We've been bringing our dogs to Cristine and crew for years and, without exception, we've been met with friendly, professional, caring, knowledgeable, respectful service. Everyone there has gone above-and-beyond expectations, from providing tips & trick to salves & balms.

My dog Gatsby loves coming here to see Cristine and the girls! I brought him here as a puppy, and continue to bring him here, even though we live over an hour away now, because of the express grooming, the fact that he is never crated, the consistent nice haircuts, and his comfort level with the groomers. My dog is my child and I don’t trust him with just anyone!

We take our dog here to get his nails trimmed and the occasional bath. Usually very quick and efficient! Everyone is always very nice, and it's easy to schedule, with new automated reminders.

I’ve been taken my dog here a couple times and always had a good experience until recently. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for my dog at 9:30, unfortunately something came up and I was not able to get him there until 9:40. She informed us she would do the best she could because we were 10 mins late and appointments are only an hour. They charged us $80 for him to come back looking the same with a slight trim, bath, and nail trim. If I was informed that 50 mins to groom my small 15 lbs yorkie was not enough time for their staff I would of paid the rescheduling fee and just took him home vs paying $80 for nothing. I’ve included a photo of him one week ago (latest photo I have of him full body) laying down, and one of what he looked like today after picking him up. Additionally I’ve included another photo (in the car on his way home from canine clips) of his previous haircut before today that his face was cut unevenly. I brought him in today to give this place another shoot. I’ll just be taking him somewhere else next him. I can give him a bath at home and save $80.

I have been bringing my dog here for about a year and I love the work that they do, but the prices seem to increase every time we go. Today they told us our new base price was going to be $107. We normally tip very well, but these prices are getting ridiculous. It also takes about a month to get an appointment. We are going to have to look for a new groomer.

Took my dog here once. The staff were weird. My dog is afraid of hair dryers , but had no real issues before. The women didn’t even try and gave up mid cut. We got kicked out and haven’t come back since Edit: In response to the owner, it’s pretty sad that instead of owning up to the mistakes of your staff, you decided to instead lie to take the blame off of yourself. I hope that next time you’re patient with whoever else’s dog comes in instead of just removing them.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this salon to anyone. The owner of this salon, Christine, is the rudest person I have run across in many years. To start when I first came in she was outside smoking cigarettes which I do not want my dog leaving the groomer smelling like smoke, and it seems the whole staff smokes. But the real issue is the fact that when I picked my dog up he was shaking and still wet and she expected I still pay and take him like that because she “ran out of time to finish” I will never return here and I will make sure none of my friends make the same mistake.

All staff was sweet and treated my dog well. We came in for a nail trim. I saw other dogs being groomed very cute like. And the shop dogs r super cute and well behaved. I snapped a photo of this cutie sitting in the corrner with its toy.

They did an AMAZING job cutting and drummel ing my dog's nails! For sure my new place to go for her nails. Hannah and I are very thankful :)

Extremely Rude and Poor Customer Service! I completely agree with the comments about the owner Christine Smith being extremely rude and unfortunately I experienced it myself today. When I was a few mins late and was trying to get my 7 month old puppy to come out of the car ( She was nervous as this was only our second time visiting the place) the owner came running out the door yelling , not wearing a mask and she basically pulled my puppy out the car and informed me that she needs to finish in an hour and will do what she can in the remaining time! Who says that? She basically wanted to charge me in full and not offer full services! I offered to come back another time and she yelled at me saying she will charge my card anyways. When I was trying to explain the reason for the delay she denied service. Customers beware with this lady and this salon because when someone treats humans with such lack of respect it makes one wonder how pets get treated! May be that's why my puppy was so nervous to get off the car! There are so many better options around the town so if you value fundamentals such as courtesy and respect stay away from this place and spare yourself some extremely rude behavior.

Our family has been taking our dog here for 4+ years and we have been so thrilled to have a groomer who not only does a great job making our pooch look clean and cute but they are very reliable, kind, and quick. I would highly recommend Christine and her staff for dog grooming.

We have been bringing our Yorkie here for some time. Even though we have moved from Marlborough we still bring him here because we trust them. He also loves not being created and we love how great he always looks when we pick him up. Also the fact that this is an express grooming service we are able to pick him in a much shorter time then him spending several hours there. Thank you!!

This was 10 year old Sophie’s first trip to the groomer EVER due to anxiety and other health issues. The team at Canine Clips salon was incredibly helpful during her initial “test run” in the morning and the actual cut and nail trim in the afternoon. Feels like we have a new pup!

I have brought 3 different dogs to Canine Clips over the years. I will never go anywhere else! I cannot give my dog a bath and they do a great job and are so caring to my pets!

They do a good job trimming our dogs nails very reasonably!

My dog has been going to Cristine since before she started Canine Clips. It is very clear that her number one priority is the dogs in her care. My dog is very anxious but does not hesitate jumping into Cristine's arms. My favorite memory is getting in the car after dropping off my dog, Cooper. I could see Cristine through the window talking and kissing Cooper. She is clearly a dog person and loves the animals in her care. I am so lucky to have my dog groomed by a caring and loving staff at Canine Clips.

Used this place a few times. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable, I brought both of my dogs there that have different needs for grooming. First few times I was very happy with the results and excited to have found a place in town. But, I agree with the few people that have said the owner is EXTREMELY rude!!! She was so rude to me, my husband and my grandmother on separate occasions, I couldn't believe it. Not a way to run a business! I simply can not trust someone like that with my pups. Turns out there are some new dog grooming places around town, we will be trying those from now on!

During my first appointment with my puppy, they went and during my first appointment with my puppy, they went and took her which the appointment only lasted approximately 45 minutes. I paid to have everything done a cut the bath nails trimmed and teeth I am like the fact that they were so quick because it makes me feel like it wasn’t done properly. And then when I went to go pick her up the owner was extremely rude. For being a first time customer in the way that she treated me I did not appreciate it and I’ve never have dealt with anything like that before. And after that I spoke with several other people in our community that agree that the owner is very rude to them too. I do not recommend this place at all

This place is wonderful! Everybody at the shop was very nice. My pup was finished in an hour 1/2 and looked great! I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service, great result-my canine pal Rigby always looks gorgeous after a grooming at Canine Clips. In addition, Rigby has a great time while at CC: all staff truly love dogs and provide constant, loving care. The canine customers are allowed to play with each other while waiting for grooming. The location is very convenient especially for anyone in the greater Marlborough area.

Have no respect for their customers or value the dogs that come in

CC is more expensive than other places I have been, but I love the cut. They make an appointment for your dog, and do not crate. Recommend.

They did an amazing job on my Samoyed! Well brush, nice bath, and professional. I'd totally come back again.
