I can't say enough positive things about this place and their staff. One of their specialists, Stefanie, helped me change my dogs entire diet and has dramatically helped my dogs heart failure side effects which changed their whole quality of life. They carry everything from raw food, dry food, freeze dried, bakery treats, broths, CBD to toys and dental care for dogs and cats. The staff remembered me after 1 time of being there and cater you educationally better than any place I've ever been to! Not to mention they're so kind.

Absolutely love this store! They carry the healthiest and high quality dog and cat food, treats, toys, apparels, etc. we go there at least once a week to get raw or freeze dried treats for our dog. The staff there are very knowledge about the products and know what’s good for your fur baby! Highly recommend it!

Friendly staff with great suggestions. Be sure to check out the stuff on sale, they usually have some good deals. My dog has developed Sonar and knows when we are near this store because it's awesome and he's always treated very well!!

My favorite place to get pet supplies! They are always giving me great recommendations and they have free samples every time I’m in. They carry a lot of healthy options for your pets. All of my pets approve! ????????????

We really liked the leadership before and have been coming here for years, but my most recent experience was terrible. We had nutritional concerns based on a recent fda study related to grain free foods causing heart disease and the young woman mananging the store was extremely rude. Our dog is susceptible to dcm and when I mentioned this she rolled her eyes and spoke down to my husband and I. We will not be returning. There is nothing like someone making you feel badly about caring for your best friend. Also the staff did not seem knowledgeable or able to provide any helpful information.

Not the same place as it use to be with the other owner. Phasing out a lot of product that I use to travel for. They are just another generic pet store. Very sad.

What a great store. The people were so friendly and knowledgeable. they helped me with some skin issues and a bonus about stuff to help my pup who is afraid of fireworks. I love the changes I see happening with the new owners. very exciting. just what the store needed.

Anyone reading the reviews on this site please note that the majority of positive reviews listed are for Green Pawz - not - the new ownership under Bentley’s. I shopped at Green Pawz since the store opened and I was delighted each and every time I visited. The employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and each had a sincere belief in holistic pet care. The store was clean, well-organized and had an ambiance fitting a natural pet food and products store. I wanted to give the new ownership a fair chance so I continued to shop there for months.. Transitions can be difficult in a business with new management and personnel changes. I figured if they sold the same products then all would be well. After months of unsatisfactory experiences, I have finally decided to take my business elsewhere, specifically to Wags and Wiskers 2425 Stadium Blvd which is conveniently located close by. The Bentley's company which bought Green Pawz has opened 90 stores in two years which is phenomenal but seems to maintain little oversite to how each franchise is handled. This one does not seem to be a good fit for the community, at least for former customers. My experiences have included disinterested employees who had minimal knowledge of natural pet care and a changing store environment that is edging more toward the corporate feel of a Petco. So to others who may have had a less than desirable experience at this business under the new ownership and to those who may be researching this business for the first time ... look elsewhere. Try supporting a local business that can provide not only the products you desire to purchase but also care enough to hire employees who are kind and knowledgeable and also a management that is sensitive to creating a natural environment that echoes the philosophy of holistic pet care.

Extremely knowledgeable employees. The changeover had me worried but I've been helped multiple times by the new staff and they are extremely helpful. It's nice to know that even though the management has changed, they are still carrying all of the same products.

New ownership is awful. Prices are going up like crazy. Phasing out products for the sake of just phasing out product. Do yourself a favor and head up the road to wagz and whiskers. Every day there are new employees and old ones are gone. Shame that the business is being ruined.

I have shopped at Green Pawz for years and adored the staff and the products that they sold. Since this store has become Bentley’s under new ownership they are literally phasing out every product that I purchased for my dog, including her dog food. As dog owners know, it is not easy to switch a dog to a new food, especially if they have a sensitive stomach. As well as completely changing over their products, the staff is not helpful and borderline rude. They do not seem sensitive to the fact that it’s frustrating for owners to have to find a new food for their dogs, when they have been buying certain products for years. When purchasing an existing business, it seems that the new owners should be more interested in what their customer base was buying and happy with, instead of completely changing things up. Unfortunately, I think I need to find a new pet supply store. We miss you, Green Pawz!
