professional and accommodating for my cat. super sweet staff

This was my first time boarding my boys at Chez Mieux. They did a spectacular job taking care of them. The staff are kind and gentle and let me talk to them when I called. I would definitely trust this place to care for my precious fur babies!

Chez Mieux came recommended by some friends and they were great. Highly recommend, they really care for and understand cats. They treated my cat as if he was their own.

Will never bring my cats anywhere else! I feel like my cats are in good hands when they come here. I love that they get their one hour play time. I picked my cats up today after being gone for a week and they somehow smelt amazing. I’m not sure if they cleaned them? But overall this is a great place to bring your cats to if you are going away.

Great service and quality of care. They are very professional and the cats look well taken care of. I boarded my cat with them for three weeks. Book early because they fill up fast!

Great place for cats when you’re away

I wish there was another location closer to Boston. I'd help run it! The condos are big, I haven't seen anything like these for sale. They may be custom-made. A few different rooms as well. They provide bowls, litter boxes with lots of litter, new kitty beds, a play area, calming spray, etc. I can't say too much yet because it hasn't even been 24 hours and I'm the human. Ill see when I pick up my cats in a few days.

Amazing place for cats, all my relatives and my family use this wonderful resort for our cats.

We have boarded our cat at Chez Mieux for 7-10 day vacations at least 3 times per year over the past couple of years. I would not think of going anywhere else. It is clean and comfortable, with knowledgeable and caring staff. Most (if not all?) have formal veterinary technician training, and it is clear how much they love cats! Sometimes he’s so happily playing with them that he pays me little notice when I return to pick him up. That’s a sure sign of a happy feline!

Puuurrrfect for an evening or two!

Just got back from a 10 day trip. Our 2 kitties stay at Chez Muex whenever we go away. We are so happy with their care and know they are in good hands. They are 13 and 14 years old and both have medical problems. They receive their medications 2x daily. They were in wonderful shape both physically and emotionally. Totally relaxed and healthy!! It is such a relief to know that they are well taken care of and doted on while we are away. We appreciate all the staff does to make sure they are happy and safe. Once again we are 100% pleased.

Lovely clean facility. I was apprehensive about boarding my cat but the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. He loves it! When we went to pick him up he didn't want to come home! I will be using chez mieux for all of our cat boarding needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, friendly environment that caters to all of your cats individual needs.

My husband and I were invited to a wedding in Georgia and were unable to find someone to take care of them. When I learned about Chez Mieux Cat Kennel and after reading a bunch of glowing reviews, after checking it out, we made arrangements for them to stay there for 5 days. It was so affordable, too. Being away from them was torturous and I called almost every day we were gone to check on them. The cats had such a great time, it was hard to get him in his carrier to go home. I was so happy and emotional, I thanked the woman who took care of them. I was so happy, I gave her a hug. We will definitely board our cats there the next time we travel.

Chez Mieux raised their rates to 29$/ a night and did not do what they advertised they don't scoop your cats litter and the cats have to live right next to the the litter. then they charged me an additional day's fee because they could not see me in the morning. if they had seen me and i picked up my cat then i would not get charged and other day. and the person who was working did not seem to care and would not give a real apology. she said we "misunderstood" the policy. yeah right. I would not leave your cat here I am very disappointed and will not be coming back.

My cat and I had a great experience with Chez Mieux! My cat is elderly (19!) and needs some special handling as far as meds and food preparation. I worried about him and the Chez Mieux team sent me texts with photos to show he was doing great. When I called a few times the staff instantly knew which cat he was and had stories to tell me about how he was enjoying his petting time and loved exploring the place, and that they were enjoying him as well -- which warmed my heart!! When I picked him up he was looking very good - and he was quite happy - so I knew they had taken very good care of him. I would highly recommend this place! The staff seem to truly love and understand cats! And the little cat condos are quite nice! (And no barking dogs nearby - just quiet kitties!)

This is a very clean facility and the staff are caring and kind. They are able to care for cats with special medical needs. The prices seem reasonable.

Our kitty, who gates leaving the house and hates other cats loves coming here. The staff is great and she feels comfortable and safe.
