Have taken both my Blue Heelers (and cats) here for Years. Dr Hansen and the entire Vet and Tech and front desk staff are amazing, kind, considerate, and consummate professionals. They've been helpful and endlessly patient with my questions, and inquiries, and have helped my two Blue Heelers grow up happy. Absolutely amazing service, and communication. I also *Love* that the Clinic has taken time to respond to the negative reviews, especially the ones where the reviews were fake, or the reviewer was being a terrible person, and the Clinic informed them of that.

We recently moved from a vets office in NH and were looking for a new vet for our cat that was closer to our new home. I could not be happier that I found this clinic. Everyone there was so friendly, kind, welcoming, and full of helpful information. I felt like they really took the time to get to know me and my cat. It really made me feel that I was getting the best quality care for my fur child. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking or considering a new vets office!!

I was delighted with our visit with my new bunny. All staff genuinely seemed to like all animals, caring, did not rush my bunny, informative and professional, with a good sense of humor too. I recommend!

ABSOLUTELY the best,most honest vet I've ever brought my pets to.. They are all about really trying to help you. They understand not everyone is rich,and have saved me alot of money on my 6 cats ,compared to other greedy vets. Everyone that works there is so kind, understanding. YOU WILL NEVER FIND A BETTER VETERINARIAN!!!!!!

Be ware that they double-book all the appointment times. Would send some other person in, as soon as you miss your appointment by 2 minutes. Very unreliable and incompatible with city lifestyle.

All 4 of our dogs go here and Dr Hanson has been incredible!!! The only vet that can deal with misfit dogs as well. She’s so calm, caring and doesn’t just want to do all the extras to make a buck. I've been taking my dog, Thor, to Dr. Hanson's clinic since he was 12 weeks old. She and her staff have been very good with taking care of my fur baby.

One of these stars is for years of fine service and care for my family's various animals. If I was rating Dr. Hanson alone, I would give her no stars. After an interaction with a staff member in which a clear miscommunication had occurred, Dr. Hanson verbally attacked my elderly mother without allowing her a word in edge wise. Dr. Hanson approached my mother's car and began yelling before we even had a chance to roll down the car window. She told her to take her animals else where, after 15+ years of loyalty to Burlington Animal Clinic. When we brought our cat in for diagnosis of some problems, my mother was denied the opportunity to speak with the vet, not even over the phone. We've been taking our animals here since before Dr. Hanson was in charge and it is now clear that Dr. Hanson has no regard for her clients and is completely unprofessional. Over the past year this clinic has proven to be unaccommodating and downright unprofessional in the treatment of their clients. So thank you for the suggestion, Dr. Hanson, we will be taking our animals elsewhere.

Dr Hanson is warm, intelligent, and the kindest vet I’ve ever met! Kudos to her and her staff for taking care of our cats in both sickness and in health!!!

I really love Dr. Hansen and her team. My Bengal boy had this bump on his nose and I emailed her and she provided me some guidance and suggested I bring him in. They were able to accommodate me. They currently do curbside only pick up but they keep saying how sweet Kallen is and if anyone thinks my boy is sweet and they give him the care he needs. They deserve 5 stars.

Have been going here for years, but they accidentally over-vaccinated my dog and then tried forcing me to pay for their mistake. When they begrudgingly said they wouldn’t charge me for the vaccine that my dog shouldn’t have received, I was told I needed to return the vaccine certificate and the inoculation would be scrubbed from their records. This seems like medical malpractice, because how can you fake documentation after a procedure has been completed? The doctor insisted that it was because we wouldn’t $28 for the wrongfully administered vaccine. It is disappointing to see a vet act so petty and unwilling to take responsibility for their own mistakes.

Easiest the best vet in the area.

Dr. Hanson was very informational and answered all my question in and out of scheduled appointments. She was very quick to respond to my Emails and the staff was better at controlling my feisty minion of a cat than I had learned to be. And the beat part was that I wasn't charged for any follow up visits as there were several while my cats paws were healing.

Very friendly and responsive staff. Dr. Hansen is great. It is always clear she wants what is best for the animal, even when that means less treatment. She does not push expensive procedures unless she genuinely feels it's the right thing to do.

I LOVE how friendly the staff is and how well they interact with my dog. Appointments have been easy to get-even for a "sick" visit. We have used 4 different vets in this area over the last 10 years and have finally found one we trust 100%.

We bring our 2 cats and now our new puppy and they are very kind on the phone and in person. They take very good of our little ones! Had to bring our pup in for an emergency visit and they took us in a soon a they could!

Have been taking my cats here since 2015 when we moved in town. Appointments are on-time, follow-up is excellent, staff is pleasant and professional. Parking lot is tight so take extra care entering / exiting off Cambridge St.

Dr. Hanson and her staff are always friendly and welcoming. We've been taking our dog to Dr. Hanson for several years and she has always taken great care of her. She is honest and will never pressure you. I have a dog sitting business and a lot of my clients bring their dogs to Dr. Hanson as well.

When we moved to the area three and half years ago we searched around and I was pleased with things I had heard about Burlington Animal Clinic. Our two older dogs became patients there and we are very happy with care and compassion of the staff and of our experiences with Dr. Hanson. She has taken wonderful care of them and when the first became sick she recommended appropriate tests and care for her older age knowing and suggesting anything more invasive wasn’t worth putting her through to which we agreed. She wasn’t looking to push tests and expensive care on us, she was concerned about our pet’s quality of life. When we later lost that pup, the staff was so attentive and they cried with me when I had to pick her ashes. Our other dog is getting older as well, but we continue to be thrilled with Dr. Hanson’s expertise. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and has gotten to know our dogs and family. We have found the pricing to be very fair and on par with our previous vets and our pets have been well cared for. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but for anyone new to the area and looking around as we did, I wanted to give an honest review. One of our former vets (prior to moving) was a larger establishment and we never saw the same Doctor or tech. We have been very happy with this smaller, friendlier option!
