Great experience! I don't know what kind of shampoo's they use here but they are FANTASTIC! our dog has been so clean and shiny since she came home.

Avoid if you have a puppy. Our first time there. When we went to pick up our dog after his grooming, we were informed that he is not allowed back for services because he was barking often/was too loud. The establishment may not have the patience or appropriate staff to deal with puppies or young dogs.

The owner was extremely accommodating, she was able to squeeze my dog in during her busiest time. She also deadheaded my Akita better then it has ever been done! I was extremely impressed!

Although the first time Cheryl groomed my little 7 lb. dog, she gave her a cute style, but the 2nd time, I found 1-1/2 inch cut in her armpit (ratio to her size is huge)! The trim had no particular style. I don't recommend taking your pet there.

Today was our first visit with Cheryl at the dog house. I was very pleased with the service. Bailey looked and smelled very clean. Bailey appeared to be very happy. If my dog is happy, I am happy too! Thank you for your great service. We will be back next month! ❤????

They did a great dog with my little guy. He’s a rescue that was very badly abused, so he’s very nervous around strangers. He also HATES being groomed. I dropped him off and picked him up 2 hours later and he looked good AND HAPPY! I feel like if my little guy hates the groomers and still came out looking happy, that speaks volumes about the staff. You can tell they truly love animals. Will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend to friends!

I brought my cat in to be shaved. She was loaded with mats very close to her skin. I made an appointment, dropped her off and picked her up an hour later. Although she looked silly she seemed fine about the entire experience. The Dog House did a wonderful job.

I've been going to the Dog House for 1 -1/2 yrs. Cheryl and Sandy have always been understanding and great taking very good care of my 15 yr shitzhu/poodle mix.. They are quick and call as soon as he is finished. He is always groomed nicely and looks so dapper! I recommend The Dog House to my friends.

I have been very pleased with the groomer here. I have an Australian Shepard (Minnie) and they have done a fine job grooming him, grooming included clipping his nails as well. I have returned on several occasions and will go back as long as I am on the Cape.

I brought my dog here and they did a fantastic job. It was my first time going to a groomer but we will be back!

This is an excellent place to bring out the best in your dog. Staff are cheerful, gentle, and thorough and even a somewhat skittish pet will warm up and settle for a grooming at their hands.

Brought my dog for a wash and nail clipping her nails were perfect she had on a trendy bandana..but she stunk !!clearly she was NOT bathed ????

The care The Dog House takes with pets and the individualized quality service they provide is unmatched. When I’m up on the Cape from Virginia, my dog Max loves to go there. We now wait for our travels up to go see Cheryl rather than take advantage of the convenience of getting grooming done and out of the way before our trips up. The Dog House has exceptionally talented people that truly care about the appearance and wellbeing of my four legged family member. The Dog House has my highest possible rating! I am so pleased! This was the first grooming for our four month Havanese. Having been less than cooperative when I tried to groom her I was a little nervous. She did well and looks adorable. GREAT JOB... I Highly recommend the DOG HOUSE!
