I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I have been going for over 40 years and have had nothing but professional & compassionate care for my pets. Dr. A, the other doctors and staff have gotten myself and my daughter through some rough times. My fur babies have wonderful care here. Thank you.

My score update is at 3 stars. Because the new staff is absolutely awful. We actually switched just because the new staff absolutely does not care about you as a customer or your pet .

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!! I only picked them because of its proximity from my home. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Make up rules the day of and refused my pet for a surgery I had scheduled for weeks! No kind of compassion or any ounce of customer service. Anywhere I can find to let others know not to go to this place I will!!! Pray you don't get KATIE when you call!! Use the Brockton ASPCA you won't be disappointed!

They were wonderful. This was the 2nd worst day of my life (second behind losing my mom) and they were very comforting to my husband and I as we said goodbye to our cat????

I’m fairly new to the brockton area and have taken my dog here before which we had a pretty good experience, last year. When my dog started limping last month I quickly called here hoping to be seen since they were so great to us last year. Of course due to short notice they told me they are booked far out due to covid, (which is definitely understandable) yet offer a few urgent care visits a day and I would just have to call when they open as the slots fill up quickly. Monday, I called at 8:15am and the lady informed me they have booked all urgent care slots. To try again tomorrow at 7:30am as that’s when they turn the phones on. Tuesday at 7:30am I called and the lady said “wow it looks like we are fully booked for the day” Wednesday I attempted to call again and I got no answer. Literally phone kept ringing even after 8am. Just for the hell of it I tried again on Thursday morning and by no surprise I got no answer AGAIN. I suppose they pick and choose who they want to see which is super unprofessional and very disappointing.

Always friendly, always helpful, and the parking lot aw always has customers with their pets. They are doing alot of things right.

I am a first time dog owner I rescued a pup in September and brought her to VCA for her first vet visit. I just have to say Dr. B was amazing she was very thorough with daisey she sat on the phone with me for almost 45 minutes answering all my questions. She is so wonderful.

This place provides good care and is very busy. It is also almost twice as expensive as other, very fine practices. Their prices are sky high. I compared a bill from one place, service for service, with an estimated bill from them them for identical services, and it was a ridiculous difference. Comparison shop if you can, folks.

They treat you with respect and they love animals.

VCA North Main Street Veterinary Clinic is ones of the best veterinary practices out there. However, one of their staff members - Dr. Holt - doesn't measure up to the outstanding service and professionalism that I've consistently experienced over 20 years. We saw Dr. Holt because our regular practitioner was unavailable and her schedule was wide open. I now understand why. I highly recommend VCA North Main Street Veterinary Clinic but stay away from Dr. Holt.

The stuff is the best true animal lovers.they helped me out with my poor dog even though I didn't have any money at the time.they were so understanding and Loving.they made one of the hardest days of my life alittle easier.

I have been bringing my two cats here for the last 5 years and everybody that works here is amazing. All the doctors are great and I especially love Dr. Angevine. Compared to other vets the costs are much more reasonable. I would definitely recommend this vet to anybody!

Prompt appointments. Very well choreographed, so we are in and out. Staff are sweet to our fur-baby, pleasant and helpful. Super efficient.

Very disappointed! I called to make a appointment for my pet and I asked how much was the services and shorts that its needed and they said everything should cost around $170.00 but when I went to pay their charge me $295.00. That's is not the first time this happened.

The staff here is very friendly. Our appointment followed new safety protocol of waiting outside and paying bill from car, all went smoothly. Great to know our furry family members are in good hands.

Great people....staff truly cares looks out for what's best for your animal...I braught my roommates animal for him and they took great care even though wqsnt much they could do cause animal was too sick ..would def take my animals here

Made my wife spend almost $400 cause my cat was peeing blood and these people are clueless!!!!!! Un real $400 gone!! And no results!! Wish I could call my credit card company and reverse the charges for no service or results!

We've been bringing our pup here for over 4 years now and really like the staff members and vets. They really seem to like working with animals and it shows. I also appreciate that their rates are lower than some of the other nearby vet clinics.
