I wouldn't bring my cat anywhere else

I wouldn't bring my Buddy anywhere else but here. He is hard to handle and rather feisty. The whole staff knows this but they are all very gentle and patient with him, this place is wonderful.

If you have cats then this is the best vet clinic in the area and they only care for cats. They are generally busy but if one of your babies need care they will get you in in a very timely fashion. The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and professional and they love cats. This is the only place we takes our babies.

IT's all in the name. A hospital for cats. Exceptionally knowledgeable staff, well practiced and experienced. Quick turn around times, good scheduling, fully in the cat healthcare network for follow on care and referrals. They absolutely treat the animals like patients and have genuine care and concern for each and every creature in their care. From birth to box, they bring professional healthcare to a home setting and provide the absolute best possible experience the situation allows.

my cats not dead so what else can I say

The ONLY place to take your cat(s.) We have been clients of Dr. Ternes since almost the beginning of her practice and we would NEVER go to any other vet for our cats. At this point in our lives we do not have any cats, but we are hopefully headed to the shelter this weekend to adopt THREE! We'll be heading to the Feline Hospital as soon as we can after that! No other feline vet will suffice! Go there-- you will be amazed!

They are awesome. We have 2 senior cats and they are taken care of well. Although they're busy, they remember our cats and catch little changes in their well being after a year! When surgery was absolutely necessary, they were excellent. Professional, considerate and caring even during these trying times of Covid-19. Yes I'd recommend them!

Talk about getting great care for your pet, this is the place. Amazing doctors, extremely knowledgeable, caring and friendly staff. Clean and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Dropped my sick 12 year old off for what I thought was a regular exam and blood tests. My son picked her up after work and was presented with a bill close to one thousand dollars! Nobody called us to say hey we feel we need to do more tests which are expensive. No warning. Sorry if I don't feel this is a good relationship at all.

Awesome place for all things feline. Dr Ternes is the best vet and she has taken care of our kitties for over 10 years.

Very caring group of cat healthcare professionals. Everyone on staff is very knowledgeable, kind and considerate.

They are so good. I had to arrive 2 hours early with my cat and they got me a litter box and water for him in the meantime. The vet is a very intelligent woman!

I LOVE the Feline Hospital. I have had 4 cats treated there since becoming a patient and their issues have run the gamut. From a simple exam, to helping my very sick cat pass over the rainbow. Dr. Ternas and the retired now Dr. Bird (and their wonderful staff.. I’m looking at you Jane ????) are the best of the best. They understand cats and their personalities. Because they are “cat people”, they empathize with the patients and their families like no other veterinarian I’ve been to. I was so scared recently when my cat became very sick & Dr. Ternas was so kind to me. She reassured me and I knew that she knew what she was talking about. I had taken my cat to the emergency clinic and the young clinician just didn’t have the background or wisdom that Dr. Ternas does. She is so thorough and treats every cat as if it was her own. Although sometimes you have to wait for an appointment, it’s usually because someone came in with an emergency and understandable. They really do go out of their way to help in any way they can. The resident kitties Finn & O’Malley help cat families relax in the living room by playing & cuddling. There’s towels provided for kitties like mine that are nervous and want to hide. After having some nightmarish visits with other vets, I just can’t say enough about the folks at the Feline Hospital. It is about 15 miles away and a long ride with traffic for me but I don’t care. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Ternas, Dr. Bird, Jane and the rest of the folks and kitties at The Feline Hospital. ❤️

My family has gone to this feline hospital many times and over many years, and they have always done their absolute best in making sure our pets get the best care possible. I would not choose anywhere else.

Dr Jesseman and her assistant Ana brought such a calming positive energy to the exam room. Their kindness, patience, care and experience were evident throughout our visit today. Mr. Snicklefritz is a very lucky kitten !

Very nice vet office for cats only. The people who work there are awesome. they took great care cutting my cats nails and he is not one to have them cut. but they are awesome.

We went to Dr. Ternes after one of our cats was misdiagnosed at Banfield. We now bring all 4 cats to Feline and love how attentive everyone is.

This place may be fantastic, but I'll never know as my cat had an emergency and their website said they were taking new clients. I called and they said they can get him in to be seen in February! FEBRUARY! It's Mid November right now! I've never contacted a vet in an emergency that didn't get me right in with my animal. It's too bad because I was hoping I found a place to take my 3 cats from now on. I guess not.
