Because the store deserve it?

They charge more than twice of what I pay in supermarkets for cockatiel seed. I walked out without purchasing anything. Their prices are ridiculously high.

Used public transportation to get there. They were closed at 6. When I called to ask why hours aren’t updated on their website or even google, was told “I’m an employee, can’t do anything about that.” No… so you contact a supervisor or manager to handle this complaint and apologize. I get people get paid minimum wage to work here but I shouldn’t have to tell people suggestions on how to do their job or pass along A complaint.

Super friendly and helpful everyone is very polite and positive

I do not recommend the pet grooming. I paid for an extra package for shed removal and they returned my dog wet, with the nails still long, no trimming of the paws. Basically they just washed her and didn’t even dry fully. I’m very disappointed and I sent $100 for something I could have done at home. Also the dog was very stressed while there.

Great store. Not everything is available at times. Somewhat pricey.

Waited 2 weeks to get my puppy first shots and they cancelled my appointment the same day of the appointment ????

Petco always has what I need and in store pick up is convenient.

I love this store. They have everything you could possibly need & I love the whole design of the building itself inside. They're a bit expensive but then again who isn't.

I had a grooming appointment but was told that the only groomer was sicked so my appointment was canceled. Everything all happened after I got there and wait at the check-in counter for about 10 mins. They only called me once in the morning and I missed the call. I'm pretty sure there's a better way to handle this, felt disappointed

Vaccination service was fast and reasonably priced.

I love this place.... since my sister brought Kika to the house.... I am just in love.... Petco was staff was very friendly, the weeks with the classes helped us all in the house to interact better with Kika ... Mike the trainer was spectacular... thanks petco.. ohh and the snacks.. yummy!!!!

I brought my puppy Kovu here to get groomed. Julia did an amazing job. I am so happy with the way she cut his hair and how good she was with him. Julia will definitely be my go to groomer!

I ordered everything online and when I got to store the order was there waiting for me

Brought my dog for shots and micro chipping, the company they use for the microchip stinks has a website that lags and is difficult to use. Bought her a scannable collar who’s website is so much better!! Shots are reasonable and fast. Vet was friendly Looked into grooming seemed expensive for what I want $54 I just need a trim not a full blown haircut and wasn’t interested in the bath. But that’s not how it’s set up

one of the groomers (don’t know her name but she was older) was rude and after seeing other people’s reviews it seems like she might just be in a bad mood all the time. go somewhere that has groomers that are actually friendly, after all they are gonna be taking care of our babies!

the bird food is rong fead the birds pellits not seeds then the cages for parakeats is to smal and the stor is a chan pet stor i am not saying dont shop thair but thats my opinyon

Wish I could give zero stars! I usually take my 10 month old to Julia who was good but r/s for a diff day because Julia called me and said she wouldn't be there the day my puppy was scheduled so we changed appointments. Upon arrival me and my fiancé were informed it was a different groomer who never called in advance. Seems like this groomer had a bad day/personal vendetta against my baby. Shaved her completely took a quick look at her said she was all matted (which she was not) she is well taken care of! Here's a before and after pic from a week ago on the left and yesterday after her appt on the right. Be aware of this groomer!! When I spoke to complain that how uncomfortable my puppy was and didn't want to speak to said groomer, the groomer had called and basically argued with me when I stated I didn't want to speak with her/ clearly we weren't seeing the same POV. My puppy was not taken in to consideration and was poorly treated. Her ears are hot and I literally had to cuddle her in a blanket to get her comfortable. Now I have the groomers daughters harassing me on fb. So just beware. And I have before and after pics and it’s just horrid????

I appreciate a clean and helpful service and that is exactly what I got.
