Took my cats here for a lion cut. They cut one of the cats legs and didn't bother to tell me about it. Will never take my cats here again.

My dog Winnie's regular groomer was booking months out so I called Kissable Paws and they were able to get her in the next week! She came out looking like the Queen that she is, so fresh and so clean. I swear her breath even smelled better (and for a 13 year old pup that's saying a lot). Excellent work, we will be back!

OMG! She’s amazing! My little dog Smalls is psycho! He’s been banned from Petco and she took him in, no problem. Not only did he get a bath but also an amazing nail trim & haircut. I was looking for a place to get my dog groomed near me since I just recently moved to Lynn and at first I would go to my nearest PetSmart, but I realized that they don’t care about the animals at all. I decided to call here and I was able to book an appointment the next day. I was thrilled. My dog had matted hair, but they were able to take him in and help him out. Thank you so much for helping him out this was one of the best services I’ve gotten for my dog and I will definitely be coming back and referring to others! it was truly money well spent!

Took my older kitty here last week as an emergency groom (she had an accident and it matted her fur)—Maria and Liz were so accommodating and kind, they cleaned her up great, then gave her a nice haircut/nail trim, and treated her like a princess. Will definitely be back and recommending others!

There were too many dogs and the staff that was there seemed overwhelmed. My dog got an uneven cut and I feel uncomfortable bringing her back. Too bad because it's so close to my house. My neighbor said they used to be great but the priorities have changed from quality to quantity.

Maria recently groomed my granddog Miko. She was absolutely fantastic. Miko suffers from Lyme disease and he cries when touched. Maria was great and patient grooming him. I cannot recommend her enough

I have an old cat who is very difficult to groom. She does an extraordinary grooming job. Very skilled and professional. I would highly recommend!

I think sje was the owner, but she was very nice a d did a great job with my yorkie pup. It was his first groom so I'm sure he was a bit of a nudge...she gave me some pointers on bathing and brushing at home and tips on touching his paws and ears to make him more comfortable with that during grooming.

I was reluctant to bring my kitty in for grooming because I was afraid it would traumatize our very skittish little cat. But I could not stay ahead of the mats building up in her long hair and it was clear the mats were painful, so I scheduled an appointment at Kissable Paws in Salem based on a recommendation by my vet. I have only had short haired cats in the past who groomed themselves, no mats ever, so this idea of getting a cat groomed was unsettling. Maria and Julia were both professional and kind. Maisie came home tired, but otherwise happy. It is no longer painful for her to be petted, she moves into my hand like cats do, rather than away. I am glad I brought her in and will not let her get matted again. If you have a cat that needs grooming, I recommend Kissable Paws.

My dog has never smelled better! His coat is so soft and shiny now and his nails are in much better shape!

Kissable Paws is by far the best groomer we have ever used. We have an adult wheaten terrier and he can be very anxious and ornery and difficult to groom. With his coat, he is prone to tangles, allergies and skin issues. Since we started coming here over the last year, every 6 weeks, our pup and his skin/ coat have never looked better. He actually likes going to get groomed now! Tail wagging, happy! We also get great advice on what foods to use and avoid, how to care for his skin issues etc. She is the absolute Best! So relieved we found Kissable Paws. Amazing service and our pup loves her ❤️

Kissable paws is the real deal! Maria and her staff were so kind and gentle with my 2 year old shih tzu Benny. She listen to how I wanted his haircut and did exactly what I asked for. This was our first visit and we are so happy we found them! We had just moved back to the North shore and needed a new groomer. Benny was so relaxed and calm through the whole experience...I know that because Maria was kind enough to send me a video of him getting his haircut!! I know he could feel Maria's confidence and kindness! They are affordable, clean and best of all, they definitely know their craft!

Maria is one of the best groomers I've ever been to. The prices are great and my dog and cats always come home smelling absolutely delightful! As a new(ish) dog owner, I also appreciate her giving me tips and pointing me in the right direction. She's amazing, kind, and just downright honest/real with you.

I brought my 12 year old, persnickety, over weight, calico cat, Jasmine in to be groomed. Maria suggested shaving her for the summer and added that she may be embarrassed and a bit insecure and possibly hide for a day or so. She absolutely LOVED it! It’s like I have a brand new cat. The price was very reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to have her groomed there on a regular basis.

I want the absolute best place for my dog. Looks like this one is the right one. Everyone is real nice. They walked me through everything and even gave me tips for training my dog. They also gave him a cute little scarf. I will most definitely be going back!

I Started going to Kissable paws about three years ago and I loved the experience! A lot of diversity which I like because I have a pitbull and I was always iffy about other groomers that my dog has had in the past but when I first started going to Kissable Paws and met the owner , Maria, I loved her energy and I trusted her. Definitely recommend Kissable Paws for pups/cats owners and are just moving to Salem or the North Shore area! SHE IS AWESOME!!

I took my very anxious collie mix to them and they did a wonderful job with her! She smells really good, too. She had not been groomed in at least 6 months or more owing to two bad experiences somewhere else, so I had been nervous to the her to anyone. That said, the staff had their work cut out for them. But they did such a good job, and she was not as panicky as she has been. It's a nice environment. So glad I found them!

I’ve been bringing my dog to Kissable Paws for about 7 years and I can’t say enough how much I love it here. Maria is awesome and grooms my dog exactly how I ask, every single time. My dog is my baby and I never have to worry when he’s at Kissable Paws because I know he is being so well taken care of. I highly recommend bringing your pet to here, you will not be disappointed!

Such sweet and gentle groomers! Spoke with them at length to make sure they got it just right for both my dogs! Very affordable prices for grooming, bath, nails, anal gland expression and tooth brushing. There’s even a small enclosed play area for the dogs who are waiting to be groomed so they don’t have to stay caged up! It’s cash of check only FYI. Will be coming back!
