I have a 27 pound Shiba. This clinic required a tranquilizer to even see her, this was absurd as the dog is nice everyone including other vets who have both given shots and drawn blood. And to make the requirement worse they couldn’t even remember to give me the medicine after my visit and didn’t tell me, so when I showed up to my next appointment they refused to see her and charged me when I showed up to the appointment without it. They are disorganized and bad with animals, go else where.

I took my dog for his yearly physical and the staff was very considerate and listened to my concerns. I did not have to wait a along time before he was seen. He got his shots and had an easy day.

The hospital offered a free first initial visit for my cat. When we got there, the doctor took her into another room and apparently administered all these things without my consent. She needed pills for nausea she has a serious digestive issue , and the hospital told me that the balance was almost $500 and I could not just pay for the 4 pills which were $130 I needed to pay the entire balance before leaving.

My Daisy has been a paw patient at Banfield for years. The staff is professional, friendly and well educated. I especially like how attentive the staff are when caring for my dogs medical history, her sensitivities, and the continuous questions asked to not miss anything undiagnosed. My Daisy Girl is healthy and happy because of Banfield Clinic.❤????????

Front desk /check-in staff in Everett, but NOT MELISSA!!!! Is a rude ignorant person who should not be working in healthcare for animals or humans!

The people were very friendly, welcoming and juat overall professional. Brought all 3 cats the first day. Then one cat a week later for spaying. Good experience both times. The only negative thing I would say is that there isn't always a clear line to the counter. So it is sometimes a bit of a mob. Might help to make a clearly defined line forming area, and an area to wait for pets to be brought out. Aside from that, great veterinary hospital where I will gladly continue to bring my pets.

I love coming here because i get great care for both my Cats. Dr.Kemp is amazing. she always takes the time to sit with me and listen to whats going on with them. She goes out of her way to answer any of my questions or if she doesn't have them she finds them right away. I always feel like they are taken care of 100%. Thank you for providing great service!

Very Very sad day but they deserve 5 stars, go to them, they are good. One comment I'm going to add is I could hear my cat crying when they were needling him down few doors away, It broke my heart, I'd rather have not heard or at least have been holding him while having to listen. I'm not saying at all the are not companionate, just the exam room and the lab could be more separate. .

I have been using the Banfield network for over 5 years and have never had a problem up until this past month. I brought my toy Aussie in to have a mass looked at on his face in mid-January. The mass was aspirated and sent to the lab for analysis. I was told results would be back in 3-5 days, however it was 9 days before I was able to get results. These results did not provide answers, so surgical removal of the mass was scheduled for the following week (Feb 2). Again, I was told 3-5 days for results. This time it was worse. I began calling on Feb 10, called 10 times that day, no answer. Repeated Feb 11 and Feb 12. The evening of Feb 12, just before closing, I left a stern, pointed voicemail stating essentially that it is completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a Vet's office to consistently not answer phones, and that the test results had better be positive because it was also completely unethical to not report out test results in a timely manner, especially if I was being made to wait this long for a cancer diagnosis. It was not until the morning of Feb 16th that I received a call with the test results - and yes, the diagnosis is cancer! An aggressive cancer that is known to be susceptible to chemo protocols, if started in a timely manner. I had to go in the next day to get the sutures removed from the surgery and requested a copy of the pathology report. It was time-stamped Feb 9th; 3:30pm!! This office waited AN ENTIRE WEEK before letting me know my dog has cancer! That is time wasted that I could have been scheduling with an oncologist! I wish there was a way to report this behavior to an ethical review board. I can only hope my dog does not get progressively sicker before his oncologist appointment on March 2 - a full MONTH after mass resection and 6 weeks from my initial visit to have the mass looked at....without treatment, the life expectancy seems to be no more than 10 weeks....these were time-sensitive results that this office delayed getting to me, wasting precious weeks of my dog's life. I am extremely frustrated, disappointed, and as a trained laboratory biologist, disgusted by the lackadaisical behavior of this Banfield office.

It pains me to leave a low review because the staff and the vets are always so nice, but unfortunately we have been very frustrated with this hospital. Our dog dislocated her paw and for over a month now we have not received any updated news. Instead they want us to keep coming back every week to pay to get her bandages done with no update of improvements. They had a glitch and never sent her X-rays out which mistakes happen that’s fine, but when they finally did, we still never heard from them. We are going on 2 months now with no information on her dislocation :(

Just tried calling and I was repeatedly put on hold. Banfield is the worst. AND I pay for a monthly wellness plan, but apparently that is insufficient to get an appointment with a vet. Cancelling those plans now.

If you have a perfectly healthy pet needing routine visits, banfield works great. Would not recommend for anything else. My dog has cancer, never received a call from them regarding a 6 month xray check in to make sure it didn't spread. This same cancer they said for a year not to worry about until I took my dog to an independently owned vet hospital who operated right away and diagnosed. The 2nd you have anything out of the norm of routine visits it turns into a bit of a disaster. And you all need to answer your phones more consistently. Tired of calling and pressing 0 for operator for 5+ minutes until finally being able to talk to someone.

The best place to take your dog to if they suffer from allergies. It's expensive yes but well worth it! Dr. Bloom is the best!

They handled my crazy requests for my little boy and I've never enjoyed a veterinarian as much as this place. Also I do not work for them but you need to check out their monthly plan. Makes taking care of your baby pet a breeze on the wallet..

I am happy with the care I received today for my dog. She has a lot of issues. I felt those who saw her were caring and thorough. We have a beginning plan for her to get well. I know there is more care needed for my girl....However I feel confident in returning to Banfield Woburn for her continued care. Thank you for being sensitive to her unique condition!
