They do an awesome job with both my dogs. Very personable. My dogs after they get in they love it.

They are so gentle and patient with the dogs and always ready with advice if I need it. It's affordable and also amazing. I was worried when I first got my dog that I would be throwing half my paycheck away in grooming bills, but this is the first groomer I went to and found it incredibly well priced. And my dog looks ADORABLE!!!! They really do such a great job. I never thought I'd be so happy with grooming. But this place is the best. I can't praise it enough. The pictures of my precious freshly groomed baby should be proof enough.

I brought my welsh terrier here for the 2 years I lived in Quincy and out of all the groomers I've ever brought my dog to, Pick of the Litter is by far the best one. I never got a breed cut for my dog as it was too much maintenance so I'd always ask for the same length all over but keep the terrier face. I've found that a lot of groomers don't quite know how to get the welsh terrier face with the eyebrows and beard but Sharon and her team always did it perfectly.

I've been taking my poodle here for a few months and she loves it! Staff is friendly and they do a great job.

Sharon and her staff over at Pick of the Litter are the best! My dog comes out of the shop looking perfect every time! I always get so many compliments on how good my Pomeranian looks. This is the MUST go to pet grooming shop on the South Shore!

This place has a great environment for the dogs

My dog hated to be groomed until we came here. I've been taking him for a few years now and he's never had so much as a tiny nic from the clippers. He even goes in happily on his own! The prices are pretty good as well. We love it!

Friendly groomers. Very busy, especially around holidays, so book ahead of time or it could be difficult to get an appointment.

Been going here for the better part of 4 years. Always a great experience. My dog is dramatic and screams when she gets her nails cut (in true Shiba fashion) and Lynn never complains. They do an awesome job, they really are the best. Very personal experience. NOTE: To the woman who rated 1 star and went ranting about puppy mills, either you’re spamming anything that looks like a pet shop or you went shopping for a dog in the wrong place. This is a groomer. It’s no wonder you had a poor dog-shopping experience.

Sharon and team are awesome. Was worried about my cat but they are so good with her and she loves herself when I get her home. I moved and even travel the extra miles to stay with them.

Our dog is a rescue dog, skittish around groomers and distrusting of other dogs. Sharon took the time to bond with burley making her experience memorable

We've been calling this place for months and leaving voicemails, and we NEVER get a reply. It seems they only do well at THEIR convenience, not the customers.

I have a difficult little dog, but she seemed to really enjoy the experience! And they have a very friendly staff.

Every time I call this place, the same rude woman answers. She tells me they have no openings for a cut/shampoo for a cat for at least 2 weeks. She doesn't even offer to schedule the appointment. I've definitely lost my patience and won't be calling again.

This past Sunday I was looking for a place to take my dog for a bath and some grooming. I called at 10:00AM and surprisingly enough I was able to get an appointment for 12:00PM. I dropped off my pup with Laura and she politely explained the grooming options and told me he would be ready at 4:00. Bonus- Its right next to Shabu, so I grabbed some lunch while I was in the area. Laura did a fantastic job! - The dogs coat looked great and felt smooth. Teeth were brushed and nails were trimmed. He even had that "New Dog" smell again. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended - will definitely be back - Thanks Laura!
