The staff is knowledgeable and works very hard - they really love to help pets and people.

I tried to get my 17 yr old Himalayan Max in on Friday Dec 4, 2021 as an emergency patient and they wouldn't take me in and my Max little boy, mama's little baby died that night at 11:30 p.m. I will never contact this place ever again!!!!!!

The staff at VetMed is very friendly and patient in such a busy environment. They are flexible and do a great job trying scheduling for urgent needs.

I had another vet but for the second time they had no appointments available and made no attempt to try and get me in, I called vetmed and they got me in within hours but that's not the best part, I moved here from out of state and had the BEST vet for 25 years, I am VERY critical when it comes to my babies! I was very pleasantly surprised to get the sweetest, knowledgeable, compassionate young vet I could hope for...Dr. Moody not only did a thorough exam (and found the problem) made friends with my little grumpy chihuahua and didn't try to up-sale like so many vets I've been to.. the price was very reasonable and I feel so much better knowing I have a vet I am confident in and really took the time to make both of us feel at "home". Also the receptionist's and the vet tech were all VERY friendly and helpful... I LOVE THIS PLACE !

The staff at VetMed Veterinary Hospital are compassionate,knowledgeable and willing to take the time to listen and answer any and all questions you might have. The doctors are also compassionate about the animals in there care and show it. Through all the sadness and triumphs of having pet’s, there is no other veterinary clinic we would want to take ours. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. I don’t think you will regret it.

I had a pet emergency and they fit us in same day even though our puppy wasn’t an established patient. My husband and I split our time between Ann Arbor and Bay City so her primary vet is in Ann Arbor because she’s usually living with my husband down there. I ended up keeping her in Bay City this week and they accommodated me. I was very worried since my girl wasn’t keeping anything (even water) down. She’s all better now and I’m very grateful for the doctors and staff at VetMed. Excellent service and bed side manner!

I Love Vetmed and all their staff they remember who you are and go above and beyond I have been with them for years they always do a nice job at making my dogs feel comfortable and if there is an issue of any kind they are right on it to fix it

Unfortunately we had to take our dog in to get put down this morning. The women who met us and helped us were fantastic. They were caring, patient, and made the end easier. They allowed us our time and provided no pressure. For such a terrible event, they made it a tolerable experience! Thank you ladies for your care for Ms. T.

All of the staff there were kind and professional during our experience of saying goodbye to our pet. Very knowledgeable and informative, glad to have had them in a very vulnerable time.

I don’t like giving anyone a bad review, but I have to on this. My dog had a growth coming out her ear so they said. It started bleeding bad. I called to have them wrap it some how. They never returned my call. Then 2 days later they say they can do surgery on Sept 22. For a ungodly amount of money This would be another 3 weeks. They kept blowing us offI took her to a new vet and it was her ear drum that ruptured. She was in so much pain. He did surgery right away. But now she is deaf in that ear. She’s back to her happy self. Just beware and do your research.

Everything went well and good with handling animals

Great ppl very friendly .just to expensive to spade or neuter dogs

Not impressed. Spent hundreds of dollars and still didn't get any closer to a prognosis. Took him to a GREAT vet in Flint and knew within 20 minutes that he was anemic and suffering from kidney failure. I will NEVER go back.
