I wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone. The doctor was extremely rude and did not take the time to exam my dog as she should have. My dog was in and out in less than 7 minutes, doctor came out and took a minute to talk to me and made it very clear it was a huge inconvenience for her. I was handed the bill and that was all. Then to top it off they lost all of my dogs vet records for months, I kept calling to get them and no one could seem to find them until months later they just magically appeared. Needless to say I switched my pups vet immediately.

Everyone who works here is so kind. Judy is an awesome vet. Last time I went in I was having trouble with my doodle's coat being matted and I couldn't get a grooming appointment so she took the time to teach me how to shave him which was so helpful!!! Definitely recommend Quarry Hills Animal Hospital.

Our puppy LOVES his trips to Quarry Hills Animal Hospital. During covid they were great coming out to the car to take him inside. Just the other day we had our first visit where I went inside with him, everyone was so gentle, loving, and patient!

I have four pets that I bring to the Quarry Animal Hills Hospital and I cant recommend this Vet enough. The staff and veterinarian are very knowledgeable, friendly and all have exceptional customer service. They exceed expectations for any Vet and the waiting room is always full of happy customers.

My sister has been coming here for years and most of her visit she sated were pleasant. However, her last visit Dr. Judy was extremely unprofessional. Literally came out to yell at her saying that you cannot assume anything. Practically belittling her but also letting her know that she’s not the doctor and didn’t care what she couldn’t and could not afford. Then handling her her patient file stating that it wasn’t a good fit and they no longer wanted the partnership. After they were extremely rude and condescending to her. Would not recommend

I have been going to this office for many years and never have been treated so poorly by a vet doctor. I made an appointment for my cat to get his rabies and dismemberment shots. I explain to the receptionist on the phone who book my appointment that my cat has been going to Angell memorial for reoccurring eye ulcers and since his eye acting up and I wanted the doctor to be aware of it. Along with me following the Angell memorial vet doctor's orders of treating my cat's eye. I did this because Dr. Judy P recommended that I go to a professional eye vet because it is beyond her expertise. Moreover, I followed their orders to treat my cat's eye with corneal remend and artificial tear ointment. She asked me to include the medications when I dropped off my cat so the vet could see them. I was unsure why but I did. The day of the appointment began okay, the vet assistant came and greeted me, and I passed my cat to her since I could not go in due to covid. I had reminded the assignment about his eye acting up and share I thought it could be an ulcer coming back but not to treat it since he had an appointment with Angell memorial. She asks me about senior blood work too, and I declined because I could not afford it. I waited in the car with my two younger sisters until the vet assistant and Dr. JP came out. The parking lot was full, and they approached me at my car door. I greeted both warmly, and Dr. JP look upset and didn't return the greeting. Instead, she started with, "first your cat has gum disease," to which I responded with okay and listened. Then she asked if this the medication you have been giving him while holding the zip-loc with his medicine in it. I replied straight forward with, "yes, I have using the corneal remend and artificial tear ointment," which she started to bring the medication closer at the same time. Her following response was aggressive, stating that "it was not the ointment but an antibiotic that irritates the cat's eye I." was shocked by her reaction. Because I had included the wrong medication, so I said, "OMG, are you sure?" as I reached for the back to make sure. Instead, she snatched the bag from me and stated mater factly and very rudely, "I would know I am the doctor ."I was more shock by her contempt for me, and she continues to raise her voice condescendingly, "you can't assume it's an eye ulcer without stain and can't treat it antibiotic," and walked away. I could not believe what happened, nor my sister. It was clear she did not want to hear me explain my medication mix-up and disregarded the information I had given her receptionist and vet assistant Angell memorial has been looking at his eye. So I called the reception, crying and in shock over interacting, asking if I could speak to the vet to explain y mistake and her behavior with me and her treatment towards me. The receptions said she would ask and call back, which she didn't. So about 15 to twenty minutes and reached the reception came outside and met me at my car to get my credit card information. I had asked her for an update and share she didn't know what I was talking about, so I explain what had occurred and if the vet would speak with me about what transpired, and she responded she didn't know and would ask. About five to 10 minutes later, she came out with a bright green folder and my cat. The reception explains that it was no longer a good fit, and the vet was discontinuing service with me. So I took my cat and paper and left. What most shocking, when I got home and reviewed the paper, there were inaccurate statements about the event, along with false statements they said I had made. I could not believe that, along with falsifying reports about me when I have eyewitnesses in the car who testify that I never said anything they included on that paperwork. I highly recommend you do not go here, especially if you are tight on cash. Moveover, seeing other specialist for your pets. Just go to angell memorial, Banfield in Braintree , or VCA in Weymouth.

