The best vets ever! The staff is fantastic and I would only trust lucky's life with them!

This animal hospital is top of the line when it comes to professionals who really genuinely care about the well-being of your pets and you. They are not your typical corporation hospital that is just trying to gouge you for every penny you have. They really truly care about your animals in every possible way. We have had over eight pets be patients of theirs over the course of 15 years and would highly recommend them every single time to everyone, way better than any other animal hospital or clinic in the entire Boston Metro suburbs area.

TRY, just TRY to build a relationship w, "Kindness". DAVID is all BUT kind. He threw out statistics on why they are busy. cannot make appointment. His overall tone was condascending. I've experienced his tone in the past...... It got to me this time! Dr Rosenblatt is wonderful.........her greatness does not negate the repeatedly horrible customer experience w front desk personnel...... She is wonderful, from my ONE time experience

Great experience, took my puppy here and he’s good to go. The staff came right out to the truck and kept the whole experience as hands off and low interaction as possible while keeping in constant communication. Highly recommended!

We just had to help our pet rabbit on to the other side today, and we chose Kindness Animal Hospital; Dr. Patrick Hallissey has been her vet here for her 10-year tenure in our family. If you have a rabbit, INSIST on Dr. Hallissey and choose this place. He knows what he's doing and what he's talking about, and he is truly a professional. I don't have the space here to describe the time, care, attention to detail, compassion, rabbit expertise, and patience he has given to us all this time, but I can tell you he is paying attention and he cares. Thank you, thank you, thank you, from all of us! I genuinely wish my own physicians would care like you do, Dr. Hallissey, and we ALL love you ♥️ Our bunny passed on peacefully and totally spoiled, and we are grateful to the whole KAH team.

I wish i didnt have to transfer my dog elsewhere! I moved nearly 2 hours north but this place is amazing. My dog loves everyone here and they treat him so well. I miss them!

Excellent specialists, decent service and reasonable prices. We show all our animals to the veterinarian and are very happy.

It is reasonably priced and I always feel my cat is very well taken care of. Additionally as a young, new pet owner, I constantly have questions and they've never made me feel like I am frustrating. Everyone is very understanding and helpful.

The vets are wonderful, it's the office manager that ruins this practice: haughty, cold, dictatorial. I needed a wellness check and he told me to stand out in 17degree wind parking lot and just hand over my dog. I am 74, been vaccinated and wear mask. I needed to be with dog to confer with doctor, he said, use cell phone. Well, the wind is 60mph. I said, let me wait in the rest room. Then he could care less about me, the paying client so I dropped the F word and now I am OUT. too bad, the vets are nice, but they ain't the only game in town. The hell with you David

Vets that actually care. They showed this in everything they did, and were very reassuring. I'm new in town, but I've found my vet. When my cat, Toon, came out(after a physical AND a shot) he was calm and sociable, zero trauma. THAT says all I need to know. Geoff(vet) tells it like it is, with knowledge, honesty and compassion. Kudos to these guys, all of them, for embodying the care that their profession requires most of all.

Easy to order prescription food,etc. The veterinarians here are especially kind and knowledgeable . Following COVID guidelines as of this review for appts. Your pets are taken from you at your car. Prices are fair and run slightly less than others, but care doesn't lessen bc of this.

My cat changed vet from waltham vet on lexington street where she was always terrified and the first visit she didn't scream or shed from anxiety. Dr. Geoff is amazing. Also dr merola had trouble getting cat in carrier after visit and dr. Geoff basically telepathically got her in. I would use this vet no matter price (much lower than lexington st waltham vet) or distance.

killed my cat in 2012 due to negligence and im still not over it. Hate this place.

I called for an emergency with my pet and I was told that they don't take new patients. Wow!!!

The staff here is fantastic - all of them. All are knowledgeable and personable and helpful. They will find answer to your pets problem.

Great, helpful vet for our cats and puppy

This animal hospital is great. They have been caring for our cat since she was 3. Now she is almost 17 (will be later in 2021)! The doctors and staff here are very kind, helpful, and responsive. Definitely a place I would recommend.
