Highly recommend. Dr Merola was super nice to our 8-week poodle. Very knowledgeable and patient.

She definitely scams people!! Took my puppy for vaccinations and ended up paying twice. She charged $160 for a medicine which is available everywhere for $58.

NO! Go anyplace else! Dr. Merola gave my 14 year old dog many vaccinations he did not need, and I did NOT authorize. This is a dog she KNEW had vaccine reactions in the past, and I declined them all every office visit. I was charged more than $100 for unwanted vaccines. Try Kindness Vet or Newton Animal Hospital.

Without any children of our own, our fur baby is our only child. I would not trust any other doctor with my baby boy! Dr. Merola is the smartest, with the most amazing temperament, and attentiveness with the animals when seeing them. If you’re call ncerned that her desk may be a mess... then your priorities are in the wrong place.

I loved this vet. Especially during Covid times when everyone else had a waiting list for 2 months or more. She took my cat right away that needed to be rehomed and was never vetted or neutered, so literally a lifesaver!!!!!! ????????????????????

Cold, uncaring and just in it to make $ What was really irritating is I corrected her 3x that my cat was a "she" and not "he",but never correxted herself. I had been through some financial hardships and she was aware but did not care. Gave my cat a $80 rx which she staryed in office (eye drops) so had to purchase. Left after $400. Switch to kindness and half that- more caring vets and not a freezing cold and dirty waiting roon. Also my cat doesnt get a tenth of the anxiety as she did here. Would not recommended at all.

I had to put a star to write but this place is the worst I took my cat and the way they just took him out of my arms and threw him into a dark room and told me to leave and when I went to pick him up it was just curiously to see my baby …

I have been taking my two cats to here for years. Dr. Merola is great with them and the cats always warm right up to them and check them without any struggle. She definitely make the cats feel at ease. The prices are responsible and I never feel overcharged or as if they are taking advantage of me, by suggesting unnecessary treatments. All the staff are friendly and sweet to the animals. They work with you to make sure you get an appointment that works for you and in quickly if your animal is sick. They will also communicate with you with your preferred way (email or phone). Their responses are quick too.

I left more anxious than when i arrived. Focused on extras and things and not even what was wrong with my dog.

We have been taking our pets to Doctor M. for More than 16 years. Their longevity is the testament to her skill and knowledge.
