Best doggy daycare around, hands down. Todd cries with excitement to go, and comes home tired every time. Pickup and drop off are efficient. They get to know your dog and treat them uniquely. JM is Todd approved ????

I live 5 min.away.Ive been trying to get my dog to be looked at for 2 years and they tell me no new clients. Very frustrating, so I refuse to spend any money in there store and keep ordering all my stuff from chewy. But they claim animals first it is not the truth they should take care of pets that live on the same street! Fustraiting!!

Excellent service! I have a scaredy cat who never had a bath and desperately needed one. I wasn't sure if she would tolerate it at all. She came back sparkling clean and smelled soooo good. This was something I was really stressed about, because I didn't think it would happen. Best experience ever! Thank you JM Pet Resort! ????????????????????

They require your credit card information over the internet without agreeing to boarding dates or the cost for boarding of your animal. They also refuse to confirm if the requested dates are available and instead want you to fill out all of their forms (and it is a lot!) and give them your credit card information. One of the forms also is a waiver of all liability in the event that your dog is bitten, gets lost, runs away or dies while in their care, or if you are bitten while on their property. In response to the owner's reply, when I book a hotel, I know the exact cost. Its not an unknown number floating around in air.

Always a pleasure to go to one establishment that you can get animal care, daycare, boarding and food and supplies for your pet. The staff is remarkably knowledgeable in their aspects of their assigned job and duties.

I have been using JM Pet Resort for about a year now and absolutely love it! Tuukka loves everyone there and so do I! Everyone is so caring and helpful and it really makes me happy whenever I come in! Tuukka goes to daycare as well as the Vet and they are both great! We just finished a training class with Sandra and signed up for a new one with her in a couple of weeks! Some small hiccups here and there but overall they are great.

I can't thank them enough. They took my boy Aragon into their care at a time when no one else would. They've treated him like he's their own personal team mascot. I couldn't be happier. I know he, as well as all the other dogs in their care, are family to them. I am completely confident my Aragon is happy, healthy, and above all safe in their hands. I recommend them to all of my friends.

These are the only people I trust with my little one. Wether it's an exam or a simple nail clipping their professionalism stands above the rest.

JM Pet Vet clinic is the best. They treat my dog like he is one of their own. Everyone is so nice, and Dr Adam Paige is wonderful. Long haired dogs need more care and they are always great about showing me how and why to do something like pulling the hairs out of his ears. Keep up the great work, "Bones" and I are very appreciate of how wonderful you ALL are. Thank you for being there for us!

First time Visit for Puppy exam and was VERY PLEASED. Staff is pleasant and kind, didn't see/hear any upset animals. 5????

I never write reviews but JM Pet Resort consistently exceeds my expectations. Their staff is amazing and truly care about the animals, the same is true for Vet staff. Even though I've moved I still drive to JM for vet and daycare for my two rescue pitties. It is the only place out the many daycares I've tried that I trust because of their knowledge, organization, and level of supervision. I wish they had a location closer to Boston!! My elderly mother also takes her Yorkie to JM. This morning she called me to ask if I could cancel his appointment today because she wasn't feeling well. When I called I spoke with Hannah who took the time to let me know next available appointments and that the timing would cause Seamus to restart his vaccine series. She then went out of her way to set up a pickup by their pet taxi for my mom who lives slightly out of their usual service area. He is now all set and will be able to be groomed and get his shots. This took so much stress from my mother, and we are truly grateful for the customer service we received. Thank you JM for always taking great care of our dogs and being so accommodating!!!

Our Rocco had a great experience at JM, he looked forward to going everyday. All of the staff were so kind and great with him and even though he had special needs, we knew he was in good hands and that we need not worry when he was there. Our only regret is that we didn't discover JM earlier , the 8 months he was there were the happiest for him no more anxiety, instead he had constant companionship. How are you a business and you’re not looking for new clients?

To start I will say I have never had any major issues with the care of my dogs at JM. This business has grown a lot in the past few years and with this growth our experiences with JM have become less and less positive. Since COVID JM is not open on Sunday’s (the reasoning behind this I’m not sure of) so if you’re taking a weekend trip and want to pick up your dog on a Sunday when you’ve returned home you will have to wait and pick up the dog on Monday (this also charges you an extra day for boarding that you don’t need). On Sundays the phones are completely turned off. So if there was ever an emergency and you needed to contact someone from JM on a Sunday while your dog is there there is NO way to do this. Finally when you try to call JM Mon-Sat you will very rarely get someone on the phone and most often just have to leave a voicemail and hope your call is returned . This was not the always the case. JM used to feel very personable and responsive , but since their expansion it has not felt that way. I prefer to be at a smaller business where I don’t feel so much like a number in a massive operation. I also prefer somewhere you can reach someone by phone and pick up your dog any day of the week to avoid extra boarding charges.

We left our dog for 3 weeks while on vacation overseas. Staff were very caring and sending us weekly reports on him. We will definitely recommend this place !

Rafi is a huge fan of JM Pet Resort. He is so happy there. Everyone is very welcoming and they take the utmost care of him. Their attention to detail as well as the well thought out and executed programs and departments are impeccable. Kelli grooms him and is so gentle. Both he and Marley are cared for by Dr. Page. Marley is starting day care soon and I know that the folks at JM Pet will ensure he feels safe and help him overcome his shyness. They are incredible!
