Always happy with how my hairy dog comes out looking. She's service-minded, and altogether getting my pet groomed during COVID19 was a fine experience.

She needs to learn how to treat customers and animals. from the moment we walked in she didn't recognize us because we were new, she treated us like we just walked into a spaceship we didn't have authorized access to be on. She was yelling at the animals, even physically hurting them from hitting to choking. Go somewhere else.

Kathy is excellent. Always makes time to squeeze us in, very loving to the animals, thorough, reasonable prices and very knowledgeable.

Good groomer never an issue

My small dog is always so nervous when I pick her up from other groomers but she is so free relaxed at Kathy's. I totally trust Kathy with my precious pup.

Did a good job on my dog's nails. However, my dog was very nervous and therefore not staying very still. She unnecessarily yelled at him making him even more nervous. I would never go back there or recommend bringing your pet there.

I recently took my two cats to Kathy's Pet Grooming in Holbrook, MA. They did a great job! They both look great! They were able to handle my boy, who is difficult with grooming. They are so nice there too! They offered me tips on the daily grooming and offered follow-up grooming too! I wish I had taken them there sooner! They are right up the street from me and have Saturday appointments! I definitely recommend bringing your pets there!
