called worried my cats had a UTI based off their “Pretty Litter” changing colors. The woman who answered my call was extremely reassuring, explained all the details, and answered every single one of my questions. She went on to explain her own personal experience with pretty litter and that old litter can change color and it doesn’t always mean your cat has a UTI. she got me in as a new patient anyway and said to give her an update after 24 hours as my cats are acting totally fine and never had uti issues in the past 5 minute phone call and i feel 100% better

Not once, not twice, but three times out of the three that I have been there the staff is extremely rude. Was told "come pick him up already your dog is barking its head off" in the nastiest way. Asking for orientation they make snarky comments and this last time , I told them that my info is on file, and she just went of on how she knows but is not in the computer right now. Like why? Whybso rude. You dont know what people are going through to be treated that way. Please find another job if you are so misserable..

I will never go back to this place again! I've been there several times and the doctor sneakily sticking extra charges on your bill doesn't discuss anything ask if it's okay. 3-4xs puppy'normal costs went for a visit yesterday paid they would not give my scripts that waited hours for and paid most of bill) minus bogus extra 2 get visit charges). After paid now refuse to give scripts! Stay clear! Dr Patel screws people!:( Never dealt with place like this now pup unprotected from heartguard or the flea/ ticks pills

We recently moved in the area and were looking for a new vet for our 13-year old spaniel who had a couple of health problems for a long time. Our former veterinarian being very responsive and very professional was not able to resolve those problems nevertheless. Our dog spent a lot of time wearing one of those preventive collars. Doctor Patil had chosen a different course of treatment and we saw a great improvement right away. We are not out of the woods completely yet, but we feel that we found the right doctor and the right treatment. Thank you very much, Compassion Clinic!

My dog was dying. And naturally it was an emergency. Because she was healthy the day before. And they didn't have time to see her. So I took her to Marlborough Veterinary Hospital. And they were wonderful. Sent us to Tufts where she had surgery and is now fine. I recommend Marlborough Veterinary Hospital tremendously! I will never go to compassion ever again. Refused to see my very sick kitten a couple of years ago too because they said it was just a cold and she almost died. She had an upper respiratory infection. And she was only 3 months old

We adopted an older cat that had some issues. Dr. Patel and his staff took great care of NOah. They cleaned his teeth, cut his nails, and removed a lump from shoulder. Noah is very timid but they were able to take care of all his issues and on a return visit they removed stitches and examined him again. We are very pleased.

I literally just called this place asking for help and after explaining the situation of how we have run into so many issues with adopting our puppy, trying to obtain the spay voucher and were not informed on the process, Dr Patil specifically told me that it was, "not his problem." Thank you so much for making it easy to determine we will not be using your services and for having a bit of patience in helping out a new puppy parent. As for the rest of the reviews on here, I am really glad you 4-legged friends are getting great care!
