I took my Pet for grooming appointment. I like this petsmart because the girls here really does a good job with the grooming. It was a busy day and it took extra longer than usual but my pup looked so cute, neat and adorable.

Last night was the start of training for my Goldendoodle.My dog did quite well.We found new commands for or dog that makes more sense than NO !I I believe with more training the dog would learn more.He is only 7 months old and my family is loving the experience of this dog.

Petsmart is a great place where you can find all pet needs. This petsmrt is special because it has the banefield pet hospital which makes it very convenient for pet owners. From pet supplies, grooming and pet hospital in one place makes it easier to pet owners.

These folks are great with my dog. He has been going to daycamp for 8 months and us always a happy camper.

The Employees are Friendly, Helpful and Knowledgeable! The Store is Clean, easy to Navigate and Stocked!

I brought my 4 month old Goldendoodle, Scout, in for his first professional puppy groom. I was incredibly nervous about the appointment, because though we've practiced at self-wash salons and at home, Scout can be nippy when he is anxious/scared and he hasn't yet come to love the grooming experience. But, Hailey did an amazing job!...even though he didn't make it easy for her. Thank you so much!

It's funny I'm writing this review about PetSmart right now, because I just had to write a pretty bad review about Petco! But I have to say even though PetSmart is out of crickets most of the time LOL their employees are great! No more going back and forth between the two totally done with Petco

I go for the pet hospital. Everyone is friendly there. The bad part is it takes months to get an appointment for a sick animal, isn't this place a pet HOSPITAL?

I’m a huge fan of PetSmart, but the cashier I had was incredibly rude and lazy about matching their own online price. Instead of saying he was unsure about whether they could match their online price and call his manager over to ask he made a bunch of excuses about how it was online delivery or same day delivery… Save yourself frustration and go to Petco across the street or order from Chewy.

Amazing customer service, so helpful, and friendly. Helped me and my daughter pick a sweet hamster and gave information on it as well. Didn't try to upsell

Staff seem overworked. They also never have the brands I'm looking for.

This place has a dog Hotel, dog grooming and also has a vent located inside the building. One Stop Shop for all your needs.

I have honestly never experience worst customer service. I came in with my mother earlier this morning and the cashier at the second register who was helping us was very rude and passive aggressive when all she wanted to do was use her gift card and check the amount. He refused and said if we had a problem to go to the other register. I never expect over the top customer service at any establishment and I understand no one likes working a part time job but the rudeness we experienced was uncalled for.

Always well stocked and staff is attentive.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR GROOMING!! Made the appt. a month earlier, drove an hour to get my cat bathed but got nothing done. Warned the staff that my cat will be nervous, they left my cat in the carrier for 20mins and did nothing about him. When it’s his chance, he resisted a little bit for nail trimming and their staff stopped trying. Worst experience ever, DO NOT COME HERE

Pick up the phone!! I've been on hold for over 40 minutes waiting to update a stay at the pets hotel. I guess if you need to do something here, just go there because calling seems to be a waste of time.

They were so good to accept an item we purchased in the Saugus store and exchange it for a larger size. I lost my receipt but they were very understanding

Pet smart grooming is always good to my pup. She’s really anxious and they do a good job keeping her calm. Not 5 star because things can vary based on pet groomer.

Made my adorable dog look nothing like himself. He is upset now. Don’t do it
