I had a wonderful experience with Milford Animal Hospital and loved Dr. Augusto. I brought my cat Gus there last year for dental extractions, and the team was great and the price was reasonable for sedation, x-rays, and 4 extractions. We just went in for a sick visit, and the staff got us in right away, the vet tech was so kind, friendly, and compassionate to both myself and my cat. Dr. Augusto was thorough and had such a calming demeanor. He answered all my questions and provided several treatment options. The adorable dogs walking around greeting people and spreading cuteness were the best part! We love it here!

I had a really bad experience there, I only wonder if I look different then others (Spanish). Customer service it’s not great. My dog it’s a husky he is tried but not 100%, but that does not mean they can treat my dog however they want. I love my god, and I will never go into a place that you’re not WELCOME!!

I've been going here for a few months now with my rats. Dr. Augusto has been more helpful! I've taken them to many vets before and he is the most compassionate and that goes along way with me. The price for a visit is great. For exotic pets, which rats fall under, alot Alot of vets will charge $75 or over just for a visit (coming from RI). Getting appointments is very easy. I would recommend milford animal hospital anytime!

Best vet and staff around!! So thorough and friendly. I have a temperamental English Bully and everyone at the office takes their time with him until he is comfortable. Can't imagine taking my furry family anywhere else!

There the best. We have had are dog annie there since we got her as a puppy, shes 8 now. Ownership has changed once but it is as great as it was before. The new owner is awsome and the employees are awsome like they have been since day one. ( THE BEST)

I love this place. Been coming here for years with our dog. Staff is great and vet is so nice. We don't feel pressured here to get every single dog shot that is offered. And this place is so clean!!

Warning ⚠️ Please avoid this veterinary hospital. I experienced poor quality of care and the staff is cold and unprofessional. I am glad to have since found a wonderful veterinary team elsewhere.

We have been coming here for a few years now. I have 5 dogs so I’m always calling them with questions and appointments. They always take me in even if it’s a last minute thing. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!!

Terribly rude staff. Never going here again, they don't care about animals or people.

I was 4 minutes late. I had called ahead to let them know I was going to be late because my car battery died. They told me I was too late and refused to serve me. Tried to reason asking if the next person calls in late if I can just take their slot. They immediately became rude. Had to leave without my cat being looked at. I didnt yell, or give nasty looks and made sure to keep a calm clear voice, but that definetly did not stop them. Side note it was my first time there. I am not sure if this is their usual MO.

I bring my dog here any time I'm worried about him. Percy had a couple bumps on his leg a couple years ago and the vet did a thorough examination and recommended having them removed and biopsied to be safe. There is very little scarring and the biopsy came back as a common virus type thing with a very easy treatment. I have also brought him in for kennel cough diagnosis and treatment. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Today percy went in for his first thorough teeth cleaning. I trust this vet and the staff for just about everything when it comes to Percy's health and wellbeing.

Absolutely love the vet and vet techs here! My mother and I both bring our dogs here and they are amazing. The prices are fair (actually cheaper then most) and they really care for the animals. I would highly recommend them!

Very caring. And always answers the questions I have. Was wonderful with my granddaughter. In the future she wants to work at an animal hospital.
