Friendly staff, dog seems fine when I pick her up, but the last time I used them 2 things went wrong. They charged me for 10 play sessions when I had only signed up and gotten 5 for my dog. I asked them about it. They did refund me for the ones I did not sign up for. My dog also came home with conjunctivitis from their facility. It could have been allergies, but she was prescribed an antibiotic drop by the vet when I took her the following day (after pick up) to the vet. I do not think any customers should write off the animal inn for this one possible hiccup. All other times I have used them, they’ve been good. Thanks for your reply. I appreciate you following up. I’ll be sure to give a call if anything occurs in the future, and I should highlight the good along with my initial concern. You’re always professional, and my dog is always happy to see the staff at Animal Inn. The value is great and every other time I have used your establishment there have been no issues.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly and competent. There have never been any issues and the dog is always excited to walk in there.

Saved a dog!! Girls that work there were awesome! They knew the dog knew who we were ! They were happy and excited to see the dog leave with people she knew! Great feeling!

We brought our chocolate lab here for an overnight when heading out of town for the night. The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. They took good care of our doggie and he came home happy! Prices were very reasonable for the quality of service.

The place is very clean and it’s very convenient for all types of pets. We have no troubles! They even mail us a postcard afterwards. Feels welcome and will bring my husky back again!

Best place for dog grooming

This veterinary service offers small animal boarding at a very reasonable rate. While we were gone, staff paid attention to our cat, played with her, and gave her the prescribed medication. I will use them again.

My poor dog never look undernourished in her life I could see her rib cage. She is so unhappy there I'm getting her out of that deplorable facility

Our dogs were abused here, one of my dogs came back with a hoarse bark and i know they weren't fed properly because i can see my dogs ribs and too much food came back with them because we counted it, this place has deplorable conditions. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!

Iv been taking my animals there for years

Our dog loved it! We were concerned about the size, but he came home fine after staying a few days. After staying at other kennels he's seemed traumatized.

This is a disgusting facility that I feel awful my dog had to spend ONE night at .. the 'Manager' is disgusting human that has no regard for a pets welfare .. AVOID THIS FACILITY!!! Had to give it one star to publish .. NEGATIVE 1 .. being generous

I have been boarding my dogs at the Animal Inn since the 1990's, I worked there for a period of two years during that time as well. The Animal Inn is the best, the cleanest and has the most wonderful staff. I know my pets are cared for while they vacation at the Animal Inn. Linda B

We just discovered Animal Inn when we moved to the Cape a little over a year ago. It is a wonderful place for Annabelle, who is very anxious and sometimes not too friendly. The staff at the desk is always as nice as can be, always friendly in greeting us and very accommodating. On January 6 I brought Annabelle in for a grooming with Jeannine. It was her 1st time being groomed at Animal Inn. Jeannine was fantastic!!!! Not only was the grooming beyond perfect, Annabelle seemed content and calm with the whole thing. Thank you Animal Inn, we are glad we found you.
