I wish i could give a 0 out of 5, horrible place. And they charge an arm and a leg for a visit and medicine that doesnt work. Just brought my dog back to his orginal vet for the same recurring problem and they charged HALF of what this place charged. Dont bring your pet here.

The only place that was willing to see my dog within 24 hours. Recently moved to the area and hadn't had the chance to establish a new veterinarian for my dog.Since I took her to get all of her update vaccs and wellness check before she left Florida. I figured that there was no rush. The office even gave a follow up call. Great place, caring people. Got a new Dr for my Mitzi and my 2 cats. ❤????

Very unprofessional, was told my dog couldn't be seen without some paperwork which should of been told to me on the phone at the time I made the appointment so I had to go all the way home to get it. Very unprofessional !!!

Did great job wit spaying my cat angel, but charged extra$172.00 more then the $250.00 quoted to me, they said it covered exam, shots and spaying! after i asked several times before i went to appt. Paid $250. At drop off, and was charged $172. at pickup.It was a lot to pay on original quote esp.. in pandemic! When we're living check to check already.i had chosen them due to original amt. Because i was on fixed income now I'm even more strapped then i was. I'm suppose to go back in 10 days for vet to check incision proberly gonna charge me for that too. They didn't even give my cat a cone to wear after surgery to avoid her licking the wound. communication lacking due to covid. People answering phones arent giving right answers to questions.

The doc was grate took good care of my cat even thou I wasent a patient.and called to check on him a fue times I recommend all to go

I have been bringing my pets to Dr Ramsey for several years. He really shows how much he cares about your baby. Highly recommend. The staff are all very caring and supportive.

After bringing my cat in, I felt that they didn’t have time for my concern and that I was wasting their time, which made me feel uncomfortable I ended up going to a different veterinarian hospital near by and they determined that my cat was sick and I was able to receive the proper medicine to make her better.

I have a 88 lb pitbull that doesn't like strangers and they did a good job trying to keep him calm while giving him shots.

We bring both our dogs here and Dr. Ramsey is great with both of them. Because of him and his staff, my dogs actually enjoy going to the vets.

Found out they over charged me and gave my 6 month old kitty a dog shot. The vet I go to now couldn't believe it.

I am pleased with the treatment my Lola Caroline received here.Dr Ramsey is very gentle. Friendly staff, too!!

My pet and I did NOT have a good experience at this Vet Hospital. For one not making it a comfortable visit for both owner and pet. And, giving shots and other needed treatment before discussing the cost with owner. My sick kitty showing bones, got no answers. A call LATE at night w/blood work.. They say its ok, but now we need x-rays. Im getting a second opinion and never returning to the NewBedford Veterinary Hospital
