before this offered that, so we could buy a 10 day package and get 20 1/2 days (which is all we usually need). If something like that were offered, All American Pet Resorts would definitely be FIVE STARS in my book!

The only place for our four-legged family members. They really enjoy daycare. And we appreciate how well loved they are when they are boarding. All American is the best in the business.

My Golden Retriever is happy and excited to go into the building, unlike other places we've tried. She's been at the All American Pet Resort in Canton for grooming and boarding, with a wonderful experience each time.

So glad the resort is open again! My dogs love going and enjoy play time with their doggie friends and their human caretaker. Highly recommend the resort. Thank you thank you
