We have a new puppy, first time pup parents and had lots of questions. Although the visit felt quick, I walked away feeling like I got answers and have a reliable place for our girl. Also they offered tips and tricks for my issues with training and when I first contacted them, they were so responsive and have continued to be over time. Grateful for RAC.

They were very attentive to my puppy and very caring. He was getting neutered and I felt comfortable that he was in good hands. They even checked the next day to make sure he was recovering well.

Everyone at Reading Animal Clinic is so helpful, caring and friendly. They treat my cat with compassion.

My dog gets severely anxious when going to the Vet. I was recommended to go to the Reading Animal Clinic by my dog's trainer and it surpassed all my expectations. The vet I had prior to going to RAC didn't put in any effort into working with my dog or me. I'm very happy to have found RAC and hope to build a long-term relationship with them. Thank you to the team for all they do!

All of the staff are very friendly . The veterans are awesome. They always make sure you understand everything and never rush you out the door. They are also very affordable.

I take both my dogs to RAC and have done so since we brought them home as rescues five years ago. All of the vets, and especially Dr. Kohler who is our primary vet, are wonderful, caring, professionals. I like the fact that they call after every procedure and discuss their findings, and suggest plans of action. I feel very comfortable with them and trust them to take the best care of my dogs.

I've brought my cats to Reading Animal clinic for 6 years now. I have since moved 35 minutes away and love and trust all the staff there so much i still make the drive for my cat's bi-weekly appointments, and bring my two new kittens there as well. All the techs are so wonderful and kind with my cat when she's there for her allergy shot . My 4 cats have been cared for by Dr Flynn, Dr Sun and Dr Ning. All of them are beyond knowledgable and compassionate. They are so friendly and helpful and always transparent with all services and procedures. I trust the staff here with the care of my pets and would recommend to anyone in need of veterinary care.

I just got a puppy and took my dog to see Dr.Kohler. She was absolutely amazing with my dog. She is extremely professional, personable, and does not seem in a rush. She was patient and answered all of my questions no matter how silly or basic they were. You could tell she genuinely cared about animals and was not trying to rack up a vet bill. I called her with some questions and she got back to me almost immediately and was nothing but pleasant. My puppy got excellent care I trust them with my dog completely and I will never take my pup anywhere else. I highly highly recommend reading animal clinical.

Since adopting my kitten Jinora at the end of May, I had been trying to get her a vet appointment. There seemed to be no availabilities near me until mid-August. She got sick at the end of June, and I was trying to find a vet that would take a sick visit. I was trying to avoid the emergency room. Reading Animal Clinic was the only place I found that would squeeze her in. And they were wonderful! Very friendly staff from the person on the phone to the vet techs and the vet. They gave me medicine to give to Jinora, cleaned her up, ran some tests, and gave her her vaccines. They set me up with a follow-up a few weeks later, which went smoothly. Now she is set up to be spayed and microchipped. I'm so happy they were able to help her! I had been calling so many vets and had been frustrated. So glad she's feeling better and established with a vet!

We feel lucky to have seen Dr. Ning and Liz today. They were amazingly comforting with my cat who is suddenly piddling all over my house. They answered all of my questions and concerns with honesty, caring, and actual personal opinions. We needed to leave my cat for a few hours for testing and were completely at ease with this decision. I never knew a vet visit could go this well, I've avoided this like the plague. Dr. Ning is a rockstar!

Very good about keeping you abreast of costs for procedures before you agree to them, the doctor I worked with was lovely and incredibly helpful and great at easing my anxiety during a particularly stressful health scare with my cat. Every little stupid question was answered without judgement or attitude, I've definitely found the vet I want to stick with now.

I take both of my kitties here and let me tell you , they are the best! I have had issues with vets in the past (my cat is a little bit of a behavior issue at the vet ). Dr. Flynn’s bedside manner has been the best I’ve found , all of the staff is helpful and willing to give tips ! Dr. Flynn just examined my senior cat who I adopted from my grandmother and she was very thorough but also wasn’t trying to just do unnecessary tests. She cares about her patients ! He had bloodwork done today and she already called me with results before I even arrived home ! I’ve recommended this place to two of my friends who have animals and have had issues with vets. This is the place to go :)

RAC was very friendly and made good feel comfortable and his experience was very positive and Goody left with his tail wagging and was not afraid at all when leaving. Dr. Cathy Sun was very positive with Goody and gave him some treats to make him feel more comfortable and I felt Dr. Sun even made me feel comfortable since this was Goody's first visit and I had alot of questions which were answered right away...I high recommend RAC to any pet owner. Between my new puppy and my daughter's dog being sick, I have been to RAC or called to speak to a vet every day this week! Everyone has been very helpful and supportive. I really appreciate all of your help!

Great experience, truly attentive to your pet and clearly all are animal lovers. Really glad to have found a fantastic local vet in town!

My puppy had an issue with both of her eyes, some sort of infection. My normal vet could not take the time to see her (this was also during normal business hours of an entire day) and instead told me that I should take her to an animal hospital and that I should not wait because it could cause blindness if it wasn't conjunctivitis like i suspected. The cost of that would have been around $300.00 for the visit as well as waiting in the parking lot with my puppy for a long period of time, perhaps upwards of 3 hours since it's an emergency room. I started to google vets near me and found Reading Animal Clinic. They were very professional and made time to see my puppy that afternoon. And as I suspected it was routine conjunctivitis. I will be switching my vet to Reading Animal Clinic immediately!!

Our cats and dogs have ALWAYS gone to Reading Animal Clinic! The Vets are gentle, interactive, knowledgeable, and sincerely interested in their patients ! The support staff are wonderful , comprehensive and thorough. Thru Covid, they have remained a cohesive team, staying in touch with the human family in their cars, never leaving me to feel forgotten about or rushed. The entire staff at RAC is terrific! Especially have been impressed by Dr Shurland ( she’s been our Vet for 15 years) and more recently, Dr Flynn! You guys are awesome!!!!

I've been a client with all my kitties. The appointments, during Covid, are contact them from your car and meet at entrance. We'll run and the staff are exceptional and Drs so caring. I would recommend them highly.

My Ruby is 12 and very anxious. All the staff love her and know how she needs to be handled. They are the best! Highly recommended!

I truly trust my corgi's vet and all of the vets here; they are so invested in the health of my dog, and they give us explanations and options when needed. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience right from the start. From calling to make my appointment to the appointment itself and also the follow up call I made the day after my appointment, everyone was so friendly and helpful! I can’t thank all them enough for proving such a positive first experience for me! Everyone is SOOOO nice and I knew as soon as I got off the phone making the appointment that I was going to be happy and made the right choice. Times are tough but they made me and my kittens feel so comfortable and forget about the craziness going on in the world and not being able go in with them. Dr. Sun called me as I was sitting in the car and answered all of my questions and provided advice to me as a first time kitten owner! I highly recommend them especially for first time pet owners. Such a great experience and the vet techs are soo nice!

Thank you so much to the staff over at Reading Animal Clinic! My dog is very anxious around other dogs and everyone was beyond accommodating to help make him feel comfortable. I asked a million questions and both the doctor and tech took their time to answer all of them. Love this place and will only be bringing my little guy here!