We brought my dog who is old in age for a second opinion on what’s going on with her & they saw that she’s very sick & suggest we put her down. that is not the route we wanted & they suggested that we were “neglecting” her & that they would call the authorities on us if we didn’t put her down. & they didn’t wanna give her back to us. HORRIBLE service. 0/10 would never recommend. This is not how you treat someone with a sick dog

5 Stars are not nearly enough for Dr. P and her team. They are always accommodating and willing to answer any questions I have, whether it means making an appointment or just the Vet giving me a call back. Never have I felt like I was being guilt tripped into a procedure/medication/specialty food or scammed into paying for something my dog didn't need. Dr. P is straight forward and thorough. Prices are great, even on prescription medications. I'm a pharmacist myself and have had previous vets charge crazy prices for medications in office. The prices here are the same if not cheaper than other pharmacies/online! I have been bringing my dog here for roughly 3 years and would not take him anywhere else!

I called this clinic to inquire about getting my four month old kitten fixed. I was required to schedule an exam ($58) and consultation prior to getting any pricing on neutering. I’m sure this is the most common procedure at a vet clinic, but they would not provide me even a range over the phone. The receptionist was nice, and I decided to keep my appointment. I do find it ridiculous I could not receive a quote given the current state of the economy and trying to budget. When they called to confirm my appointment I asked again for an estimate. If I paid the $58 to see the Doctor and the fix was not in my budget I’d have to go elsewhere, wasting the money. The receptionist again refused to provide me a quote much less price range and that only the Doctor could. I asked for her to have the Vet call me. She said she pass along the message. It has been four days and NO CALL. Unprofessional. Thoughtless. Inconsiderate. There are so many vets why would I waste my money on a small clinic that can’t even provide basic estimates and call me back. All money is green. You lost a customer due to your unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for those on a budget.

There is no emergency care, but they were able to get me an appointment the next day. Super kind, and very up front. They tell you the prices of everything before charging you. So no surprises on the bill, and they explain every part. The vet that helped me was very informative and nice when I asked questions/advice.

My rescue dog is not a nice patient and the nurses always make him comfortable and tell him he's a good boy even when I know he's not. The staff is very friendly and the doctor is really nice and answers all my questions. I hope soon we can go back into the building so I can visit my snake buddy in the waiting room.

Called and scheduled to bring in my dog for a splitted nail and still bleeding. Upon arrival, they say they cant see my dog since they cant get a hold of my dog rabies paperwork from another clinic. I already called my clinic to fax over the paperwork. Told me to come back in two days even when they literally seeing that my dog is in pain. Very unprofessional.

I love QHAH. Took my 7 months German shepherd Claudius for first visit and Dr. Judie and staff were extremely professional and patient with my difficult pup. Administered all vaccines and advised what’s best for his long term health and care. Give them applaud for going above and beyond. I am a life time customer now... thank you guys.

Wonderful clinic, great staff and always there to answer even the silliest of questions. Most vets will make me wait a day or two for a call back, not this place.. Dr. Judie or her staff will call me back same day with answers to my questions!! The doctor really makes sure I understand everything about the exam and the staff make my pet feel comfortable.. she's even excited to enter the building ! 10/10! Best vet around!

The Quarry Hills team is a knowledgeable, delightful and caring group who provided my senior cat vet services for past several years from routine visits and immunizations to nail clipping and finally to euthanasia. They are probably not the cheapest around, but the level of care is outstanding. I highly recommend!

This vet has state of the art equipment, a team that works well together and very fair pricing unlike some of the others in the area. My dog, who is normally scared of the vet, was super calm throughout the visit.
