The place has been updated nicely by the new owners. You can tell they are putting lots of thought and effort into making the place enjoyable for pets. Both groomers are pleasant and Vanessa did a great job on my golden doodle. Highly recommend

I have heard of 2 deaths and 3 dogs getting away and loose . This place needs to be looked into ...Ma ssd's hpee do your job animal control board of health . !!!!!!

Brought my Yorkie in last week. He was looking a bit shaggy and definitely needed a trim. When I picked him up a few hours later, he looked like a whole new pup! Ashley did a wonderful job and we already booked our next appointment with her in October ????

For $100 I would have expected the cut to be more be even. My pups facial grooming is very uneven and there are ver obvious long patches of fur that stand out. Zoey is a golden doodle and her face was cut like a poodle. Not at all what we expected or wanted.

Do Not Go Here! Awful awful place for your animal. They simply don't care about your canine and treat them terribly. Some have even died in their care or lost. I know people that have had a terrible experience. This place should be closed for animal cruelty. Don't even want to give them a one star. You deserve a negative 100.

This is a great place to bring your pups. It is very clean. The staff is friendly and they treat your dog as their own with love and kindness. The prior negative comments are from disgruntled and hateful former clients and their friends and family who feel it necessary to be bullies. Think about it, why would they take on a pet grooming business (from family members) if they didn’t love dogs/animals? Nothing but love here folks.

My dog never has to be put in a crate here - he gets to stay on the floor and play with other dogs. They will call you as soon as your dog is finished. Always a good experience for my dog

Lost my friend’s family dog, didn’t inform them until it was time to pick up, then refused to help with the search process. Find another groomer ????????????.

Want your dog to be lost? Sure go here! They lost my dog and NEVER CALLED US, beyond absurd!!!!!!!! Absolutely do not bring your pets here for their safety. Unreal the things I’ve seen.......one star is one too many

I brought my setter in for a bath and a summer cut. When I dropped him off there were dogs all over the shop, making him nervous. He came home after being there for 4 hours almost completely shaved. Even if I had wanted his fur to be cut so short, it is uneven and patchy in many areas, plus he was still dirty in some places.

Outstanding service, so personal and comfy for my dog. Shauna did a great job and you can see she genuinely cares, which is the most important thing. I will definitely coming back here again.

When Shauna was the owner this business was amazing. We were loyal customers for years. The new owner however is extremely rude and the business has gone downhill fast. It’s such a shame! Unfortunately we will not be taking our dog here anymore. I would not recommend this business.

I've taken my fur babies here for years, they are awesome with my pets and always groom how I ask.. The dogs always smell wonderful and are so very soft. They are very professional and awesome people! ????????

Never again. Dog wasn't clean or brushed out or let out to pee in 4 hours. Loose hair and smelly head and legs/paws. Over crowded with lots of crated and penned in dogs. My dog couldn't wait to get out of there!!
