Poor service. Had a dog dying in the back seat. And they took their time to even acknowledge my Aunt. She called and told them she was bringing him in. DRVC on Columbia got us right in with no appointment and with one vet on staff. Your receptionist is also rude. I'd look into getting better staff.

Rude customer service, my aunts dog was dying in the back seat and the receptionist was extremely rude.

The front staff ladies are so kind, caring and knowledgeable. The vet, he is so amazing! He clearly loves doing this for a living and shows it! I love my fur babies going to such a great place! And the price is so reasonable compared to everywhere else in the area!!

Very down to earth staff, comfortable and loving. Dr. Beebe is a gift to animals and their owners.

They are very busy but still tried to make an appointment for me as soon as possible. My daughter takes her dogs there and loves the Dr that takes care of her babies.

Took my new siamese kitten to see Dr BeeBee and he's always so good with animals. Sally works the front desk and I just love her . I moved away twelve years ago but I have always trusted Dr BeeBee so I have returned even though it's a drive . Moki deserves the best care !

Our cats were and have been attacked by Bald Eagles. Lakeview Veterinary Clinic has always made time in their schedule to treat our animals. Since the pandemic it is virtually impossible to get into a Veterinarian for up to 6 months. The staff at Lakeview Veterinary Clinic are empathetic animal lovers, and promptly squeeze us into their already busy, busy schedules. The Clinic is a model ???? for what all Veterinary Clinics should be like in Southwest Michigan. I can't say enough about this establishment. Again Thank You, Dr. And staff for treatment of our animals. I won't go anywhere else!

I had called for information and then told to call another vet. Which is just unfortunate since we go to them for everything.

The front desk lady was very rude had me on hold for almost 10 min and I called back just to get out back on hold and I asked her how long it would be because I had been on hold for almost ten min and she was like I don’t think so and hung up!! People now days can’t do their damn job!!! I will be going to another vet! Don’t recommend!

On Friday (4/8/21) I took my small dog for a follow up exam because she hurt her LEFT hand leg. They worked on her Right hind leg and NOW both hind legs are hurting and she can't walk!!!

Couldn't get through on the phone because the number listed on Google is a fax machine.

Got my kitty in rt away on a saturday. Very compassionate and takes his time with the animal.

Rudest counter people ever! The women on the counter could care less about you, or your pets! Dr Bebe is great but they lose a lot of customers because of the b****** on the counter! I had been there several times, I had an emergency situation, during regular hours. She was incredibly rude, wouldn't let me talk to the Dr or ask him to call me back. When I asked what I was supposed to do, let my pet die? She replied I guess so. ***I would just like to add after receiving a reply from the owner... this was not during covid. This was years ago and I had to find a new vet as I have not returned since and I have heard many similar stories. It is sad because like I said, love dr bebe

Sally & the doctor are truly angels. The other day I noticed a ferral cat that had a horribly overgrown toenail the size of a dime that was cutting deeply into its flesh leaving it exposed & raw. I contacted lakeview clinic & explained it to them. Long story short, they took heart and took care of this cat. I thank them so much. It was the grace of God that lead me to these special people. May God bless them for all that they do.

Took my sick kitten in for exposure to cleaning chemicals...really thought blood work was needed but a shot and some antibiotics has him feeling a little better. Doctor knows best.

Great vet super excited they were able to help out my son's chameleon. The only vet near by that would treat her!!!
