Like every other pup in the neighborhood, my dog loves our weekly visits to Polkadog. Their locally made treats and chews are top notch and the employees there are always so friendly and helpful. It's also a great place to get your pup doggy ice cream in the summer ???? We had so much fun at the recent event they hosted, and we hope they have more events in the future!

I’ve made multiple visits to this location and have always been greeted by wonderful service! (Especially Trea, she’s amazing and always provides OUTSTANDING, WONDERFUL assistance.) 10/10 would bark again and my dog said he loved it too!!????

Have frequented their location in Chestnut Hill, I thought I would be received with the same sort of eagerness and helpfulness. All though the quality and variety of the products offered remained the same just really put off by the service. Still worth stopping in, just dont expect exceptional customer care.

I went in this morning to get food for my 5lb toy poodle. My dog was with me, we decided to grab a bag of chicken and grains food (we have already tried a sample). The sales lady mentioned a sale - buy 1 get 1 free. She only had 1 bag of the small breed and kept insisting that I take another regular bag. This was terrible advice because small breed food have smaller kibbles which prevents a small breed dog from choking. Regular food contains regular size kibbles for a regular sized dog. It was obvious she just wanted me to take what was available in the store even if it meant my puppy would choke. I asked her if she could order me another bag of the small kibble and she mentioned that the store already made their orders for the week. I asked her if she could get it from another store and reluctantly she made the call and the other store had it in stock. I left the store with just 1 bag and was told that someone would contact me once the other bag from the other store arrives. Because of the terrible service she provided, I highly doubt that an order was placed and I know there will be some complications when I return to grab the other bag Before leaving, I asked for the store’s phone number and she told me to check on google. She then wrote the number down and handed me my receipt. While I was in the store, another gentleman walked in with his dog, not wearing a mask and she gave him excellent customer service

Great location for dog owners looking for natural healthy food/treats in the seaport area. Love the size of the store and the friendly staff!

We went here on the opening night and had a blast! Great addition to the Polkadog family. Best dog treats in the Boston area, very helpful staff and always very friendly to our pup. 100% would recommend.
