Good products at good price but the reason I go here vs otherwise because the staff is wonderful, friendly and will drop anything they are doing to help you. Plus I'm small and someone offering to carry 25+ lbs of food or cat litter for me is awesome!

I love the Waltham store. The staff are super friendly, helpful and awesome! They have what I want and are always up for chatting about my doggo. They love what they do and it shows.

I just visited your store and brought in my puppy to pick out a treat. She was barking and approached by an employee asking, is there a problem? I quickly said no, she happy and excited. She proceeded to tell me to try and control her for there are animals at the store that get nervous with the loud noise. Really,? It's a pet store for pets! This store is very convenient for me and my family however I will be driving across town to Petco going forward.

The staff at this store really care about animals and I've been able to get some good advice from experienced reptile owners from them. It's always easy to get my guys their worms and crickets. And I never wait long. It's really got a neighborhood feel even though it is a big chain store. I'm very happy with this store. It's also one of the only stores in the area that is consistently stocked with live crickets and my geckos appreciate it.

I am not one to write reviews often however the level of customer service received at Pet Supplies Plus in Waltham is off the charts and HAS to be recognized. They help you find anything you need with a smile and they welcomed our dog in the store and treated her like she was theirs. Mike, Nina and Nisi specifically are just the nicest people you will find at any store not just a pet store. They exemplify and are THE standard in what customer service should be at every level.

A must visit for pet owners and lovers alike. I love this store better than Petco. Has a little of everything and prices are pretty good. Must check it out!! Talk with the kind manager if you're not finding something you want and she'll make sure they have it for you. Now that's customer service!!

I was shopping for dog toys when an employee tried to help. I let them know I didn't need help they wouldn't leave me alone. I ended up feeling so uncomfortable with their aggressive behavior I ran out of the store.

This place has been nothing short of awesome since I moved to Waltham. The employees really care about your pets. They are super friendly and provide an all around great experience in store. Thank you!

I just got a cat scratching post at an amazing price. They were having a super sale. Besides my great purchase, the man who assisted me, (I did not get his name) was so helpful and friendly. The Science Diet I just bought my cat was a lot lower priced than Petco. I always thought smaller stores were more expensive than big chains but not in this case.

Wonderful place to get supplies for your pets. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I also love walking around the store and observe the cute hamsters and fishes.

Great pet store! You can find everything you need for your pets. They also have cookies for dogs from the bakery. This is so amazing! My dog loves them. Customer service is great, everyone is so friendly.
