Best vet in the valley!

I have been so disappointed with the care that I have received from Dr. Owen. We brought our new puppy to the clinic 1 year and a half ago and I have found Dr. Owen to be very reactive and not at all proactive when it comes to dog care. My pup has had several issues while in her care. Three bouts of vomiting and diarrhea (one that brought my pup to the emergency room), eye issues, false pregnancy, post surgery issues etc. I have not felt, informed, supported, or guided by Dr. Owen along this journey of caring for our dog. She has been defensive when I have addressed my need for more help. I have spent so much money on my dog and it feels that the money is all she really cares about as she is quick to prescribe medication and tests but wont take the time to discuss what is going on with our dog. It has been extremely unpleasant to work with her. If you have any issues with your animal that need care, attention, or patience, I would recommend that you seek care from another vet. The Vet techs are fantastic so if your pet doesn't have any issues you may love this clinic, but Do NOT expect compassionate, knowledgable, proactive care from Dr. Owen.

The vet is a straight shooter. She is honest and caring. The staff are amazing. They are very honest and caring.

Couldn't have been better -- as usual. Staff are friendly & efficient, Dr. Owen is wonderful, and the whole place has a good vibe.

The staff are SO friendly and attentive to our puppy's individual needs, they always follow up with us and have answered a LOT of puppy questions--very knowledgeable. Dr. Owen has really worked closely with us to get our puppy on track health-wise. Puppy loves going in for her visits to see her friends (even if getting all those puppy shots is no fun). Also, they offer a smart phone app to handle aspects of your account, and that has been really helpful for us.

I can’t even give these people any star because of how horrible our experience was with them. The office manager while on the phone thought she put my husband on hold and proceeded to talk trash about us and how irresponsible owners we were to others in the office while my husband sat in listened until she came back in the line. How horrible to think how long we have been going there thinking how good they were when really this is the trash they talk. We also have had many times they try to do labs when not necessary. Shame on them! Shame shame shame!!!!

Would not go nowhere else.

I love this vet! They truly care about the health of your pet.

My cats are so healthy, even at the ripe old age of 16, thanks to the care advice and treatment of Dr Owens and the staff at North King Animal Clinic.

BEWARE!!! This office in extremely unprofessional. This vet's office refused to treat my pet or prescribe their necessary medication after I criticized their lack of professionalism. The staff is unresponsive to emails for weeks. The vet recommends expensive and invasive tests. They care more about their pride than doing a good service for the pets involved. I will never trust this office with my pets again. Shame on you!

They have been so helpful & good to my cats. One of my cats has a reoccurring health issue and there is no other place I would trust her with. Also with coivd the vet techs are so warm and loving to my pets i trust them to comfort them when I cant be in the room.

The genuine care, affection and tenderness expressed by Dr. Owen and all the staff is very special and an invaluable part of the experience at North King Animal Clinic. I can see that my dogs feel it. Also, Dr. Owen provides very thoughtful and considered information and options. We have appreciated the great service here for many many years and highly recommend.

When I pull into the parking lot and Stella sees where we are, she goes nuts! She can't wait to see her friends at North King Animal Clinic.

Excellent vet office. I bring my two cats there and starting soon, my new puppy. The vet really loves animals and knows her cats and is very sweet. The staff is friendly and helpful. An amazing vet office for your animal.

I feel comfortable with the team here caring for my cat even though I need to wait in the car. I trust them fully to be kind and caring to her. My cat has had a good amount of health issues and the vet has set her up with the right treatments a few times. Allowing her to live her happiest and healthiest life. I drive 40 mins to bring my pets here and it's worth the drive everytime.

This clinic is very warm and receptive. I love that my two kitty's are in their care. Its abundantly obvious how much the entire staff loves animal's. I can not say enough good things about North King Animal Clinic. I'm so thankful to them for what they do and the way in which they do it.

A vet that cares about the animals first. Their prices are very reasonable. It’s all about the pet there. Kindness and compassion are the backbone of this practice. I travel 45 minutes to come here because of how kind they are to my pup. It’s family run and it’s amazing. Take the extra ride it’s worth it.

They are very caring and professional. They always try to find time for Pepez in an emergency.

Very friendly and caring staff. The vet is very thorough and knowledgeable. They follow up with a call to be sure all is well. I recommend them highly!

Everyone is so nice! You make Sophie and I feel very well cared for. The only thing you could improve is to have an acupuncturist on staff.
