I called to make an appointment, and I made it. I wrote it down in my notes and called to confirm my appointment. Well the person who picked up the phone was very rude and told me she didn’t find my appointment and that ITS MY JOB TO REMEMBER THE DATE.

1000% always recommend Banfield in Danvers to everyone I know. I've had animals all my life, so a lot of my friends seek my advice when it comes to care, and I always recommend Banfield in Danvers. I've taken my animals to both Dr. Jameson and Dr. Fick and they both provide amazing service and care. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and I always enjoy talking with them. The clinic is also very clean. To everyone complaining about how "they never answer the phones" you do realize we're in a pandemic right? How about appreciating the brave souls who still get up and come to work instead of mooching off unemployment. Most of the office help are the vet techs so they are assisting the Doctors most of the time. BE CONSIDERATE.

Worst service I have ever dealt with as our primary vet they cannot see our dog on an emergency basis.....I will never use nor recommend them to anyone! If I could give no stars I would but this requires I put at least one in!

First Time taking my puppy to the vet they understood my concerns and were very helpful. Looking forward to future appointments!

Took care of my Maddie even though it wasn't good news she has nerve damage in her back area which prevents her from walking on her back legs I am so happy that someone could see her as quickly as they did and not give us a run around on her diagnosis unfortunately we didn't have enough to get the x-rays done which cost around 340 to see how bad the damage is they gave us meds to help with the inflammation and told us to try to keep her from running and jumping for at least 4 weeks thank you for everything we will be seeing you soon again

Very clean, organize, welcoming and professional. You will never regret taking your lovely pet to them. I bring my 2 dogs and 1 cat and nothing compares to some previous experience. Go and check it out yourself.

I love going in there because they do take such good care of my girl. BUT, I can NEVER EVER get anyone to answer the phone there. I literally have to drive there to get any kind of service. Which is a HUGE inconvenience. At this point, even though they take great care of my cat. I'm thinking of having to switch vets because I think its highly unprofessional to not answer phone calls. It's honestly obsurd. And I'm not the first customer to complain about it.. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because again, they take great care of my animal. But when I call because my cat have been vomiting for 4 days. I'd like someone to be there to actually answer the phone. I've called 4 times no answer.

Their customer service is terrible, no one calls you back, left multiple messages and not one return call.

Awesome, I suspected that my dog had an ear infection, so I call. They said at that time there were no appointments available but I could check at another banfield location. But that they would also put me on a cancelation list. About a half hr later u got a call to bring my dog in. They took care of him. And yes, both ears were infected, I was given the ear wah and meds and off we went. Im just glad my dog didn't have to wait another day. Thank you banfield

Our experience here at Banfield was so amazing. The people there are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Lola my pup thought so too. I honestly can not say enough to explain how great our experience was. From walking in the front door to the very end. I was just amazed how nice everyone is.

I take both my dogs here, the people are great! When my dogs is sick, they can always find a way to get them in.

Took our new pup to Banfield for an initial wellness exam. The guy at the front desk and the tech were both super helpful, even helping to calm our pup who wasn't too sure how she felt about the vet yet. Dr. Fink was fantastic. Took his time and explained everything, and was extremely through. We definitely will be back.

incapable of answering emails back to chewy to get my dog her apuquil meds two months in a row while she breaks out with bleeding rashes from her allergies is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place or Fick either.

Call to ask a question about how much is would be to add another animal to my plan and was given complete attitude for no reason. Was told he wasn't trying to give me attitude and that he had three other lines waiting. Like okay. I'm a customer to and I had a question for a reason. I'm low income and my cats having a hard time breathing and I can't just pay all this money to have him seen. Hence the question!!! Thanks ya jerk. Unpleasant human being, go work somewhere else with that attitude. Maybe fast food. You'll fit right in boss.

UPDATE: was finally able to get someone on the phone to try and get my dog seen who btw is on their "wellness" plan. This was oct 1st and I was told I couldn't get him in till the 31st of October....so still pretty unsatisfied with the level of service so far. Also I do not recommend using their drop off......I've dropped my dog off their a few times and every time I have dropped him off no one has ever called me to let me know he's ready to be picked up I have had to go there and ask if he's ready and they don't even know they have to go out back for 10 minutes to find out....so this tells me my dog just sits in a crate all day for an appointment that should take no more than 15 minutes....no one ever seems to know whats going on at this place.... Been calling for days and nobody answers the phone or calls back when you leave a message.....unbelievable

This was a few years ago but it still bothers me. They precribed a tick remedy for my puppy (triple shield something) and told me to give him the entire dose. I gave him half because it seemed like a lot. My puppy became very ill, he lived for a while and then died. I am 100% sure that was what did it. Of course it can't be proven and they took absolutely no responsibility. Buyer beware

If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I could say I’ve only had one bad experience here (or at any Banfield). Truly, if you’re thinking of coming here, please don’t. Let me start by saying, Banfield served us well for several years, we’ve even had multiple surgeries here.. we loved the ease of being able to access a vet within the same network, we thought the wellness plan was invaluable... BUT, over the past year we have had the absolute worst experience time and time again. I won’t outline each problem I’ve had in extensive detail, but you’ll quickly get the idea. -Most importantly there seems to be zero communication from the front staff to the vets in back. We are constantly being given misinformation by undertrained staff (not their fault). -When problems escalate, there is not a vet to be found that can take the call and instead the assistants try to answer question they don’t understand. - This isn’t true for every staff, but generally the employees are rude, judgemental, and careless. -They are so inconsistent with scheduling, one person will tell you they have availability and another will tell you they are booked for weeks. You’ll make an appointment, for which they never actually book you forcing your dog to wait another week to have his stitches removed. They don’t offer a reasonable solution to that problem or even an apology. -The scheduling app malfunctions causing incorrect appointments, too. - nobody (both in the offices and in corporate) seem to know much about their wellness plans and can’t answer simple questions such as adding another person as an authorized user. - they truly don’t care about accurate record keeping, documentation, note taking, or your privacy. - Lastly, it has become very clear that although the wellness plan is a true value, it seems that their general practice has become pushing and guilt tripping you into tests that they already know aren’t needed. We really did love Banfield, and are saddened to part ways, but each appointment has gotten worse and worse and I’m worried about the safety for my dogs at this point. I’ve given Banfield well more than $10,000 over the years at this point between multiple surgeries, two dogs, and everything else. But now, we are parting ways for good and I urge you to use caution before you bring your pups here as well.

Staff is nice but appointments are limmited and the membership fee is almost the price of 1 months membership. That's too much.

The staff is so friendly and professional. I trust them with my two cuties “Paulina and Sophia”. They take their time to answer all your concerns.. Dr. Jamieson has figured out my Boston Terrier/French bull dog mix’s ear issue; where other vets resorted to Surgery where they would remove her ear canal/Dr Jamieson got to the root cause/treating her ear infection without surgery. thank you :)
