I appreciate Dr. Ben and the staff so much. I always feel welcome and they treat all my dogs like one of their own. Thank you for giving me that comfortable small town feel from the time I call for an appointment to the time I walk out the door.

When they are taking new clients I will be sure to go to them. unlike everybody else in Battle Creek that I called in an emergency situation they just said no and gave me no help to where to find help, while this place couldn't take me in and see me they gave me exactly everything that was going on with my dog my baby of 13 years from Alaska to Michigan in the army and told me how to handle it and take care of it my self, explained it was minor nor emergency and I'd be losing money to even go in ,thank yall so much !

Dr. Ben is a great guy. So kind n patient. He'll answer all of your questions. He's really great with the animals.

Turner Vet staff have been friendly and very helpful whenever we’ve needed care for our 3 cats and one goofy Golden. They keep right up with all needed medications and vaccinations, sending out timely reminders. They’ve even been boarding my diabetic cat in order to see that she receives her daily insulin. I highly recommend this Vet clinic and ‘Dr Ben.’

Dr Ben is professional and compassionate. My dogs are never a fan of going to the Dr but after a couple minutes with Dr Ben, they calm down. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

Made a appointment a week ago and the day of the appointment I called to let them know my husband was bring the puppy in . They preceded To tell me that there was no appointment in the books for my puppy, the person that took the first call never wrote it down!! A nine week puppy with an ear infection now has to wait for two to three more weeks to be looked at!! I am not impressed.

I really enjoyed the doctor's presence. He was very caring to my dog. He's also very knowledgeable person to which we had a great conversation ???? I love to see excellence, you could tell that he still loved doing his job and it showed.
